Hotel is under flight path from airport and close to a major rail line. But it is close to public transport, including a metro line. The Gulbenkian Museum is just over 10 minutes walk away. It is clean, with pleasant public areas. The buffet breakfast is varied, though I wished that the hot dishes were consistently hot. The staff were always helpful. The lifts were a pain. There are only two for a large building. And the buttons did not always illuminate when pressed. And you were never sure if you had arrived at your target floor. But my room was clean and spacious. Similarly the bathroom.

The restaurant food was almost inedible. Room service was slow and got the order wrong. 1hr and 45 minutes to finally get it straight. Staff was polite but not helpful if there was a problem. The entrance is on a dirty litter filled gravel/old pavement parking area. We were driving a rental. We had no idea that 1) The lot was owned by the city 2) There was an underground parking on the other side of the building. No signs indicating where to park and no one telling us. So we left the car and ended up with a parking ticket. €30 and if not paid it increases to €150. When i showed it to the front desk staff, the senior man dismissed it with a smirk and and a wave of his hand. They onviously had this happen all the time. Aside from this, there was a cheap plastic shower curtain dirty and brown on the bottom edge. This is an older property that needs lots of updates.

Boa experiencia, fui bem atendido mas os quartos deixaram a desejar. O ar condicionado não funcionava em um dos quartos, o cheiro de cigarro no quarto era notavel. O elevador várias vezes deu pau. O conforto no banho tbm foi bem ruim, por ser banheira e ter que colocar todas as vezes a cortina pra dentro que quando molhada grudava no corpo.

There was no staff around to give towels or safety, no sun umbrellas, and no functional bar for some drinks, so that was quite disappointing. For a short trip, it was okay, but not for me.

Hotel is very dated. You can literally hear everything from the adjacent rooms (I mean everything). Dirty and smelt muggy. The area looked a bit shady. On the upside the staff was very nice and helpful.

Skuffende. Havde troet jeg havde fundet et godt hotel med pool. Desværre da vi ankommer ligge det ikke centralt som beskrevet. Vi starter med at få et rum der stinker af røg, selv om hotellet er røgfrit. Vi får derefter et nyt værelse. Her virker ac ikke. Vi siger det til dem og de siger de tjekker. Næste dag virker den stadig ikke, der står på nettet at hotellet har ac. Vi får så af vide af en anden medarbejder at de har ikke nogen ac på værelserne. Så vi har sovet dårligt da det var alt for varmt, og man kan ikke åbne vinduer for man bor tæt på tog og fly transport. Så der er meget larm. Morgenmad ok til pris.

After unpacking we discovered that the A/C in 1104 was not working and the temperature for the week was near 90. A technician looked at it. We were moved to a different room(408) we had to pack up and unpack again. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

This is a building located in the business district of Lisbon. Its a walkable distance to the closest metro station and There is also food available within a little walk. It had the typical breakfast that we found at comparable hotels around Lisbon. During our trip Lisbon hit 40 degrees and our air condition struggled to keep the room comfortable. That was my only complaint. The pool is big and much appreciated.

Alt var egentlig veldig bra, bortsett fra at aircondition på rommet ikke på noen måte var tilfredsstillende. Heldigvis kunne vi åpne vinduet på vidt gap og temperatur sank noen grader om natten. Ut over det er veldig bra hotell med god service!

Very nice hotel, but the staff was not polite towards us. Very uninterested when we checked in and didn’t talk to us besides the necessity (extra fee, room keys etc). When we tried to ask them for help later on in exchanging some euros, they simply refused to help and didn’t redirect us to a place where we could. Hope they get better.

Front desk, the staff not friendly, not helping the guest if you ask some questions. Not happy to recommend all the time yes or no most time they say I don’t know. The attitude is not good. It’s not helping. Only the guy working May 9, 2025. We were checking in about 1 o’clock pm ,that day the guy working front desk no good.

Outstanding hotel in Lisbon. 5 minute walk to the Metro, restaurants, pharmacy and a supermarket. 15-minute walk to ISCTE. Very professional staff. Large closets. Comfortable beds and bathroom - it just needs more hangers for towels to hang and dry.

This hotel is approximately 1.5km walk from the nearest subway to go into the centre. There is otherwise very little immediately surrounding the hotel. The actual hotel is based in a large compound car park area, so you will need to willing to adventure to enjoy here. The breakfast was good, a small selection of cold meats and cheeses, some hot food options, and some fresh fruits. The obvious options of bread and cakes were plenty also. This is worth the money without a doubt. Inside the hotel is varied, some parts appear modern and recently refurbished, although other parts appear to be very dated. Overall a great stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a definite highlight of this hotel.
