Excellent premium room, friendly and helpful staff, and you can’t beat the location. Pool area is so peaceful away from the street to just sit and enjoy a lunch. Appreciated the help with a shuttle back to the airport as it was a much cheaper option.

Lovely hotel. Decor is beautiful. So many nice touches and colors in the room. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with excellent shower. Enjoyed the small lap pool on the 1st floor. Beautiful tiling. Well located and easy to get around. Cafe outside the lobby served delicious food. Great base in Lisboa.

Beautiful hotel with great staff in excellent location. Only concern is several floors have common rooms where guests who know each other can socialize . As these rooms are in the hallways ,we all know hallways have no soundproofing so any noise spreads easily. Our first night a large group occupied the common room on the fourth floor and were very noisy until 1:30 am. When we complained to staff at 11 pm they did immediately speak to the group who were then quieter for 5 minutes but then started up again. We decided to stay elsewhere the next night. Ownership/ management of the hotel should consider instituting a policy whereby guests must vacate the common areas and return to their rooms after 11 pm.

The hotel is located in a very nice, centralized location. My room was huge when compared to most European hotel locations that I have stayed. The breakfast was very nice, though was exactly the same every morning like what is found at most hotels that offer breakfast. The property is very clean, and rooms that are located at the rear were very quiet. The staff is Great and very accommodating. I did not try their restaurant beyond breakfast as there are so many nice places to dine in Lisbon. My only possible criticism is that the pool bar is not always staffed. My advice is when the pool is open, that the staff should send someone there to check on the guests every quarter hour so that drinks could be available.

Excellent modern hotel. Beautiful rooms with a small balcony. Firm comfortable beds, very large bathroom. Very friendly staff. Big thanks to barmen Niyish & Elvis & Isabelle in reception. What a wonderful hotel - room was fabulous - staff is so helpful and go the extra mile to aid - the only heads up I would give people is this hotel is on a pedestrian walkway so UBERs etc cannot pick up or drop off in front of hotel - but the location is amazing - so many restaurants in the area - will definitely be back

Lovely hotel on a pedestrian street in central Lisbon. Great location within easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops and tourist sites. The hotel has been recently renovated and the deluxe and superior rooms are well decorated and extremely comfortable, also very clean and comfy beds. The staff were so friendly, courteous and always helpful. Would highly recommend.

The staff at hotel was very nice and customer service was excellent. My only concern is the smell of sewage in bathroom due to it being a very old building. The sewage smell gave me a headache and made me nauseous. The room was very nice and clean. I loved being in the heart of Lisbon.

Het is een centraal gelegen, authentiek hotel. Alles wordt goed onderhouden en elke dag worden de kamers schoongemaakt. Zéer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Als enige minpuntje vonden wij dat er af en toe een 'putjesgeur' hing..maar dat hebben we op meerdere plaatsen in de buurt geroken dus vermoedelijk is dit een algemeen probleem.

Hotel staff were amazing and the property was very cute. Food was amazing at their restaurant. They gave us champagne and custard tarts comlim. My only problem was the room was outdated and the water pressure was really really bad. At times nothing came out of the shower head.

O quarto em que ficamos era novo e lindo. O que meus filhos ficaram ainda não havia sido renovado, mas ambos eram amplos e limpos, com camas confortáveis. O banho era excelente. Certamente me hospedaria novamente. Café da manhã custa €15 por pessoa e é uma delicia. O hotel tem uma localização centralizada, permitindo passeios a pé.

From the moment we entered until we left everything was great. At check in the gentleman was very helpful. The room was a lot more than we expected. Only issue was parking as you cannot drive up to the hotel (located on a pedestrian mall). Staff again was very helpful again with responding to an email I sent asking about parking (very close). The breakfast was very good and well worth the cost. Hotel is located in a very good location in the city with plenty to see within walking distance.

The shuttle driver was very pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and made sitting in traffic more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is simply amazing. It should be rated as 4 stars and not 3. We got a completely renovated room with a little courtyard and it was lovely! The young man at the front desk called four different establishments to try to get us a last-minute table for dinner + Fado music, and he succeeded! The only unpleasant part was that it was advertised to us that an airport ride from the hotel is a fixed price of 25 euro. Then one person in our party, who was leaving earlier, was charged 40 euro! When we went to the front desk to report the issue, at first, the young woman working there got defensive and accused us of asking for a taxi to the airport instead of an airport transfer. She was impatient and borderline rude. Then after speaking with the manager, she changed her tune and told us that the taxi driver definitely overcharged and returned 15 euro in an envelope. Just be aware of this airport transfer issue! Other than that, the location was great and the hotel was super nice. Breakfast was excellent too.

This has to be one of my favourite hotel stays to date. The location is superb, easy to get from the Airport on the Metro, a couple of minutes walk from Restauradores station. It's located on a pedestrianised street, plenty of places to eat and from here you can walk a few minutes to the iconic Tram 28. We also walked to the Mercado de Riberia, which is up and then downhill and from here along the riverside. Staff are all lovely, especially Maria and Catya on Reception, very friendly and helpful. We booked a Deluxe Double as I was celebrating being older than I'd like! We were very kindly upgraded to a beautiful family room where the sofa was in a separate through room and they even gave us a special treat in our room. There was a balcony courtyard you could sit out on, a coffee pod machine and a fridge. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The bed was SO comfortable. Breakfast was really good and for once something hot for us vegetarians with roasted vegetables as well as bread, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, meat, cheese, cake and other hot dishes for meat eaters. We sadly only had 1 night as we then moved on to a hotel for my husband to go to a work conference. Although this next hotel was 5 stars it wasn't nearly as good! I can't wait to come back to Hotel Florescente and I highly recommend it.

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions as well as to multiple metro lines. The area has lots of great options for eating out and shopping. Hotel is very comfortable with very friendly and accommodating staff. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff they were great. The breakfast room is small and you are recommended to book a preferred time to ach night for the following morning, a system that works well and there was always loads of food options available including the compulsory custard tarts.

Rooms were just ok. Very dated and small in size. We stayed here the last two years and rooms were much better. It seems some rooms are refurbished and some are not. Breakfast was just ok. The quality of the food was poor. Also breakfast room is small and very busy. I honestly don’t think it’s worth the money paid. It has a central location and staff are very courteous and helpful.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the old city. Renovated with taste. Large room within a cozy perfect size hotel. I recommend the restaurant and the bar with simple/excellent food at a reasonable price. Perfect breakfast, not to be missed!
