AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Alpendorf

My family was very happy with our stay. Can you please confirm that my credit card was credited back the 400 Euros for leaving a clean room. Comments: My only complaint is that there were a lot of bees on the balcony during the daytime. Secondly my family felt that the pool should open at 10:00 and close at 22:00.

A great place to stay, comfortable, warm, and only a few minutes walk to the ski lift.

The appartment is very nice and size is good. Veiw is so beautiful. Pillows are very bad. For 5 nights, they provided us only 1 towel per person. If you want more, you have to buy them. Not enough toilette paper. No AC and no Fans. No soap, no shampoo, and no shower gel. No diahwasher soap. No front desk after 6 pm nor weekends. Checkout wlis very early, must be before 9:30AM. Contact number listed in hotels.com site is wrong. We reached at night and we did not have any way to find out how to get the keys. By coencidence we found the key left on the table on front deak.

Lejligheden var ret ny, i god stand og med et velassorteret køkken. Vi oplevede en ekstraordinær service, da vores bil skulle på værksted og hotellets personale stod til rådighed og kørte os frem og tilbage til St. Johann uden ekstra omkostninger. Vi vil klart anbefale Alpendorf Ski - und Sonnenresort.
