I specifically booked this property for its outdoor pool since the weather during our stay was going to be in the 90's. When we arrived we found out the pool was closed. The breakfast was disappointing, the condition of the hotel overall was run down and below average quality. The pool closure should have been noted on Expedia, if we had known it was closed we would have booked elsewhere. This should not be a difficult thing to notate, just like you would if the hotel itself was under construction. Shame on you Quality Inn and Expedia. Do better!

Easy check-in, quiet. There are multiple buildings close to eachother. They do not have elevators. Clean rooms, and they have on wall shampoo and conditioner.

None of the staff was very friendly or welcoming. They all seemed like they didn’t like working there. They seemed annoyed when guests asked about breakfast items being out. The hottub is supposed to open at 8am but when we went out after 9am it was pretty cool. They people already outside in it said they went to ask the front desk to turn it on and the guy at the desk said he didn't know how. There was a lot of noise from kids running down the hallway that we heard/ felt. You could also hear pretty clearly people talking who were walking by our door.

Our room AC was not functioning correctly and would turn on and off every few min make a horrible whining noise when turning off. Talked to the front desk and said there was nothing they could do and no more rooms even know it appeared online we could have booked another room. The hot tub looked like it had not been scrubbed and the place is rather hard to find off the road. Had they just taken care of the AC or provided another room I don't imagine it would be too bad. I informed the front desk on the way out and recommended that they don't provide the room to others and all I was told was I'm checked out and nothing else is needed.

We chose this hotel because it was near our daughter’s house. Unfortunately, because it’s older, it shows it. It smelled like it used to be a smokers room and the carpeting felt dirty. One side of our bed was slopping downward. Other than those things, our stay was okay. We probably won’t stay here again.

I almost never leave negative reviews, but this place was the worst. It was filthy and literally moldy. If it hadn’t been the middle of the night after a long drive, I would have left right away after seeing the room. The Expedia listing was completely misleading. I will never stay in another Quality Inn.

The room had a heavy, musty, moldy, old smell with notes of cigarette, urine, and cat litter box. I was extremely tired from the long drive and hoped I would get used to it in order to sleep. I put clean laundry from my luggage on my face but it didn’t help. I couldn’t do it again. Checked out a day early and took the long drive back.

Property could use an update on rooms, lobby and dinning area. The smell of dampness was terrible. Carpets appear to be from the 80’s. Bathrooms and showers could use a new look. The A/C was noisy and floors squeaked like they made of wood, especially in the bathroom sink area. The stench of mold/dampness was apparent throughout the hotel.

Very dirty… very dirty, ad is misleading… when you walk in, the smell is the first thing that greets you… it reminded me of a very cheap motel I once stayed in… at best, it’s a cheap motel… but it’s not cheap at all. I cancelled my second nigh and reserved a better room at Hyatt house for cheaper… and what a difference.

Unfortunately we wanted a king sized bed which is only avialble on the ground floor. And as often is the case with lesser priced hotels, the noise insulation between floors is almost nonexistent. We were quite disturbed by the heavy footed people upstairs. In addition while the room's floor was carpeted and warm to walk on, the bathroom floor was freezing cold. We had to lay down one of our bathtowels just to walk in the bathroom and therefore had to ask the front desk for more towels.

The main living area of the room was spacious, but the bathroom area was very small and crowded. The TV didn't work for the entire week we were there. The breakfast items were not great but I did appreciate having a banana available. There were very noisy people slamming doors and yelling until we'll after midnight on several evenings. It made it an unpleasant stay.

The room was surprisingly big and the bed was very comfortable. The wi-fi was strong enough to let me take a few meetings before getting back on the road. The only downside was that I couldn’t locate an elevator and had to take a large suitcase up a flight of stairs. Had I been aware, I would have requested a ground floor room.

The staff at check in was very courteous and helpful. The room was large and clean. The mattress needs an update: stained and very saggy. The towels were clean but thin. The breakfast was what you would expect for free. Standard waffle maker, bread, cereal. The scrambled eggs looked like the day before eggs. Juice dispenser was broken so there were jugs of heavily watered down apple and orange juice. Again, okay. Nothing really bad, but just okay.

The room was nice. I got one of the rooms with a small kitchen in it, and the whole room was HUGE! It even had a little deck overlooking the swimming pool. I didn't realize that there was a hot tub open year-round or I would have brought my swim trunks. There was coffee and tea in the room as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom, and the water was good and hot. I will definitely stay here again when I have business down in that area!

I am sorry to say but this is the worst hotel expereince that I have ever had. When we walked in the lobby upon arrival the staff ignored us and then debated who was going to assist us. Which i was going to let slide, but when we went to our room the entire room smelled of pet urine. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room. They had to come confirm the smell before rebooksing us. Our new room seemed fine when we walked in, then we walked into the closet area and it REEKED of human urine. It was already midnight by this point so we just avoided stepping in the closet as much as possible as it was a pass through to the bathroom. I had to make multiple trips to our car for luggage and supplies, and each time I walked by the front of the lobby the staff was smoking behind a bush next to a no smoking sign. I honestly could not recommend people stay away enough. I really hate to give a bad review but it is unacceptable to expect people to stay in these rooms.

The hotel was pet friendly, the front desk staff was polite, and the room was clean. Close to Portland and plenty of things in the area. I was primarily interested in using the hot tub and sauna advertised, but those plans ended poorly. I went out to the pool around 8:30 at night. There was a man and woman already in this large hot tub, drinking beer and chatting. I didn't think anything of it and got in and found a seat at the opposite end. I include this story as part of the review because I heard the woman talking about how she worked at the hotel and liked using the pool after work. After a few minutes they started making out, not that big of a deal to me, but then I heard moaning and looked over to see her on her back in the hot tub, gripping his back while the guy had his hands between her legs. I felt uncomfortable and decided to grab my things and started leaving and heard this woman yelling something about me being rude for not waiting my turn to use the hot tub. Um, it's a public area that I paid to use. The front desk staff was attentive when I told them people were being inappropriate in the hot tub and he went out to address it, but I obviously didn't stick around to see the aftermath.

The guy who checked me in didn’t say a single word to me. I had to ask him where the room was and what the wifi was and that’s about the only things he said to me the entire time I was checking in. The next day upon coming back to my room from being out, a woman was being escorted to her room and was asked for her id and she started throwing a huge fit. I went right into my room to change. This woman was screaming and opening and slamming the door repeatedly for about 10 minutes until I left. She was in the room across from mine. As I was leaving, she started cussing at me and I went to the lobby and asked if they are going to do anything about that lady. They said she was mad about her keys so hopefully she will calm down. Came back that night and throughout the night could hear a woman talking about herself saying she might be dying that night and that someone bad was coming up the stairs and telling the other person that they should hide. It was pretty weird and all I felt like all I could do was stay in my room and lock all the doors. Overall this is kind of a bad area and I definitely didn’t feel safe. I will never stay here again and really wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you really have no other choice. There is a Hilton right down the way that looked a lot better managed than this hotel. I spent very little time in the hotel due to not feeling safe.

Place is old and moldy. The rooms have a strong, constant odor that is very unpleasant. The location is in a very unsafe part of town. Front desk staff is very rude and obnoxious. Management charged us a fee for requesting a crib even though their Expedia page clearly stated "free cribs/infant beds" under Extra amenities. Very scummy owners. Avoid at all costs.

My only concern was the difficulty spotting the entrance. I drove past it and only after turning around and approaching from the opposite direction, did I see the street level sign marking the driveway in. Small problem made bigger by me being very tired from driving all day.

There was no coffee and no hot food at 8 AM. I was told that the night shift screwed up and that the morning shift showed up at 7:30 AM. I was also told the morning shift was on time yet. There was no coffee or any hot food left for any of the guests.

Family of 4 weekend stay for a youth sports tournament in north Portland. Easy access to I-5 and multiple areas of shopping. The hotel is a bit older, but was budget friendly for our family. There was an issue with our room upon arrival, but was quickly resolved by the courteous staff. King suite with pull out sofa bed was enough room for our entire family. Good breakfast with multiple options provided every morning.
