Nous avons passé une nuit au calme dans cet Hôtel proche de l’aéroport et donc pratique . Le parking payant de l’hôtel (12 euros) la nuit est aussi pratique. On m’a demandé de payer une taxe de séjour en arrivant et en partant. Il s’agissait d’une erreur, qui n’aurait pas due se produire. Trop de serviettes de toilette mises à disposition pour 2 seule nuit. J’imagine qu’elles sont toutes lavées même si elles n’ont pas été utilisées. C’est un gaspillage et une augmentation des coûts de fonctionnement. Ras sinon.

Short distance and bus stop going to alfama, there are walking distance descent restaurant. Not much amenities within the hotel. We can hear the conversation in the next room. I guess they're under renovation but overall our basic needs are met!

Es una opción cómoda para quien sepa manejarse por Lisboa, como es mi caso. La zona es tranquila, dispone de un garaje aunque hay que hacer complicadas maniobras para entrar y salir. Para mí es ideal porque me muevo en coche en la ciudad y desde el Berna se puede llegar relativamente bien a todas parte. El personal es muy agradable

El hotel está totalmente deteriorado, necesita una reforma total, se escuchan los sonidos de los sanitarios de las demás habitaciones, la moqueta está muy sucia y las paredes se descascaran. seguramente fue un buen hotel hace unos 15 años. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Positive experience! Stayed 4 nights in one of the rooms located in the older part of the hotel and should say that although some of the furniture is showing signs of age / outdated the level of cleanliness and comfort is really good. You'll get toiletries and complimentary bottle of water. Housekeeping team did a great job daily. Friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Quick check - in and check - out process. Breakfast is available with option to pay at property however can't give my opinion as I didn't try it. Great location, very close to Campo Pequeno Shopping Centre - Events /Bullfight Arena, also restaurants/snack bars/supermarket, plus Buses and Metro rail stations. There's an ATM just outside hotel's main entrance.

Estadia agradável sem contar com algum barulho de hóspedes que espancavam portas logo cedo e conversa em voz alta de arrumadeiras antes das nove da manhã.Quanto a limpeza ok poderia ser melhor.16 noites e os lençóis não eram trocados sempre e muito menos a carpete limpa.No lavatório tinha peça quebrada e o autoclismo as ficava com a água a correr.Na parte do secador do cabelo um dia vimos uma barata que foi mostrada para o serviço de limpeza.

The shower/bath drain didn’t work, so taking a shower filled up the tub. There was dirt and mold between the sink and the tub that had clearly been there for some time and there was trash under the bed. Staff was friendly but even after asking about the shower drain, nothing was done. Floors were not clean and walking from the bed to the bathroom left my feet dirty.

Bad war leider voller fremde Haare. Die Bauarbeiten mit dazu gehörenden Lärm, hätte man uns ein Zimmer höher geben können. Zweite Etage mit Lärm direkt unter uns war nicht schön.

I was stuck in a bind and was able to get into this hotel very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly and tried their best to accommodate you. The rooms were very clean right down to the nice deep soaking tub. Very hot water that's a plus for me. Everything is within minutes of a car or walk. Quiet and the breakfast was only 9 euros. And they had a lot to choose from.

It was loud you could hear people in other rooms quite well as well as outside. My room had an air conditioner, (couldnt turn it on) desk, bed, safe, and 2 night stands one of which had a crooked drawer. No problems everything was ok but not great.

Nesta estadia ficamos na ala nova do hotel onde os quartos atenderam as nossas necessidades, e foi agradável. A recepção foi atenciosa, em destaque para atendente, Conflita. E o hotel tem uma ótima localização em Campo Pequeno com supermercados da rede Continente, locais para cafés, próximo de estações de metros, comboios e paradas de autocarros (ônibus) que nos levaram para os principais locais turísticos de Lisboa.

The Hotels Name "Hotel VIP Inn Berna" is misguiding. Nothing VIP here. Friendly staff, but I must say that there is a lack of charme and warm feeling. I have written twice to that hotel regarding a question we had. No answer. The breakfast buffet is fine, but for the love of sausagges, please don't use canned mini sausagges. They taste horrible. The room and the rest of the Hotel was clean. Very nice.

The toilet in the room was finicky sometimes in room 520 it would keep running other times it operated normally. My method of stopping (after hotel staff were asked twice to send a proper mantenance staff) was for me to let the toilet fall down and this would magically stop the noisy refilling of water. Sigh!

I got so sick with influenza virus and couldn’t travel but the hotel staff were so careless that they didn’t even bother to listen and give some sort of refund . All 10 days the room was not occupied( I’m not even sure) and for several days the front desk couldn’t find the management!

I thought that this location enabled us to navigate out of town and in town locations very easily from Entrecampos train and Metro stations under one roof. The hotel was about two blocks from the station. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area, not great but they get the job done. There is a fully stocked European (not the understocked American) Lidl Grocery at the train station with plenty of grab and go options with good pricing.

A hospedagem é próxima da estação de metrô, fica no centro da cidade. Tem restaurante e mercado próximos. O atendimento foi excelente! Como havia quarto disponível, foram muito cordiais e anteciparam o meu checkin. O apartamento me atendeu, tinha tudo o que eu precisava e era confortável.

Ja sé que és hotel pero habíamos alquilado un apartamento que nos falló el mismo día de llegar y era la única opción que teníamos para no dormir en la calle. No era exactamente lo que buscábamos. Está lejos del centro y hay que cumplir horarios de almuerzo y llegada. Hemos dormido la familia separada. Por ser un hotel imposible cocinar y hemos gastado mucho dinero en comer fuera. En los desayunos faltaba leche de origen vegetal. El desayuno es abundante pero poco variado. Había que hacer cola y esperar para poder subir a la habitación

Dagelijkse schoonmaak. Gedateerd interieur maar in goede staat, kluis op de kamer. Ruime badkamer, zitbad (geen ligbad). Onhandig, handdoeken hangen in douchegedeelte (worden nat bij douchen). Hard bed. Zeer krappe ruimte tussen bed en voorgevel om te passeren. Elke dag Continental Breakfast, nauwelijks variatie in 5 dagen. € 3,30 voor een imperial bier is erg duur. € 0,60 voor ijsklontjes is belachelijk. Ligging optimaal naar trein (-> Sintra) en metro, maar 45 minuten lopen van centrum. Best metro gebruiken vanaf Campo Pequeno. Al met al, goed hotel voor scherpe prijs.
