Front staff was very polite & courteous. It’s nice to see the outside getting a freshing up. The inside of the facilities need major update. Carpets are dirty especially in the room. Lamp shade was rusting, bathtub had cracks. Bed sheet from previous gust was not replaced. Took a picture, disgusting. Honestly one of the worst Hampton Inns I’ve ever stayed at. Please replace the carpeting in the room.

The carpets in the room and the floor in the bathroom were dirty. The wall paper was so badly wrinkled in the bathroom. The breakfast was not refilled as customers were eating and going through. No fruit.

The hotel has a stench as soon as you walk in. When we got to the room, it also had a dirty smell. Toilet was leaking and when I put my children in the tub there was sticky white substance with red hair in the shower. I removed them from the shower and took them to the bed to call the front desk and there was hard stains on the comforter of the bed. I called the front desk and she acted like it wasn't a problem but that she would give us another room. The next room smelled the same and the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, it was stuck so we had to squeeze our way in and out. The sink was stopped up and when I washed my hands it looked like a brown sandy substance was coming out of the drain. It was overall a bad experience and I dont know how this hotel had great reviews.

Staff was super. The hotel needs some care & mattress upgrade. This morning flames came out of of the interior vent in my microwave when I was warming leftover burrito. I stopped it & unplugged it & found desk phone inoperative. Reported to staff so they will take room off-market & they heartily thanked me. Kitchen staff let me heat my burrito downstairs.

Room was very run down. Not level- bathroom door had to be pushed very hard to get closed- ( which made a very load noise when it was used during the night ) . Desk and tv area were all slanted inward.

Fabulous hotel, nearly new and such a comfortable bed. Only problem is that there is nowhere to walk out to. To go for dinner we had to get in the car and discover a great Thai restaurant.

I didn’t like that it took so long to check in. I asked to change rooms because the room I got was hot and had a smell to it. The bathtub had caulking in places where the tub was worn out along the edges and also there was an indention in the bottom of the tub, where a puddle of water was standing. Also, The Internet did not work in my room and a staff member came upstairs to try to fix it and couldn’t so I had to go down to the lobby so the manager could figure it out. The second night day was better and the breakfast was sufficient.

I booked with them last minute and had a room ready almost instantly. I went up to my room got settled and the tried to watch the tv before bed. The picture was showing and then screen went black maybe five minutes of watching it. I called the front desk and they were not able to fix it then but offered to move me to the empty room next door. Amy was at the front desk and was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. It was a good start to my day. Thank you for the stay.

We had booked a room and had paid and was sent an email to confirm..but when we came in from out of town...we were told that they overbooked us and no rooms were available? The clerk said she was sorry and we wouldn't be charged! We shall see if they make good? 🙄

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. However about 1am in the morning someone walks into our room. Scared me so bad. Yes I failed to latch the top lock however no one should be able to just enter a room that is being occupied. I didn’t sleep well the rest of the night. Share with the first desk clerk and she was apologetic and advised us she would talk her manager but never heard anything back. We will not be staying there again
