Good location near train station and many restaurants. Also near river, really beautiful area. Great staff, delicious breakfast, very large room with fridge, couch area, lotion. Elevators very different and missed many times as had to put floor number in before getting on. Too many lights and switches but very dark in bathroom where you need it.

We booked this hotel very last minute for the last night of our break in Lisbon, as we were desperate for a good night's sleep after a terrible few nights in an old apartment. We were so pleased, it was exactly what we needed. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great. Mattress on the king size bed was quite firm, but the pillows were better than most you find in hotels. Air conditioning is good. Everything was clean and the room was super spacious. It was the best sleep of my holiday! Shower and complementary toiletries were wonderful, and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Location is good if you specifically want to visit things in Parque das Nações, short walk to all the restaurants and Oceanarium, but not as a base for tourist Lisbon stuff. It's a 15 min drive to the airport which is handy. The only downsides were 1) the bathroom door didn't close properly, 2) one of the elevators didn't seem to be working, which led to a very long wait on the morning we needed to check out.

We had a quick one night stay before our flight home. It is just a short 300M walk from the Lisbon airport metro stop and a short ~10 euro taxi ride to the airport. Melia is everything you are looking for in a short overnight stay. (One Note: They do not provide airport shuttle service.)

Gostei muito de ficar no hotel. Ótima localização. A melhoria que precisa é sobre a recepção explicar a questão de como funciona o elevador, que é bem diferente pois tem que marcar o andar que vai do lado de fora do elevador. Cheio de malas foi complexo. Outros hóspedes que ajudaram.

Great hotel,great location next to Park das Nações.Close to shopping,restaurants and shopping.The room was great and the view was wonderful.The only downside was the hotel parking that I was charged $15 euros for one night when some other hotels charge half of that.

Travelling with my young kids, would not recommend this property. Room was unkept, towels dirty with holes, bathtub stained, safe was not operational. Check in felt unprofesssional, some of the staff were scrolling on their phones and giggling. Overall, would look elsewhere for a stay.

The location to the airport was perfect. The neighborhood was modern and clean and safe. We had an early flight and wanted to spend our last night in lisbon close to the airport but wanted somewhere that had restaurants. this was it! I was disappointed to see the shower grout had some mildew which I did not like. It was tolerable but cleaning could have been better. The room had a great view which makeup for that one disappointment.

O quarto no check in não condiz com as fotos da reserva. Reservamos o quarto guestroom e o banheiro não tinha box, tendo que pular uma banheira para a ducha de banho. Quando tomava banho, vazava água por todo o banheiro. Além disso o quarto estava com mofo, sujo e sem manutenção. Vejam pelas fotos (mofo, sujeira, cortina rasgada, dutos nas paredes, infiltração), fica fácil entender. Um hotel 4 estrelas, rede Melia, não pode oferecer um quarto nessas condições. A localização é boa e o café da manhã também é bom.

The breakfast was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean. We had room service (burgers and fries) and it was quick and delicious. The only negatives were in the bathroom. The shower head didn't have good water pressure, so I had a bath instead. While in the bath, I noticed some black mold on the tiles. It made the experience a bit less pleasant. But I would stay again because the staff were great and the rest of the experience was great.

Loved that it was literally next door from the Lisboa Oriente train station which we arrived in from Porto. The hotel was very nice and our room on the 15th floor had a spectacular view of the Parque Das Nacoes district with the Vasco De Gama Tower, Vasco De Gama bridge (longest in Europe), the Tagus river, the Altice Arena and surrounding shopping and walking areas. Saw a fantastic sunrise from our room before our morning breakfast buffet downstairs! I would recommend this hotel anytime, but mostly because of it's proximity to the airport as we spent our last night in Lisbon before flying back home. Obrigado Melia Lisboa Orient for our very pleasant stay in your hotel!

Kind staff, well set up room (exactly as advertised) The bed was not that comfortable / it felt like there were mattress springs out of place - I took a bath towel from the bedroom and doubled it up and slept on that so that there was an additional layer between me and the mattress and then it was fine

Everything about this hotel was really quite nice, except the sink in my bathroom didn't drain (room 704). I asked them to fix it, and someone came, but it still didn't drain after that. They clearly knew this was a problem when I called to have it fixed, so I question why they would offer a room in this condition. I would stay here again, but next time I would check all facilities before settling in and request another room if everything wasn't in working order.

Tho hotel was clean and nice, and they were accomodating to early check in and late check out, which was appreciated with young kids. But the bed was awful - it was like sleeping on a 10 year old mattress that the springs no longer worked, so it felt like a rock.

Hotel itself is excellent, clean great rooms and perfect location, however reception check in staff were not professional on arrival! My Hotels.com booking confirmation and receipt were not excepted and apparently not found after waiting around for hours I was told that I would have to pay again at the hotel to stay the night as not their problem! It was a hotels.com problem and my problem! I have now paid almost €300 for a one night stay in a standard room!

I needed help to the train station with my bags and the front desk right away offered to help with my bags 😊 I can’t thank them enough for all there help the whole staff were very hospitable 😊 I would stay at this hotel again .

It was conveniently located. It was close to the airport and staff was very helpful. I did think they had an airport shuttle, but they did not and we used a taxi. It was near other transportation choices too. It was also near the water/port which had restaurants and after walking around found the largest mall I have ever been to. We had no idea it was even there..

We stayed 6 nights last week of Dec 2024. First time at this hotel and I would stay again. Good breakfast but it needs to shuffle things a little bit. Lots of breakfast variety but every morning was identical. Hotel had an issue where there was no hot water the afternoon of 12/31/24 and it was fixed the morning of 1/2/25
