The hotel itself is fine, and the location is convenient, which is the main reason I have stayed here three times because of my work. But after this stay, I can honestly say: never again. The restaurant is absolutely terrible. The quality of the food is unbelievably poor, and I honestly cannot understand how a hotel can think it is acceptable to serve food like this to paying guests. During my previous stay, I was told that the poor food was because the chef had left. Unfortunately, the new chef is even worse. If anything, the food has gone from bad to completely unacceptable. I travel frequently and have eaten in countless hotels and restaurants around the world, but this is without a doubt some of the worst food I have ever experienced. I am genuinely shocked that this is considered acceptable. I would not even serve this food to my dog. The hotel may be okay, but the restaurant has completely ruined my experience. This was my third stay, and it will definitely be my last. I will never come back. PS picture is soft boiled eggs

We had to ask for robe and slippers, those are not provided in the room. The restaurant was only open until 8pm. The spa facilities were ok, could be more clean. There was a roach in our bathroom. Other than that it was ok.
