It was very good and spacious room only the stairs are very much to climb with the luggage but the lady Milena was very very kind and helpful and took the trouble of helping me carry the luggage I really appreciate her kindness n help it’s nice to have such wonderful people working Good clean and big rooms and nice location and decent hotel Thank u

The rooms are clean and the air conditioner works great. However, some issues to note. Yes there is an elevator big enough to fit 2 luggage and maybe squeeze one person, but you still have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to this elevator. The rooms are also not necessarily as described. I paid extra for an upgraded room because it is advertised to be a little bigger, have a bidet, and a queen bed. We got to the hotel and it looked just like the basic room they offer. Staff told me their property doesn’t have queen beds and the listing is wrong. They also mentioned only “some” rooms have a bidet. Their comment on the room size was that only some rooms are bigger. Since I booked the room on a third party I went through them to try to get some kind of partial refund since I paid extra for the bigger bed that doesn’t exist. The hotel apparently has to approve such a thing. They said no so no money back for me. Basically paid for a fake upgrade and there was nothing I could do about it. Stay away from this place.
