Hotel is situated in the modern part of Lisbon. Very walkable with restaurants and stores nearby. The Aquariam is only a stones throw away. Parking is also easy as they have an underground parking garage.

A lovely friendly greeting on arrival checking in was very quick. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location for the shops and the harbourfront the bar Area was very clean and friendly ordered room service which came within 10 minutes. Check out is it 12 but we had to leave early due to a flight The concierge ordered us a taxi which picked us up from the front of the hotel within five minutes of ordering. He loaded the cases into the car and open the door for us. Excellent service would definitely recommend this hotel We will definitely be using it again nothing was too much trouble

The rooms at this hotel were spacious, clean, and very user-friendly. The facilities are well equipped, I loved the refrigerator, hair dryer, and most of all the bathtub. The super juku is well stocked and very tasty. And the staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage and helping us take pictures. I stayed in three hotels during my stay in Portugal and this one is the best and I highly recommend it.

Not good at all! The pillows had sweaty smell on them that got onto my hair and I felt disgusting! The breakfast was okay but the disturbing thing was that I noticed silverfish bug crawling in the washroom. The first night we got there then the next day I left a piece of my clothes on the countertop in the washroom and found that it was eaten by one of the silverfish the silver wet fish was eating my clothes then my husband opened his suitcase and half of his new clothes were all eaten I notified the hotel staff and all they said was that they will send Housekeeping to take care of the issue. I went back and read reviews, and apparently the hotel knew about this bug issue and they did not care to let us know or resolve the issue and get rid of the bug immediately now our suitcases are in the garage and we’re scared to open them because I do not want the bug to get into my house cause there’s so much inconvenience as we were so stressed about this issue during our vacation time we had to run to the convenience store to buy lavender packs and we had to unpack everything when we are there and pack again and again to make sure that the book did not get into our suitcases very very disappointed and I would never ever recommend this hotel again to anyone!!

Thank for your nice welcome and the upgrade for my husband's 60th birthday. Much appreciated. Lovely room and very large and comfortable bed. Well located to access buses, metro and train station. Breakfast was OK. Super clean. Overall, very nice hotel.

The hotel was on a busy road so I couldn't sleep with the window open. The worst issue was that my room smelled of sewer gas which is why I wanted the window open. I stayed there twice for a total of 4 nights. The two rooms I stayed in were next to each other so maybe the sewer gas issue was only an issue in that part of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the people were friendly.

Close to the MEO arena and the airport, but far from the city centre. Perfectly fine room, but WiFi was too slow for video calls in Zoom. 4 coffee capsules restocked every day and two nice pastries as welcome surprise. Big shopping mall nearby.

This area of Lisbon is more of a business area but a very nice one. The Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre is near by and there are some museums and the aquarium within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is a very nice and modern hotel with an excellent breakfast and very spacious rooms. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we liked the location. It’s close to the river and it has easy access to metro and trains.

Perfect location for us. Within 5-10 mins walking to the metro. A casino next door. Centrally located close to many attractions. My favorite was Alameda dos Oceanos, 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious. The aesthetic of the place was pleasing. Def feels like a 4-star hotel. Will be coming back.

Juste l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas au top du top mais rien de rédhibitoires. Et la situation un peu loin du centre (quartier Orienté) mais du coup on est à 2 stations de l’aéroport pour le retour… Bref, une vraie bonne surprise. Une adresse à retenir.

Fiz uma viagem de férias junto com a minha esposa e fomos muito bem recebidos no Hotel Olissippo, logo na chegada recebemos a noticia de que havíamos recebido um upgrade para uma Suíte, que diga-se de passagem é espaçosa e muito confortável. A Equipe todos muito educados e atenciosos. A localização é fantástica simplesmente ao lado do Cassino e ao lado do shopping Vasco da gama, perto 5 min a pé da rua dos bares e restaurantes. Não temos o que reclamar do Hotel, aconselho fortemente o Hotel Olissippo e gostaria de agradecer a todos pela experiência. Espero voltar em breve.

The hotel is super convenient and comfortable. It is very clean and an excellent choice close to the airport. In the area there are many restaurants and shopping center. The staff was friendly, the hotel room was clean and the location was walking distance to many restaurants, a mall and a beautiful boardwalk. This area of Lisbon is more of a business area but a very nice one. The Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre is near by and there are some museums and the aquarium within walking distance from the hotel. Check in was easy.The elevators was crap.The Room was comfortable but the bathroom was not really well cleaned.Breakfast was ok but most things were cold.The eggs were freezing and the bread could stayed in the oven a bit longer to be not completly white.Stayed 1 night,would stay again just for the time.Bus/ Trainstation 5 minutes walk,Ocenarium 10 minutes walk,Altric Arena 5 minutes.Easy access by feet

Foi a terceira vez no hotel e posso dizer que infelizmente foi a última, pois percebi uma economia nas ofertas aos hóspedes. As amenities atualmente são hidratante, sabonete em barra, shampoo e gel de banho. Não há touca de banho, cotonetes, discos de algodão, lápis ou caneta e bloco. Também no buffet de café da manhã houve redução dos itens como queijos e frutas e os pães deixam a desejar na sua qualidade. O atendimento foi muito bom apesar de não terem oferecido nenhum mimo pelo nosso aniversário de casamento, o que já aconteceu outras vezes.
