This hotel is in a great location. While the rooms are quite small they are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and has lots of choice for everyone. A lounge area provides a place to relax at the end of the day with a drink. Great value to be found at this hotel.

Lovely hotel with really good breakfast Unfortunately there was a construction site next door which made noise from 8am each morning. Only complaint was it stated there was a bar in the hotel which was completely untrue . Counter with 6 bottles and a fridge with a few bottles of beer isint a bar . Otherwise I would recommend this hotel

If you're planning on staying in Lisbon for just one or two nights, then the Dom Carlos Park is... just fine. It's not nice, but it's not terrible either. If you're staying longer though (I stayed for five nights) then you'll probably regret it. Hotels in Lisbon are expensive and they've clearly gone with the market but the hotel is old, has basically nothing in terms of amenities and staff will charge you for absolutely everything. Do you need water? That's going to cost you. Did you finish your coffee pods after 3-4 days? They're going to charge you for me (3 pods given for a 5 day stay is absurd). Did you want to iron your clothes? Forget that, they don't have irons although if you want to pay for it they have a laundry service (hope you don't need it on a weekend though). The bed was stiff as a board and this caught up with me in a few days to be sure. Breakfast was included and it was fine. But there are better at other hotels too. In short, I have nothing good to say about the Dom Carlos Park. I will be back to Lisbon as I visit once a year but definitely not here.

O hotel está bem localizado e o quarto que ficamos era bastante espaçoso e com frigobar, seria excelente se tivesse um microondas. Possui cofre. Há 2 elevadores mas bem pequeno e mal cabem 3 pessoas ou 2 pessoas com malas. Café da manhã (ou pequeno almoço como dizem) bom mas sem muita variedade, só certifique-se que a sua reserva lhe dá ddireito.O área é bem tranquila e silenciosa. Infelizmente não possui estacionamento tendo que deixar o carro na rua e tomar cuidado para não levar multa pela falta de bilhete (ali é zona central então só pode parar por até 2hs). Há supermercados algumas quadras, restaurantes. Acho que valeu pelo custo benefício.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Good location too. My only issue is that there is no ramp going to the hotel. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Hotel was further away from main attractions but had plenty of restaurants near by. No parking at all. Fire department next door so expect to hear noise from them. Staff was friendly enough but asked twice to have our room safe box fixed and it was never done. Breakfast was great but room was small and certain times no place to sit. Come early or after 10 am.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es Wartezeiten beim Frühstücksraum.Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Die Lage ist ideal , Metrostation Marques de Pombal mit Direktverbindung ins Zentrum ums Eck. Auch die Verbindung zum Flughafen mit nur 1x umsteigen ist super. Ich werde das Hotel sicher wieder buchen.

The Family Room is the best we've ever stayed in - it is actually two rooms - one with double bed and one with a single bed, whereas all other places we stayed in family rooms just have another bed in it (often a sofa bed too).

The front desk staff and food service staff are all very nice, very accommodating. Great central location. Near subway and bus stops. Like other reviews, our room was very small, so if you need a lot of space see if they have larger rooms. Perfect for a few hours of sleep after sightseeing all day. The neighborhood can be noisy at night, and the hotel is located on the property of an ambulance company, so take that into account if you're a light sleeper.

o hotel é muito bom, aconchegante e quarto espaçoso. café da manha muito bom também. A localização é ótima, podendo acessar o centro e el corte inglés com uma agradável caminhada, além de estar perto de uma estação de metro. o único ponto desagradável foi o ar condicionado central do prédio, que não permite ajustar a temperatura individualmente, no quarto.Além disso, a janela quase não abre.. Sorte que o clima estava agradável e o calor foi suportável.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. However, for a hotel that advertises having A/C, we had zero air flow in our room the entire time and were unable to turn the temperature down. Our room never got below 75 degrees F (24+ C) the entire time we stayed, and we had the window open in the middle of November. The bathroom had no ventilation and would heat up the entire room every time we took a shower. When we asked the front desk, they were able to give us a portable fan which definitely helped, but if your main requirement to sleep is cool temperature, this may not be the hotel for you.

La habitación era espaciosa y la cama grande y cómoda; el baño es grande pero deberían sustituir ya la bañera y poner una ducha; la puerta de la mampara de acceso es muy incómoda y no deja espacio apenas para entrar, el agua se sale porque el remate está colocado al revés, y se inunda el suelo cada vez que te duchas. El secador de pelo se calentaba y se paraba al minuto de usarlo. El personal es poco profesional y no te informan correctamente de las normas del hotel. Es una pena porque todos son pequeñas cosas que pueden solucionarse con un poco de dedicación.

I had forgot to change number of adults from 1 to 2 and I feel like we got punished for it. We were going through some difficulties in our travels and was an honest mistake with our last second booking when our plans fell thru. The front desk gentleman was a bit rude towards us about it. And we got what had to be the smallest room with the worst view of the AC ducts on 1st floor. 2 people could barely move around in the tiny room. Besides that, everyone else was very nice! All the staff was otherwise friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! The hotel is clean in great location that felt safe. The beds in Europe I feel are uncomfortable most everywhere we stayed and these weren’t much better. Overall it was a nice experience for 2 nights.

The service was wonderful with several employees going above and beyond to help. The hot water and water pressure was amazing. The location is perfect with food and groceries within walking distance. We did the hop on hop off bus that was next to the hotel. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The family room is big and absolutely enough for us three. Beds are good but the cover is a little bit too hot. Breakfast is normal and ordinary. Location is very good, 2 or 3 min walking distance to bus or metro station.

I really enjoyed this hotel it’s super easy to get to from the airport and it’s very close to the main sights especially Comercio Square aka Praca do Comercio. I was so please with the hotel that I’d strongly say it’s one of the best and a real bargain for the price.

O café fa manhã estava muito gostoso, sempre reposto a todo momento. O quarto espaçoso e muito limpo, boa cama, ficamos em um quarto triplo sendo que se dividem em 02 quartos. O banheiro limpo, grande e com toalhas de banho muito boas e grandes. Todos foram muitos atenciosos. E a localização excelente, ao lado de estação de metro e da Avenida Liberdade e a 20 minutos do Cais.

The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is high quality, many options and delicious. The location is about 30 minutes walking distance from the tourism area (Praca do Comercio), or there are options for metro and bus. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.
