Nice hot tub and clean rooms

The man who checked us in at this property was incredibly kind and personable. We immediately felt welcomed even arriving late in the evening past midnight. The room was quiet and I slept better than I have at any hotel before, and we travel all the time. The bathroom door had something on it that was unclean and sticky looking. The rest of the room looked fantastic. I would most certainly stay again.

I was accused of smoking in the King accessible room, I did not in fact smoke in the room, ever. What I did do was empty the tabacco from the cigarette butt then threw the butt in the trash can in the room instead of littering in the parking lot. I'm sure there was an odor, its a cigarette butt, but that is a far cry from smoking! And the main reason aside from the rule, is that my husband is on oxygen! Free flowing oxygen in a small room, oh yeah, let's smoke in there! I'm actually very disappointed in their DNR (do not rent) decision, we liked their hotel, we'd even stayed there 2 more times AFTER I was supposedly on the naughty list! Smokers beware!

The lobby smelled as soon as walking in. Get to the room and smells like urine.
