A little bit far out from the City Centre, but the Corinthia is a lovely property. Quieter neighborhood, very nice pool and spa, and an excellent hotel gym. Taxis and Uber to City Center is very easy, maybe 15-20 minutes even at peak hours. Close to the airport. The Suite was wonderful, spacious, walk in closet, and a great tub for a relaxing bath.

The property is in very good condition and the hotel makes a big effort to create diverse spaces & choices for their guests. We visited all 3 restaurants & they were all amazing. The spa & pool area is beautiful & the customer service is top notch. No complaints here. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Really friendly staff, hotel is clean and modern, AC unit in the Room helps with the immense heat in the summer. You can leave the room and press a button so the staff knows that they can go in and clean. Sometimes they would knock and ask if you need something, really forthcoming. Staff at the reception is really competent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they fixed it quickly and even brought our stuff to our room. Gym and pool are nice, Lobby is really luxurious looking, the bar has a cozy atmosphere and one of the best Cocktails I've ever tasted. They also have an restaurant but I can't comment on that. They provide a shuttle every half an hour to the downtown of Lisbon, they also pick you up where they leave you in 30 minute intervals, which is nice. There are also cabs in front of the hotel at every hour of the day. There's a little kiosk next to the hotel (5 minute walk) where you can get some necessities, Lidl and a train station are also close. Overall really satisfied, I also got a little cake and a bottle of champagne because I spent my birthday there, can recommend the hotel to people who spend some time in Lisbon.

Our new favourite hotel in Lisbon. Highly recommended. We will return every time we visit Lisbon. First class welcome and service from front desk (young gentleman, sorry I don’t recall his name), extremely professional, polite and efficient. Room was kindly upgraded with a welcome gift waiting (special occasion). Wonderful room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bedding. Sky Lounge was great, too. We spent an hour there, couple of drinks and snacks with spectacular city views. Visited the spa, which is also high end. Very much enjoyed our stay. We will return for sure. Business or leisure, the Corinthia is highly recommended for any visit to Lisbon.

5 Star rated full service hotel located in a quieter part of Lisboa. While somewhat removed from major attractions, the location turned out to be much more convenient than expected. The hotel provides a shuttle bus downtown every 30 min but we ended up using the Metro almost exclusively. A quick 15-20 ride on the Blue line will take you directly to the waterfront and other major areas. There are also a limited number of cafes and supermarkets in the area if you want an alternative to the hotels restaurants (which are quite good). The only downside is their elevator system which can be slow and confusing at times.

The hotel was very clean and modern. It has 3 dining options on site. Concierge staff are very helpful, just busy. Therefore had to wait a bit at times to get their assistance. My upgraded room was large, with lots of natural light with large windows. Cleaning staff did a great job overall. Only one day, our room was overlooked, not sure what happened. However, we requested clean towels and were able to get them without any issues. The hotel is walkable to Bus station and Ubers are very convenient. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.However, we mostly went into the heart of Lisbon for meals.

We stayed for five nights, but the experience didn’t meet 5-star expectations. Despite booking for myself, my husband, and our 13-year-old daughter, we were given a cot suitable for a toddler. Although it was replaced later, the room became very cramped with three beds. The “city view” room overlooked train tracks, and constant noise from planes, trains, and traffic made it hard to relax, even with closed windows. The hotel was extremely crowded, with too many guests, which affected the overall quality of service. At check-in, we received no information about hotel facilities, while others did. Our luggage was delayed and required follow-up calls. Housekeeping missed basic items like soap and paper towels for two days. Breakfast was disappointing—staff repeatedly asked if we were done while we were still eating. We preferred nearby cafés. The pool wasn’t clean; we found hair in the water several times, and the shower was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the service doesn’t justify the high price. Definitely not worth five stars.

i just stayed at the hotel and didn't sleep because the AC didn't work, the front desk said they knew this was an on going issue and that theirs nothing they can do for me in way of compensation for not sleeping, 24.5 degree C is not a luxury experience, I've stayed before even last year and enjoyed it, but not sleeping when thats literally the point of the hotel and then told by a rude check out lady " you should have called maintenance at 3am" even though she said "we are in the middle of updating our ac amd won't be done until the fall and we can't do anything about it" so why the f wouldn't you let us know amd then when we say something you say ohhh call maintenance.... , this has happened where a room has had an issue and they aren't dismissive and actually blame me for not calling maintenance in the middle of the night as the issue even though that contradicts the entire statement from the same person saying the ac units aren't functioning properly and are to be upgraded?

The hotel was amazing, we got a lovely warm reception and an up grade to our suite and a quick and efficient check in. The staff around the hotel were very polite. The only thing that let it down was that the spa was not fully functioning for the whole of our stay due to repairs. Breakfast was excellent as was the room service but unfortunately I had to chase up on an over charge on my credit card and I’ve still not had a response back yet!

Our new favourite hotel in Lisbon. Highly recommended. We will return every time we visit Lisbon. First class welcome and service from front desk (young gentleman, sorry I don’t recall his name), extremely professional, polite and efficient. Room was kindly upgraded with a welcome gift waiting (special occasion). Wonderful room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bedding. Sky Lounge was great, too. We spent an hour there, couple of drinks and snacks with spectacular city views. Visited the spa, which is also high end. Very much enjoyed our stay. We will return for sure. Business or leisure, the Corinthia is highly recommended for any visit to Lisbon.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon. This is clearly a property geared toward large tour groups, which makes the lobby consistently overcrowded and the check-in process extremely slow. In my case, check-in took over 30 minutes. Due to a national train strike, I arrived a day late. While I understand policies are policies, I was surprised and disappointed that the hotel would not offer any refund or accommodation for the missed night, especially given the exceptional circumstances. To make matters worse, the hotel misplaced my luggage upon arrival and it took them nearly two hours to locate it. After a wonderful trip across Portugal, this was a poor way to end my journey. Overall, the lack of flexibility, the inefficiency, and the impersonal nature of the service left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a smooth or accommodating experience.

Séjour au Corinthia Lisbonne en février 2026 globalement très satisfaisant. Malgré une atmosphère business, l'accueil est digne des plus grandes adresses grâce à un personnel aux petits soins. L'hôtel est excentré mais très bien desservi par le métro, les bus et une navette gratuite. Un grand merci à Diogo Brites pour son accueil VIP, ses conseils et son professionnalisme. L'équipe conciergerie est également très réactive. Nous avons logé en Suite Monsanto : spacieuse, parfaitement insonorisée et dotée d'une literie exceptionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la bouteille d’espumante offerte pour notre anniversaire. Quelques bémols techniques toutefois : une salle de bain froide, un temps d'attente long pour l'eau chaude et une décoration un peu neutre qui mériterait un rafraîchissement plus luxueux. Le Sky Lounge au 24ème étage est un privilège absolu pour le calme et la vue. Mention spéciale à notre serveur du petit-déjeuner pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions personnalisées. L'accès inclus au spa water therapy est aussi un vrai plus pour se relaxer. Petit bémol au check-out où nous avons dû réclamer nous-mêmes l'application d'une remise promise. Everything has been very good to excellent except for check in where it took over 3 hours to get our room. Checked in before 11:00 but didn’t get my room until jusy after 2 PM.

This was our second stay at the Corinthia and won't be our last. It's not too convenient to the busy tourist areas, which for us is a bonus. It's not a big deal to grab a taxi our Uber. Alternatively the hotel has a great van that goes back and forth to the Rossio area all day. Very close to the airport, which is perfect.

The hotel was excellent. The staff, from the porters at the entrance, the check-in staff and the dining staff were very personable and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful. We were not able to use the spa benefit, but it was a nice option. There is a Metro stop a five minute walk away, which is very convenient. We would return to the Hotel Corinthia again.

Great hotel! Coming in from Paris, only 15 minutes from the airp[ort, this was stay was an excellent change of pace. Modern, clean, well appointed. Shuttle service to downtown Lisbon. The restaurant Erva was the best food we had while in Europe for nearly 2 weeks. And the hotel is superbly reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and the rooms were amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The people at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. The only negatives I have to say are that we are at one of the restaurants and despite there being almost no one else in there,it took forever to get our food. And they got the order wrong. My other issue is that its location isn’t really central to anything so you can’t just walk out the door and be in downtown Lisbon. To be fair I only stayed one night and it was my last night in Lisbon just before leaving. I did really enjoy the stay and I highly recommend the hotel otherwise.

The property is located 15 mins from the centre . A free shuttle is provided every hour. Although we were down 15 mins before and in the queue we were not able to get on the over subscribed shuttle . There are limited restaurants around the area. The hotels restaurant - the pan asian one was amazing and highly recommended but expensive. The moment we arrived no help was given to unload our luggage from the cab/open the door given we were pushing a buggy etc Service was poor. You would have to keep ringing for basic things like a towelling robe which you are required to wear down to the pool or an iron. Once the iron is received its takeh back ever day and then you have to ring several times again for one ti come back up Dogs are permitted in the hotel which is fine but a specific floor should be kept for this given we could hear barking in our room in the evenings The main issue we faced aside from the shuttle issue (the shuttle service was what made the property appealing given its on the outskirts) we had informed the hotel in advance that one of us are gluten free. (Highly intolerent) Breakfast was supposed to be accommodated for. It wasnt. An empty gluten free bread basket. Cross contamination leading to a very poorly guest in our booking . And the list goes on. Once some anger was shown toward the issues we kept facinf at the property we were treated better by senior staff but it shouldnt require having to speak to a manager to get the bare basics at a hotel

Loved the shuttle to city center! Erva is an excellent bar and restaurant…the sea bass was awesome. Soul Garden was also good. Staff was very attentive. Our room was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

The structure is very modern, elegantly cared and located in quiet and pleasant area. The breakfast is very abundant and fast, even if the service has been a bit slow (one day I had to queue for more than 10 minutes just to enter and several times I had to repeat my order). Rooms are very clean, modern, silent and cleaned up twice a day. Facilities are very good, the garden is lovely, with nice atmosphere and beautiful music and lights in the night. Gym is well equipped, but I found unfair to ask for 40 euro per hour per person for the sauna (that should be included in the service)

The property is clean and modern. There is also a well equipped gym, a decent sized swimming pool, and two restaurants. We only had a few drinks at one of the restaurant bars and the service was excellent. The only hiccup was that one of the room card stopped working on two occasions during our three day stay, and on the first night, my partner and I ordered in-room dining service, and despite the caller repeating our order correctly back to us, my partner’s steak was cooked and served medium-well (although it looked well done), not medium-rare. When this was raised with the team, they checked with the chef and stated my partner had asked for it to be medium-well. When this was disputed, they did offer to cook a new steak, but it took a further 25 minutes to arrive, adding to the 40+ minutes we had already waited in the first place. When the steak arrived, it was already about 11:30pm. While we appreciate this is a busy hotel, we did expect the team to resolve such an issue without further delay, considering the time of night and the time we have already waited. It was not a great first impression, but we did enjoy other aspects of the hotel. For example, there is a complimentary shuttle that takes you into the city every day, running every 30 minutes from 9am to 6pm. Taxis were cheap and easy to come by, so getting back later was not an issue. All in all, aside from the issues we experienced, it was an enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the corinthia was spectacular. The dining options varied but the Sunday brunch at Olivaie was the highlight. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The floral embellishments were a beautiful aesthetic
