I complain about 3 things: the bathroom smells bad even after it is cleaned, eventually smells bad again, the room was beside the elevator which was really noisy, specially at night, it was hard to sleep. And the key which is an electronic card i had to go all the time to reception so they could configure it because it stopped working all the time. The good things are the location, you have a metro station in front of the hotel, and also the people who work there were amazing, very nice people

The primary plus of this hotel is the location, steps from a Metro stop. While the lobby area is impressive, my room and the general condition of the hotel were poor. The carpet in my room had multiple large stains. The stairway was not vacuumed at all during the three nights I was at the hotel, as the same bits of trash were there the whole time. The room and bathroom were quite small, and I had to maneuver around one of the twin beds to get into the bathroom. My room was on the street side, right above a Sushi restaurant stayed open late, so there were loud conversations going on past midnight, which the inadequate soundproofing failed to block. My impression is that this was once a fine hotel, but the current management is not maintaining it properly, or even cleaning it adequately. I WILL NOT be staying there again.

Só vale a pena se hospedar aqui se for nos andares das suites reformadas que são ótimas. Os demais andares são muito antigos com casa de banho ruins e o cheiro péssimo.

Para começar é um hotel 2 em 1: somente parte dos quartos foi reformada. Se você ficar na parte renovada, os quartos são amplos, assim como os banheiros. Na parte antiga: mobiliário antigo, carpetes velhos e banheiros pequenos. Tanto em uma parte qua ti na outra, a limpeza deixa a desejar. No frigobar do primeiro quarto, havia uma pizza largada sabe-se lá desde quando. Atrás do apoio de mala, havia uma meia largada também há muito tempo. Na casa de banho, parecia haver lodo nos cantos. Na primeira noite, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e não havia quarto para trocar. O café da manhã é bem simples. E o staff nos pareceu acomodado.

Hotel in a great location, 10m from Areeiro Metro station, room was smelly - moud mostly, bed could be better - mattress was very old. Staff were friendly but the door card has to be magnetized every time we leave the room, even though it wasn't with the mobile phone. Other guests are very noisy and seems to not have respect, banging doors and yelling after 22pm. I would recommend only if you can wear earplugs to sleep and for 2 or 3 nights.

The room was hot and the manager refused to turn on the air conditioning since it was April but it was during a heatwave. He dismissed us as “Americans!” The hallway smelt of sewage. We had to have the window open for air but that made it noisy from outside traffic and brought in insects. The room looked dirty. Stains on the carpet and walls. It’s an old hotel but it’s worn out old not classic. I think this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This Hotel is very "tired" and could do with an upgrade. We had a room backing on to the lift shaft which was noisy for most of the time, spoiling our sleep. The room was very small and tight for any space to do anything. It was not an enjoyable stay however, it must be said that this is in the centre of a European Capital City and was very low cost for that so, very good value but we were pleased to be staying for just one night.

The room was OK but common areas are dirty, including some kind of sheet spread across the 5th floor staircase which would seriously impede emergency exit. Beds are hard. The key card didn’t work & had to be reprogrammed- twice in a 2-night stay. The front desk clerk claimed it had been demagnetized due to being next to my cellphone but that wasn’t true, and another guest had the same problem - either the mag stripe cards are worn out or the programmer is faulty. The more helpful clerk at another time didn’t have any way to contact higher management. By the time we went out to find dinner he was nowhere to be found, other arrivals were standing in the lobby frustrated, unable to check in. Parking is on the street, very difficult to find, local residents use the spaces night and daytime, we had to carry our luggage 4 blocks. On arrival the room had no towels which was resolved quickly however when we asked for some sort of cup or glass for water - “the hotel doesn’t supply those”. What??? This is the first time I have encountered that, in thousands of hotel rooms of all categories in my 70 years. Our friends moved elsewhere after one night despite being prepaid and non-refundable.

Old and dirty rooms, carpets. Air conditioning didn’t work in the first room, and barely in the second. Beware of hotels that have a lot of pictures of their pretty lobby, it’s to misdirect you.

This place was a complete dump and dive and is clearly false advertising. The room was absolutely disgusting full of mold, horrible carpet, stains, crumbling, plaster, grout missing in all the tiles in the bathroom the bed sheets look like they’ve been slept in. Nothing like the pictures. It was absolutely horrific and couldn’t stay there left the same day.

Aucune propreté (bac à douche avec des poils présents et moquette dégueulasse - je ne marchait pas pied nu). J'ai réservé deux chambres pour deux nuits. Nous ne sommes pas restés la seconde nuit.

Bonne localisation entre l'aéroport et la ville. Par contre aucune insonorisation au niveau des murs et fenêtres, on entend toute la nuit les bruits de la rue. Moisisure sur les murs de la salle de bain.

Quarto horrível,paredes sujas e com bolor,janelas avariadas,banheira com ferrugem,alcatifa velha e suja,tomadas elétricas danificadas,nunca mais nesta residencial.

Sehr alt und dreckig

The bathroom walls really need a deep clean, the black mould on the bathroom tiles were very disappointing and the dirty on the he shower curtain, it needs to be looked after, everything else, was ok, internet was pretty much not available all the time.

The hotel is so dirty. Do not expect the room you can see on their promo pictures. They are not even simmilar! We got a room for 2 ( 2 single beds) first. See pictures. room 209 I went to ask for another room but it was moreless the same dirty but was also an unbelievable smell (room 206). On the third time we got a little bit better room 506 (last option that night). But better i mean, the carpet was not as dirty as in the rooms before. Anyway you will get the bathroom with moldy ceiling. (i did not take a picture of it in room 506) but it was totally covered with mold. Ower all the beds looks and feel clean. Anyway I have been so disapointed about hotel as newer before in my life. I do not mind if the hotel is old but this was simply disgusting and incredible smell on hallways and in some of the rooms. For almost 100 Euros you should get much better service. Breakfast is also very poor. Do not think i need something speciall. I am traweller, staying in hostels often, camping, and so on...

Le hall d'entrée et la salle du petit déjeuner sont très propre par rapport au chambre,qui est plein de moisissures d'humidité (aussi dans la salle de douche), le sol n'était pas nettoyé correctement (reste du sable de la veille), on a même retrouvé en fin de séjour masque et rouleau de papier toilette vide sous les matelas Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner ,le choix était limité, la même chose tout les jours et du pain de la veille Plein de chose à améliorer...

Para quem quer apenas um lugar (sitio) para dormir e tomar um banho, recomendo. Porém os quartos são barulhentos, dá pra se ouvir barulhos dos quartos ao lado, a torneira da pia do banheiro pingava sem parar, a internet wifi não funcionava no quarto e o pequeno almoço, caso chegues após as 9:30 não tem mais quase opções de comida. Porém é bem localizado.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente, principalmente porque tem um potencial altíssimo de hospedagem de qualidade. Porém, o quarto e banheiro que ocupamos realmente são bastante velhos e nos causaram má impressão. A estação de metrô na porta torna o hotel altamente conveniente para acesso a todos os locais de interesse turístico de Lisboa e principalmente ao aeroporto internacional e estação rodoviária (Oriente). Com uma reforma nos quartos e banheiros, certamente eu retornaria, ao contrário, não.

Otroligt trångt rum. 15 cm mellan vägg och sängen att gå på till toaletten. Inga krokar att hänga handdukar på och luftkonditionering funkade inte. Frukosten väl värd priset. Fräscht varje morgon

Lugar bom, otima localização, faltou toalhas, falta um telefone pra falar com a recepcao, tivemos dificuldade no atendimento deles, nos precisamos de copos emprestados e eles disseram que nao podiam ceder.

Stuff was friendly. The neighborhood had a lot to offer, so we were happy!

Hotel fica ao lado da Estação de Metrô e do ponto de Ônibus com fácil e rápido acesso ao Aeroporto. Optei em ficar nele uma noite porque meu vôo era bem cedo e cheguei no Aeroporto em 12 minutos de ônibus. Achei o quarto um pouco apertado e o ar condicionado não funcionou.

Stone-throw away from the airport, which can be reached easily by bus (2 euro !). Nice restaurants and young vibe around neighbourhood.

The photos on the booking website were very misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. I arrived shorty after midnight and was fortunate that there was still someone at the front desk. When I asked if drinking water was available, I was told that tap water in the room was safe to drink. However, there wasn't a single glass provided-not even a cup for brushing teeth-so I had no idea how I was supposed to drink the water. The room itself was extremely run-down. The carpet was stained and dirty, and both the bathroom door and other door frames were damage. The entire room felt neglected, old, and frankly quite unsettling. The front desk staff showed no expression-not exactly rude, but certainly not welcoming either. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location right next to the underground station, which makes transportation convenient. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

Fint billigt hotel. Tæt på metro, fodbold stadion og lufthavn.

O quarto era bom, porém muito antigo e por isso o cheiro era bem forte. O chuveiro não ficava suspenso, precisando ser usado como chuveiro de mão. O café da manhã não compensa ser adquirido no hotel.

The room was not as shown in pictures. It was ran down with holes in the carpet. The towels were not soft. No night table by the bed or lamp or phone. The breakfast which I payed 5 euros for was mediocre. The location and transportation around the hotel were the plus. They really need to update the hotel. It’s not the staff’s fault at all. I will choose a different hotel next time I visit Lisbon.

Um excelente hotel custo benefício. Atendimento bom. Café da manhã justo. Se vc não tem alergia a carpete e quer ficar num local de excelente localização com um custo razoável. Esse é o local. Gostei!!
