A pleasant stay and well located, a great breakfast spread and the team is hospitable. The rooms are a little tired and need sprucing up especially the comfort rooms. The gym could do with more than 1 treadmill

Direkt an der Hauptstrasse / Autobahn gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gut schallisolierten Zimnern. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es sehr ruhig. Ams Hotel angegliedert ist ein Spielcasino. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Beim Hotel können Fahrräder gemietet werden (inkl. E-Bike) um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Good location from which to travel or return to the airport. Great facilities, good restaurant and bar, friendly and well trained personnel. They even have a casino on the premises.

Top Hotel, empfehle ich gerne weiter. Vom Strand ca. 15min Autoweg und sollte das Wetter mal schlecht sein hat man im Hotel noch genügend andere Möglichkeiten, wie zB. den Fitnessraum, die Sauna oder das Casino. Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers war auch tip top, gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Außerdem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Leuk en luxe hotel met mooie musea en steden in de omgeving. Goede restaurants, goede service en de leuke gameroom maken je verblijf helemaal af.

Stayed for a week and the hotel was immaculately clean including the rooms. The beds are amazing but the rooms were cold and the heating system hardly did anything. It was -5 outside so it's difficult to be too damning of the hotel but i was sleeping in a full tracksuit under the covers. Staff were very attentaitive, the main restaurant served an amazing fish dish very reasonably priced, but its quite formal, and after working 10+ hour shifts i didnt fancy a formal dinner every night. There is a gym advertised but its very very basic.

Nice rooms, good restaurants and easy access from highway

Stayed in family room , lovely touches for kids with toys and tv and also a goodie bag in fridge of treats for the kids, dining in restaurant very reaonablw & kids menu, buffet breakfast next day was also fab value all in all a wonderful stay for one nt before duinrell also games room which was foc kids loved it

Service war gut. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein Griff am Schrank Klebrig und ebenso Bonbons. Tür vom Balkon hat sehr stark die Geräusche der Autobahn durchgelassen

It was a not so great experience this time which is a different experience from last time. The room was dirty and there were stains on the bed. The cups had tea or coffee rings on them and the room was just made but not cleaned. Whilst I understand it was warm the service could have been better

Ansich könnte das Hotel sehr schön sein, aber es gibt zuviele Dinge, die man eigentlich noch nicht mal mit viel Geld beheben könnte. Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum man der Rezeptionsbereich mit einer Cherry Bar verunstaltet hat... Das Geld wäre besser invetiert gewesen, wenn man an andere Dinge gemacht hätte: - Extrem stinkende Teppiche in dem Hotel Zimmer/Fluren sowie vorallem in dem Restaurant Bereich, bzw. notdürftigen runden Tischen. - Im Hotelzimmer kein einziger Harken an den man Handtücher aufhängen kann. Wir mussten uns mit Kleiderbügeln behelfen... - Hotelzimmer extrem abgewohnt, überall Flecke an den wänden, das Bett war an jeder Ecke und am Kopfteil das Leder am brökeln - In der Dusche des "Familienzimmer" waren die Fliesen dermaßen glatt, das wir fast und unser Kind hingefallen ist. Ein unmöglicher Zustand. Da gehören rutschhemmende Fliesen hin. Verstehe nicht, wer so etwas plant. - Die Balkontür geht nicht mehr richtig zu, bzw. man hat das Gefühl, dass man gleich den Griff in der Hand hat. Wenn man auf dem Balkon war, konnte man hinter sich nicht die Tür zu machen, vorallem im dunklen doof, da dann die ganzen Mücken rein kommen - Familienzimmer für vier, aber nur 2 Stühle auf dem Balkon ist auch unlogisch und unschön. Haben die Eltern oder die Kinder keine Stühle nötig?!? - Aber die Kinder wurden sowieso von den ganzen Rauchern vom Balkon vertrieben... Lüften konnte man somit auch nicht, obwohl der Gulli in der Dusche nur am stinken war, ekelhaft. etc...

Personal super freundlich aber das war’s auch. Hotel braucht auf jeden Fall eine technische Überholung. Türen knallen nur noch, Dusche läuft das Wasser nicht ab, Abflüsse stinken, usw.

Absolutely wonderful! From the reception to the restaurants, everyone was so gracious and friendly. Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Nice restaurants on the premises as well. I will be returning soon, thank you!

Wir mögen dieses Hotel sehr. In der Zwischenzeit (waren 3 Mal dort) wurde der Balkon abgetrennt, was sehr positiv ist. Parken ist hervorragend, selbst E-Ladestationen sind vorhanden. Service vom Hotel und im Restaurant sehr aufmerksam. Mit der Sauberkeit ist es nicht so glanzvoll, was mich sehr schockierte, war eine blutige Bettdecke, beim näheren Hinsehen auch Blut auf der Matratze. Das Reinigungspersonal ist meiner Meinung nach überfordert.

Stayed here many times and always a pleasant hotel to visit. Staff friendly and efficient. Not far to walk from the nearby railway station to the hotel so super convenient for myself. Food and drinks are getting a little expensive in the hotel but I suppose you can level that comment at many other establishments either in the Netherlands or indeed elsewhere. One comment I'd like to make is that the bedroom lighting isn't bright enough for me and when you enter the room it really is very dark and not easy therefore to find the light switch to illuminate the bedroom especially on the first time you enter the room.

Booked a Double room but its not a double it 2 single beds pushed together, Including 2 single duvets. Beds were so soft as well, and im paying the price now with a bad back. This of course is preference. Room is large, and bathroom is really nice with a big bath. The hallway can be quite loud so if your a light sleeper you might want to consider noise defending.

Pænt og rent hotel. Store værelser og badeværelse. En del larm fra motorvejen og flyene er lige over hovedet. Men det betyder ikke så meget. Vi havde 2 værelser. Et standard og en junior suite. Vi var meget tilfredse med standard værelset. Men junior suiten har glasvægge til badeværelset og toilet. Det er lidt underligt og der er overhovedet ingen privatliv.

Bra bemötande vid incheckning. Fina och stora rum. Skön säng.

Our experience was not good. We arrived on December 28th, New Year's Eve, and first of all we were faced with a freezing cold room. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. I went to the front desk and the employee explained that the heating wasn't working and gave us a portable heater (so this means that this is a recurring problem at this hotel) and informed me that the phone was broken and that there was no one to fix it because the employee was on vacation and would only return on January 6th. It was already a very unpleasant experience. During our stay we noticed that when cleaning was done, the staff didn't replace the towels and water. We always had to go down and ask for them. Another issue was that every time they cleaned the room, they left the windows open and we arrived at night to freezing cold. I expected much more from this hotel and unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations.

Clean room, friendly staff! Nice self-service lounge. Only thing is that the heating did not work very well in the room. The room was a bit cold when we arrived but didn't warm up even with the heating on 24°C for more than an hour.

Super séjour dans ce bel établissement. Nous avons passer un agréable moment. Chambre confortable avec balcon. Douche super grande! Je recommande.

The place is very nice with your own balcony. The room didn’t have a safe or a room telephone. My husband hated the two twin beds shoved together instead of having a king bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The decor in the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was good. On the first day there was a nice man making omelettes which we enjoyed. On the second day (18th of May) there was a very rude lady making eggs. She refused to make omelettes and she treated guests like trash. Her attitude almost ruined our lovely experience in the hotel. The managers need to speak to her to treat people better.

Hospitality and friendly people

Pænt og rent hotel. Store værelser og badeværelse. En del larm fra motorvejen og flyene er lige over hovedet. Men det betyder ikke så meget. Vi havde 2 værelser. Et standard og en junior suite. Vi var meget tilfredse med standard værelset. Men junior suiten har glasvægge til badeværelset og toilet. Det er lidt underligt og der er overhovedet ingen privatliv.

As with most van der Valks, they are located right next to the highway.

Professional and well run hotel, conveniently located by the freeway, great food, great comfort.

Great place, but tough to get around without a car.

Very clean , big room , perfect breakfast, but If you don’t drive your own car , train and bus station are within 15 minutes walk.otherwise you can call a taxi.

The staff was great! Food at Ozzo's was exceptional. Location only 15 min to Keukenhof. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt nah an der Autobahn und zentral zu den anderen Orten und dem Meer. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Hotel ok; ausreichend & kostenlose Parkplätze. Lage etwas ausserhalb, aber direkt an Autobahn und somit gut für Ausflüge nach DenHaag, Amsterdam, Nordsee. Parkplätze direkt vor der Fensterfront => Gardinen immer zugezogen => Zimmer (schwarze Tapeten) noch dunkler.

Fijn Hotel, ontbijt is niet normaal...ze hebben werkelijk alles. Het was wel druk tijdens ontbijt maar dat was niet erg. Fantastisch bed, helemaal geen klagen. Van der Valk is gewoon prima!

Myself and two children had a lovely nights sleep after a busy day at Duinrell. The sushi was fantastic!

Typical Van der Valk Hotel and as expected (which is a lot!) Good breakfast with fresh orange juice-machine ! Could have some more in the cereals department like ground linseed or psyllium husks (yes I expect a lot!) and the good Alpro bio soy milk.... Everything else was really good.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Man kann hier sehr gut essen. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Schnellstraße und eine Art Industriegebiet. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön dekoriert und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Leider ist das Frühstück sehr teuer. In der direkten Gegend vom Hotel ist nicht viel. Nach Ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten Autofahrt, befindet man sich am Strand, dort gibt es sehr viel zu unternehmen. Das Hotel könnte etwas handwerkliche Arbeiten Verträgen. Die Türen funktionieren nicht optimal mit der Karte. Manchmal braucht es mehr als 10 Versuche die Türen zu öffnen. Unsere Balkontür ließ sich nicht öffnen, und nachdem wir dies bekannt gemacht haben und die Hotelmitarbeiter selbst versucht hatten, war es das. Es kam nichts mehr dabei raus. Die Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen. Der Duschkopf war ziemlich undicht.

Cet hôtel est extraordinaire. La salle de restaurant est magnifique, spacieuse et très bien décorée. La chambre était très confortable; un petit bémol pour nous: la salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre et manque d'intimité.

La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, anche se poco luminosa nella zona del bagno. Staff molto efficiente (check-out effettuato in meno di un minuto). Colazione molto costosa ma c'era la possibilità di farla nel bar interno, spendendo una cifra inferiore (solo pasticceria). Ampio parcheggio.
