Clean and comfortable. Location a bit out of the way but once we figured out the subway, easy fast access to the main touristy areas. In walking distance to the hop on hop off bus tour pickup. Bar had tasty snacks and happy hour in the evening.

Pros- We were able to check in earlier at 11am after an overnight overseas flight which we greatly appreciated. We received two complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff friendly. The location is prime. Two subway stations nearby, lots of places to eat. We had a great view of the street //// Cons- A/C not working at this time of the year since it's centralized, so it's either heat or cooling. We had to open the window to cool off room. We stayed 4 night, the complementary coffee wasn't refilled for 2 of the days even after requesting some from the front desk. Not a lot of drawers to store clothing. ///Bottom line- Would recommend this hotel especially because of its location.

Spacious, stylish, clean, comfortable. There is an electric water boiler for tea or coffee. Friendly staff. Complimentary welcome drink in bar. Centrally located within walking distance of very nice park with beautiful trees and statues. The only comment on improvement I have is that it took a very long time for the shower water to run before becoming hot, approx. 5 minutes. This can be set to warm up right away, so it is not necessary to waste water when water conservation is an issue in southern Europe.

Café da manhã maravilhoso! Atendimento da recepção cordial e prestativo. Poderiam melhorar a qualidade dos travesseiros, mas em geral os quartos são confortáveis. O estacionamento estava em reforma, durante nossa estadia; e foi bastante inconveniente ter que deixar o carro em outro lugar.

Great staff. Very clean. You have to run all taps for three minutes to get hot water for your shower. Breakfast has a great variety, well worth the price. Definitely returning when I am next in Lisbon!

Prima hotel voor een city trip. De kamer was heel schoon, enig minpuntje was de badkamer. De tegels bij het bad de doucheruimte hadden een vieze zwarte schimmel in het kitwerk tussen de tegels. Het hotel ligt aan een zeer steile weg dus is niet aan te bevelen voor personen die slecht ter been zijn.

Clean, quiet, easy access to public transportation. There is a kettle in the room. Curtain is good for blocking light. We arrived around 11 AM. We were told that the room was not ready and check-in time was 2 PM. So we waited in the lobby. The staff showed us a local map and some tips for touring the city. That was nice. But the staff did not make an effort to prioritize cleaning/preparing our room and they did not notice us when the room was finally ready. We had to ask them after 2 PM before receiving our room key. It was not a busy day. I would expect that the staff at the front desk show more enthusiasm to let us get the room earlier. Overall we were happy with the hotel and I would definitely recommend TURIM Europa to everyone who plans to visit Lisbon.

The hotel staff was great and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was close to 2 metro station. My only issue was the room windows are not very well insulated and you can hear the street traffic which there is no way to solve that.

Hotel situato a meno di 5 minuti di camminata da due stazioni della metropolitana. Poco visibile dalla strada, tuttavia una volta entrati, si mostra un hotel molto bello con ch3ck in veloce e personale gentile ed efficiente. Camera enorme, pulita e con letti comodi. Camera molto silenziosa. Unica pecca, camera molto buia a causa dell’assenza di finestre e di pochi punti luce.

The hotel is near the major roadways in Lisbon, but tucked away on a side street so very little noise. Short walking distance to major park area, tourist area, shopping , and tons of dining options. Breakfast was limited but very good. My only gripe was the WiFi. It's very low capacity so it was only usable when most people weren't using it

Wir waren 5 Tage (4 Nächte) dort . Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr „dunkel „ gestaltet . Also in die Zimmer fällt wenig Tageslicht ein . Auch der Rest des Hotels ist sehr dunkel gestaltet. Gerade die Zimmer im EG sind komplett verdunkelt und sehr klein. Dennoch ist das Personal super freundlich - haben uns auch 3 Stunden früher einchecken lassen. Frühstück ist auch super . In der Nähe sonst direkt ein Aldi . Für einen Städtetrip auf jeden Fall gut .

Had to change room as the whine from the electricity circuit room was unbearable, when the reception staff was asked about changing rooms there was a lot of eye rolling and general huffiness from the male receptionist, very unprofessional.

We heard the flushing of toilet and water from shower from 12 am to around 2:30 am. It was very loud which woke me up. So scary. We thought people broke into our room. Lucky we got our room changed. The staff at the front desk were helpful giving us info & directions to different attractions.

Achei o hotel central, a academia é otima e o café da manhã também. O quarto é bem antigo e o serviço demorado. Solicitei um secador de cabelo que demorou e tive que refazer a solicitação. A vista do quarto era para uma escada e muitas casas noturnas na região.

Really nice location and clean hotel. 2 items to improve upon: 1. Check in took a really long time 2. On expedia, they have 2 photos for a double room. One with 1 bed and the other with 2 beds. As a result i thought I booked a room with 2 beds. Clearer photos would be great

Clean, quiet, easy access to public transportation. There is a kettle in the room. Curtain is good for blocking light. We arrived around 11 AM. Ein gutes Hotel, von dem aus man Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Haltestellen der roten und blauen Metro-Linien sowie eine Bushaltestelle, an der mehrere Buslinien halten, befinden sich in der Nähe. Für uns war das Hotel Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Besichtigungstouren in die Innenstadt, aber auch für Ausflüge nach Belém, Sintra oder Cascais. Einige kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Aldi liegt ganz in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen als reichhaltiges Buffet angeboten. Für Menschen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit gab es immer ein glutenfreies Baguette und einen Muffin. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht ganz günstig, aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
