Clean, quiet, comfortable. Would like more food choices than just Starbucks, but all in all, I would definitely stay again.

Overall, our stay was decent. The pool was very nice and well maintained, and the meeting area was clean, spacious, and worked great for our group. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a complimentary breakfast. The only option was an overpriced coffee shop that’s branded like Starbucks but isn’t actually a Starbucks. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t even offer a complimentary cup of regular coffee, which is something many hotels provide. The staff experience was mixed. The gentleman working the evening front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the employee at the front desk in the morning was not friendly and made us feel more like an inconvenience than a guest. The hotel has some nice amenities, but better customer service in the mornings and at least complimentary coffee would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.
