Hotel was fine but the decor was a bit tatty. Peeling paint, wallpaper etc. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. If that maintenance was scheduled guests should have been notified that it would be closed when booking. One of the reasons I booked was because it was a hotel with a pool.

The rooftop pool was great, warm even though end of april,found it was heated, had to myself each time I used it.. About 5 hotels on that block, but block over was metro, underground grocery store and more restaurants.

Experience was much lower than expected for this price point. You feel that they are trying to cut costs on every possible thing and squeeze every last penny out of the client. Positives: Staff very polite and helpful Rooms are of adequate size Easy access from garage to the rooms Negatives: Very bad value for money. Breakfast very poor lacks variety and there were flies flying around the juice area which is just unacceptable. The garage is super hard to get into and out, entrance and exit are from the same ramp they have traffic lights inside the garage (a first for me) to avoid cars coming face to face with each other and if you a driving a large vehicle like mine the parking spaces are impossible to fit into. Rooms are old and run down with no views mine was overlooking an air conditioning unit.

Several restaurants nearby (next street, when you walk across the bridge) Had to change from our first room because of the smell in the while space when arriving back from evening meal. Reception handled this very smoothly - I just had to go down to swap keys. Love the comfortable chair. Would be better to have two! Swimming pool pleasant and with the roof cover open was easy to access fresh air. Disappointing “restaurant” - the area we thought was a restaurant is only used for breakfasts. Any other food is served in a space off the foyer with only a few tables, the others either high or low coffee style tables. No call button at the bar to alert staff you are waiting. This is a good hotel for short stay with quick journey to the airport.

Nice clean room, fairly spacious. Great view of planes landing. Friendly reception. It was good to have on-site parking but beware that the parking garage is very tight and is extra to the room booking. Air con was okay but not really cool - okay for October but might be a problem in the summer. Didn't get around to trying out the pool or restaurant but the bar was lovely. 5 min walk to metro and post office. Lots of nearby restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.

It was sadly a bit far from the main city tourist area but there was a train station/metro 3 min walk away. Overall, it was safe and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My main issue was the pool area. I chose this hotel just for that, but the water was very cold in August. Also, the pool filters showed lots of mold and the pool lounge cushions were very grossly stained from water. I could not sit on them, even with a towel under. I would suggest wipeable vinyl or similar. Apart from that, it was in a quiet area, but away from cool patio restaurants and the Lisbon atmosphere.

I had a lovely stay, the pool area was really nice, the breakfast after 5 days was very repetitive, it really need so variation.. The size and cleansiness of the room was good, or so I thought until I lost an earring, I had to pull out the furniture and it was so dusty and needs a through clean. The staff were friendly, although I had to call Reception due to loud noise at night twice.

Very welcoming atmosphere and receptionist very friendly. Room was bigger than expected and fresh and clean. Tea and coffee (with creamer too) a nice touch. Lovely big and fluffy bath towels as well as hand towels in bathroom and Nuxe soap etc. Beds very comfortable and enjoyed a quiet night’s sleep. Location ideal for appointment at IPO hospital and also for visiting Gulbenkian Museum. Short walking distance from railway station too. Would stay again

Segnalo la mancanza di presa di corrente vicino al letto (oramai indispensabile per caricare il telefono cellulare) e l'impianto di aerazione un po' rumoroso che la notte, nel silenzio, diventa abbastanza fastidioso. É ubicato in una zona d'affari nella quale, nei giorni festivi, è tutto chiuso, anche i servizi di ristorazione. This hotel is Ok, just Ok Definitely not a 4* compared to the others in this category that I stay in. Seems to be a little understaffed on the catering side of things with the staff seemingly having to cover different roles at the same time. Having said that, the staff themselves were pleasant to deal with. I can only speak for my room which was a little tired and in need of modernization. No plug points next to the bed was strange. Bar snacks not available all day was also strange.. There are limited bars around the immediate area. Nearest supermarket about 10 minutes walk

Inconvenient for lisbon, hotel staff felt like they were being disturbed from whatever they were doing(which in no way looked like dealing with any customers) when trying to get water or cappuccino: it was like no one could help/everything was always closed. My issue was eventually resolved, but I was disappointed with the initial response I received. I want the hotel to be aware that the first interaction did not meet expectations and should not be part of a guest’s experience. I booked a standard room with a queen-size bed and, prior to arrival, contacted the hotel to request a room that was not located at either end of the corridor. The hotel replied that they would do their best to accommodate my request. However, upon arrival, I discovered that my room was located exactly at the end of the corridor. I returned to reception to request a change. The staff member informed me that all rooms with single beds were at the end of the corridor and claimed the hotel was fully booked. This confused me, as I had booked a queen-bed room, not a single-bed room. When I entered the room, it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The layout was irregular (not rectangular as displayed), and the bed was clearly not queen-size. I checked the hotel website again and found that two rooms were still showing as available. Unfortunately, I was exhausted after a long-haul flight and decided to rest first. A few hours later, I was woken by a strong sewage smell from an unknown source, as well as continuous noise coming from the bathroom pipes. At that point, I recorded a video and brought it to reception. A different staff member was on duty, and I sincerely appreciate her help.

The staff at reception are very overworked and could definitely use a bell hop or concierge to assist with luggage and tourist questions. The policy of not allowing early check in results in a backlog that is frustrating all round. It seems counterproductive to have the foyer full of people, many of whom have been travelling all night, needing to check in all at the same time. My heart goes out to the staff trying to cope day in and out with this situation.

Love the fact that this property is close to transportation bus and train and metro . Not a lot of food options around but the ones around it was pretty good, close to the shopping mall as well The staff is friendly and helpful and the size of the room was pretty substantial. The pool area is nice with the view of the area . The breakfast was good and fresh variety of choices would definitely come back

Alles war in Ordnung, das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem. Beim Frühstück gibt's nicht so riesige Auswahl, aber es reicht völlig, alle finden etwas leckeres und die Qualität war sehr hoch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Pra mim o ponto negativo , foi o café da manhã a resseca de hotéis mercure do Brasil o café da manhã é muito melhor com bastante escolha até ,com o café café de garrafa , cápsula ou coado na hora , nesse hotel era só de máquina , em pleno café da manhã tinha que fazer fila , para pegar um café quando chegou na minha vez não tinha água , depois faltava o próprio café … mas o quarto bem limpo as pessoas gentis..
