Lovely place. 4 star for sure. Room service was timely. We stayed in the junior suite and it was fantastic. Staff were extremely professional. Sofia was an excellent help. Elevator is quick. Mini bar in the room. A nice welcome packet was in our room when we arrived. You do have to carry your luggage down some steps (maybe 5?) to reception. Most of our tours were 30-40 minute walk to meeting points from this location, but Ubers are cheap and reliable. If you are shopping around for your stay, be sure to keep this property in mind.

Bra och centralt hotell för familjen Vi bodde här i 4 nätter med 3 barn Hotellet ligger rätt centralt med gångavstånd till många butiker och affärer. Det är även enkelt att promenera till Praça do Comércio och vidare in mot stadskärnan. Promenaderna är inte särskilt långa och området runt hotellet känns barnvänligt och tryggt. Vi bodde på åttonde våningen i ett familjerum som var väldigt stort, bekvämt och hade fin utsikt. Frukosten var bra – helt i linje med vad man kan förvänta sig av hotellstandard. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig under hela vistelsen. En liten nackdel var täckena. Istället för att duntäcket låg inuti ett vanligt påslakan, var det placerat mellan två lösa lakan – ungefär som en hamburgare, med lakanen som bröd och täcket i mitten. Det gjorde att täcket gled runt under natten, och ibland vaknade man upp med bara själva duntäcket mot kroppen, vilket inte kändes så fräscht. Trots det var helhetsupplevelsen mycket positiv. Ett utmärkt val för familjer som vill utforska staden till fots.

Stayed here for 4 days, Room 412 was great, good view and a nice balcony. Area is peaceful and has nice restaurants near by. Not too much tourist foot traffic so prices are wonderful for food etc, walkable to most things and Uber has no problem finding you and there's never traffic jams around you

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is very affordable and location wise is not too bad to get to anywhere in town for sightseeing. Plenty of nice restaurants closeby for convenience and has easy access to several different metro lines for ease of traveling around too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Zenit Lisboa is very convenient for the metro as just 100 yards from Saldanha station. The hotel is clean, tidy and staff friendly with good English. A day trip to Cascais by train for just 3 euro from Cais do sodré, was really easy and a beautiful town to explore or just sit on the beach.
