The pool is totally unsupervised and an accident waiting to happen. There’s a pool bar/restaurant that doesn’t allow you to charge to your room so you have to go up one floor to reception to pay, sometimes dripping wet from the pool!

O café da manhã mais completo que tivemos aqui na Europa. Valeu muito a pena incluir, pois tinha muita variedade e até opção de pratos feitos na hora. A única coisa que poderia melhorar seria o estacionamento que poderia ser pago apenas 1x por dia ao invés de ter que pagar toda vez que vai sair do hotel as horas que ficou ali dentro. Isso acaba saindo muito mais caro.

Het is hotel is goed als je vooral de stad gaat bezichtigen. Comfortable bedden en een heerlijk ontbijt. Er mag wel wat reparatiewerk verricht worden bij het zwembad. Zo is bovenste trede van de trap kapot (enorm gevaarlijk) en vliegen de parasols je om de oren bij harde wind. Verder is het geluid van de overvliegende vliegtuigen niet te doen na een uur bij het zwembad. Maar goed, oké dus voor een echte citytrip.

The price was good but the pool is right under the Lisbon airport flight path so dont expect to relax there. Every single electronic piece of equipment in the gym was broken. The carpets and doors on the ground floor with the gym and pool was beyond tired. The room and the cafeteria were good. Staff very helpful.

El Hotel tenía buen desayuno y el lobby y restaurante estaban bien. Sin embargo, las alfombras de la habitación estaban manchadas, había una cuchara plástica debajo del sofá y uñas de los pies ( cortes de uñas) en la habitación. El baño tenía un espejo viejo y manchado. Pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno y que pronto lo remodelarian.

Horrible ! Du checkin au checkout.. arrivée, ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation malgré le mail de confirmation. Le checkin a duré au moins 1h jusqu’à ce que finalement ils retrouvent notre réservation. Aucune des personnes à l’accueil sympathique, tous tiraient la tête, aucun ne parlait anglais ou français malgré notre demande. Puis porte des chambres qui s’ouvraient pas, puis finalement impossible à fermer, fenêtre degueulasse on ne voyait même pas à travers. Un soir on demande à réserver au restaurant de l’hôtel, on nous dit que ce n’est pas nécessaire puis arrivé on nous dit que c’est complet que les dernières tables sont réservées. On dit qu’on va aller ailleurs puis miracle on nous trouve une table. Les serveuses sont antipathiques, on demande plusieurs fois les choses, nous parlent systématiquement en anglais alors qu’on parle en portugais. Nettoyage de la chambre quasiment pas fait, aspirateur pas passé et poubelle pas vidée.. le matin bruit de la perceuse à 7h30.. parking exorbitant, devrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre. Check out, on laisse les clés vu que tout avait été payé au checkin mais on nous rattrape pour nous dire qu’une des taxes de séjour a été mal calculée et que l’on doit encore payer 8€ ! Séjour catastrophique pour un prix trop cher pour ce que c’était. Très très déçus, nous ne reviendront jamais ! Nous avons pourtant séjourné dans beaucoup d’hôtel au Portugal, moins cher et de bien meilleure qualité. A fuir !

Siamo arrivati in hotel e siamo accolti in una forma molto poco professionale. La camera é risultata sporca e con polvere e pulita male per tutto il ns soggiorno. Abbiamo segnalato che la cassaforte in camera non era fissata ma solamente appoggiata e il risultato che al ns ritorno la stessa era stata aperta dal personale della struttura e lasciata aperta con i ns effetti personali all’interno. Davvero una cosa indecente. Abbiamo richiesto di prenotare un tavolo al ristorante e ci é stato detto che non era necessario, arrivati al ristorante ci hanno detto che era pieno!!! Davvero una cattiva gestione e poca attenzione al cliente. Colazione confusionaria, molti prodotti al buffet ma tutto molto sporco e con tanta confusione. La pulizia non é la prerogativa di questa struttura. Personale insufficiente e poco professionale. Davvero un esperienza molto negativa con episodi da denuncia. Non siamo persone che cercano le contestazioni ma quanto accaduto in termini di sicurezza e pulizia è davvero poco accettabile

De afstand tot de metro was heel goed. Let wel op, veel trappen (70 ong) om vh metrostation tot aan het hotel te geraken. De WiFi was gewoon slecht. Zelden hadden we verbinding op de kamer.

Sauberes und gutes Standard Hotel zwischen Flughafen und Innenstadt mit guter Nahverkehrsanbindung. Jeweils 10 ca. 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt oder zum Flughafen. Hin und wieder kann man die Flugzeuge hören, aber war erträglich. Wir waren angemeldet zu dritt in einem Doppelzimmer mit zusätzlichen Schlafsofa. Das Schlafsofa hätte bequemer sein können, ein matratzentopper hätte wahrscheinlich schon geholfen.

The room was clean. The staff are very helpful. Only issue was noise from construction not able to sleep after 8 am. Very noisy after 8am. Also not able to see outside at all because the window was covered with plastic paper.

Novotel Lisboa is a nice, clean hotel. Comfortable and large room. Friendly and professional staff, and located close to the metro. 10 minute walk to be in an area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Overall, our stay was very good, but there is one thing that was not so good - the WIFI. Most of the time in our room, it would take more than a minute to load a single E-mail. As we were there for vacation and not business, this wasn't a huge problem, but it was still frustrating not being able to look up restaurants or bars to go to after a long day of exploring the city.

Despite confirming with the hotel over phone and mail our reservation and the need for a baby crib when we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation in the system! We ended up having to wait at the bar with a 7 month old for 45 minutes for them to resolve it. At least they could have covered our water and tea as goodwill. The hotel has been renovated and our room was comfortable.

This hotel is terrible. The staff is terrible. The manager is super rude. She doesn’t try to help in anyway. The hotel was under construction. It was sooo dusty. They should have noticed us of the construction before we got there. We tried to change our room because the banging was absolutely terrible but Laila (manager) said no. Never ever staying at a Novotel again

We had booked a family room . The 3rd bed was broken with missing slats and sharp metal sticking out. The first night one of had to sleep on floor we were move to another room the next night. We booked 2 rooms the air con in the twim did not work- we reported but not fixed. We got fed up complaining so just put up with it. It was a great breakfast and easy access for exploring the city.

Personalet udviste stor service hele vejen igennem. Kontaktede mig før ophold på grund af problem med kort. Super modtagelse - godt værelse. Rejste med min voksne søn og havde booket familievære med seng og sovesofa. Dejlig poolområde og overdådig morgenmadsbuffet. Desuden kun 5min. gang til metro, hvor man på 4-5 stop er i downtown Lissabon.

The hotel was under construction. Of course we had no idea. It was very loud and dusty. The manager Layla was horrible. they refused to make any changes to my reservation. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff is terrible.

Short stay to check out Lisbon. Well maintained hotel. Freshly updated. Beautiful design. Lovely staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Quiet. We did not use the pool as we were pressed for time, however it appeared to be a quiet/small space. Short Uber drive to the historic area. Shopping mall close by. The zoo is close as well.

Well renovated,very clean,good restaurant located on main floor,helpful staff,good location,14min to the Airport,10min walking to the rail stations which you can get on to SINTRA train get there in 33min $6.50 for each,a lots of restaurants one block away,safe area,Sightseeing bus BlueLine stop 16 in front of hotel,you can buy the ticket on bus to explore the Lisbon.

Novotel Lisboa is a nice, clean hotel. Comfortable and large room.
