Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Metro ist in ca. 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Dachterrase mit Bar. Läd zu einem Drink am Abend ein…der Spa-Bereich ist schön, der Pool hat sehr warmes Wasser. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Empfehlenswert!

A quiet oasis close to everything. The service was impeccable. Rooftop view was amazing from restaurant/bar. Sauna/massage were nice. The Spa tub felt cold while I was there, so I would be careful to check into that.

people are not good at service for a supposed hotel of "luxury", the guest service persons doesn't even smile and are like "tired" to be asked questions. We found a alive cockroach in the bathroom. They changed us rooms but all the cleaning wasn't the best.

Good overall but not amazing found the slipper under the bed from a previous occupant. Some fingerprints on the bathroom doors. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC at least mine. But I’m a bit OCD. Staff kind and polite and attentive. Breakfast very good. Location is good, but it’s a bit of walking to anything just as well that Taxis are cheap . Plus point it is quiet.You don’t get the noise from the street.We had a nice time and a couple of nice dinners in the downstairs restaurant. thank you to the staff on the front desk and a doorman always very kind and attentive.

The staff at Altis Grand are first class. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. Room was very nice, beds very comfortable, bathroom/shower were excellent. Hotel is located in the financial district so can’t walk to tourist spots but easy uber rides to anywhere u want to go.

Property is very nice and good location. rooms are spacious for 3 people. Beds are terrible, very uncomfortable. in the main area instead of queen or king bed, 2 beds are aligned together they are not straight , mattress is slanting , I felt I was falling on my left side and had to reposition my self all the time. My daughters bed had a dipping in the middle. I complaint to staff about the beds that how uncomfortable they are . Staff assured me that they will look into it and will send someone to fix beds, but no body came to fix or change beds. Faucet was broken, every time we had to put it back again for the water. Overall our stay was not comfortable.

Hotel was clearly very nice but seemed a bit empty. The rooms had a few odd elements like a door to the toilet that blocks the toilet paper dispenser and an extra door between the entry and the bedroom. I struggled to get the air conditioning to come on without turning the thermostat very low, and because they turn it off when you are not in the room, my room was very humid whenever I returned to it.

My room was odd with 3 single beds even though I asked for a queen or king. Even the 2 singles pushed together had the crack in the middle so was forced to sleep on one side only. The TV when turned on had a different guest name being welcomed. The lighting was so horrific I kept lights off most of the time. Bed side lamps had bright high wattage white lights with exposed bulbs through a wood mesh shade that cast shadows all over the place. It had wall to wall carpet which was gross for a hotel room floor. It smelled musty. There are no outlets by the besides so your forced to use the one at a desk. The mini bar fridge was dirty. No light inside the closet that the mini bar and coffee maker was in so you had to use your cel phone light to see what you were doing. The curtains were coming off the tracks. Pulling the blackouts was hard and was behind two other layers of curtains (sheers and decorative). Why the main front curtain wasn’t the blackout, is beyond me. You had to reach underneath to find the blackout and pull. It’s a mess. They need to renovate and get someone in there who understands common sense Hotel design.

Rooms are spacious but beds are very very uncomfortable. Instead of queen or king bed, there are two twin beds for 2 people. Mattress are not straight, they are slanting and i felt I was falling on my left side. I had to reposition my self all night , had disturbed sleep. I told staff about the uncomfortable beds, they assured me that someone will come and look into it and will change it but no one came to look at it, did not change beds. Faucet in the sink will come off periodically, we had to put it back to have water in the faucet. overall very uncomfortable due to bad beds.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location (in between three very easily accessible metro stations). The surrounding area feels very safe. There is a great cafe 1 street away (2 min walk) from the hotel that does very good and reasonably priced food / coffeee / breakfast deals etc. Pool / spa area was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel. Would stay there again if I am lucky enough to visit Lisbon again.

The breakfast is excellent. The options are all fresh. There are many varieties going from cheese to fish. The rooms are incredibly clean and the staff is always friendly. Overall a great hotel for tour visit to Lisbon. I will come back to the Altis Grand Hotel if I ever comr back to Lisbon.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, driver was fantastic, front desk and bellhops equally as good. Food in restaurants excellent. Breakfast buffet (hot foods horrible and undercooked or overcooked) cold foods nice selection. Complaints: We paid for a room with extra perks. 1 Hotel bar drink every day and a appetizer/canape. We only ever received this canape once in the bar (only place to get them)and the bar staff were hit and miss. We found ourselves constantly having to get up from our dining table to get cutlery or a napkin just to eat our dinner or ask for another drink. Staff were always talking with one another instead of serving guests. This happened at the breakfast as well. We got forgotten about a couple of times and had to ask for a coffee. We are pretty easygoing but do hate not being acknowledged and services paid for not being met. Rooms are very dark. Bathroom had some mold (putting make up on was a challenge). Air flow in the hotel halls and room was poor. We kept our window open to get fresh air and movement. Housekeeper forgot to replenish coffee in our room. We bought some on our own instead of complaining. We received little bottles of port wine and champagne every night with a platter of cheese, fruit, tarts or chocolates. Paid for but was a nice touch. All in all 3 and a half-4 star hotel ranking.

We like the property very much. The room was large, very comfortable and had all the amenities available. The breakfast at the property was ok. There was a good selection, however, for a 5 star hotel, I thought the breakfast room was more like a conference room turned into a breakfast area. The bar on the 12th floor served great cocktails and their bar menu (food) was great. The downstairs Bistro was also very good. It was centrally located and we could get to the Hop On Hop Off very easily on foot. There were some nice restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel is a bit off from the main square in Lisbon. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was just okay; it really is in need of a re-do. The bed was too firm for my husband and me. The breakfast was very nice. I would stay at an Altus property again that was closer to the tourist area.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. There were a lot of unexpected restrictions on children's use of the pool and spa areas, including no children's use of the pool after 4 PM. If we had known about these restrictions, we would have booked somewhere else. The hotel is in a great location close to Parque Eduardo VII, restaurants, and a metro line (the blue line). The fluffy towels and bathrobes were very nice. My child appreciated the gifts she received when we checked in. We chose not to pay 24 euros per adult, 12 euros per child for the breakfast. We liked the heated pool, although we wished we could have made more use of it than we were allowed to.
