This hotel is a bit off from the main square in Lisbon. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was just okay; it really is in need of a re-do. The bed was too firm for my husband and me. The breakfast was very nice. I would stay at an Altus property again that was closer to the tourist area.

Very good Hotel! Lovely, helpful staff, lovely clean rooms and good location, Nice pool area but unfortunately the sauna and jacuzzi were being maintained so could not be used. We have stayed at this Hotel a few times now and would definitely recommend.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. There were a lot of unexpected restrictions on children's use of the pool and spa areas, including no children's use of the pool after 4 PM. If we had known about these restrictions, we would have booked somewhere else. The hotel is in a great location close to Parque Eduardo VII, restaurants, and a metro line (the blue line). The fluffy towels and bathrobes were very nice. My child appreciated the gifts she received when we checked in. We chose not to pay 24 euros per adult, 12 euros per child for the breakfast. We liked the heated pool, although we wished we could have made more use of it than we were allowed to.
