Das Personal oft bei einfachen Dingen überfordert. Das Frühstück ist einfach. Geringe Auswahl. Interkontinentales Frühstück keine Spur. Das Restaurant konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Küche nicht besetzt ist. Es gibt eine Bar, aber Bier vom Fass gibt's nicht. Alles Getränke in Dosen Cola, Bier, Fanta usw. Auf dem Parkplatz wird man zugeparkt. Man kommt nicht raus, da das Personal nicht weiß welches Auto zu welchem Gast gehört. Im Bad gibt Schimmel und das Zimmer wird nur scheinbar gereinigt. Wir werden dort nicht wieder hinfahren. Ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Breakfast was good value but the bed had broken slats. When an arriving customer blocked access to my designated parking spot I mentioned it to the desk clerk on duty who basically shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". I had to ask the checking in guests myself to find out who it was so they could move their car.

Close to Donau park. Limited parking spaces available. Our room was on ground floor and the widow opens right out to the street. We could not have the widow open, so it got really hot. Make sure you get a room with a widow facing away from the street.

Olcsó hotel a környék többi szálláshelyéhez képest. Kicsi és szűk saját parkoló, a külső parkolásért Bécs egész területén fizetni kell. A szobákban nincs hűtőszekrény, és csak egy ventilátor sgít a hőség csökkentésében. A szoba berendezése egyszerű, de kényelmes.

Kein Fehrnsehemfang, schmutzig, schimmel in der Dusche wurde nach einigen Tage entfernt. Wurden an mererenTagen gefragt, ob wir mit Frühstück gebucht haben. Früstück war sehr dürftig, keine auswahl bei Brötchen. Keine Klinaanlage, nur ein Ventilator. Bilder vom Hotel entspechen nicht den waren begebenheiten. Das Hotel werde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Lamentable, 4 días de estancia en este hotel y ningún día hubo agua caliente. Con un clima de 4º pedimos que si hay algún problema nos dijeron que si, que ya habían solucionado, volví a decirles que seguía estando fría dijeron que al siguiente día ya estaba caliente. Y no. Las mañanas agua fría y en las noches igual. La limpieza tienes que dejar un papelito colgado en la puerta para que lo limpien. Regresamos en nuestra segunda noche y no la limpiaron. Estuvimos todos los días con la habitación sucia. No lo recomiendo.

I probably won’t come back and not going to recommend this place to anyone . The housekeeper ignored to pick up trash or change the linens on daily routine . It happened that we ran out of the toilet paper and I had to run to the front desk and ask for it. Some of the linens and pillow cover are full of stains and never get changed

Das Zimmer wurde 5 von 7 Tagen unzureichend bis überhaupt nicht gereinigt,es gab 7 Tage kein Fernsehprogramm. Es ist leider nicht mehr das,was es letztes Jahr noch war.Schade,weil wir viele Jahre immer gern im Lenas waren! Parkgebühr wurde auch auf € 20.-erhöht.

Was good as a place to rest at the end of a long day but there were a few things which made it overall not the best experience. Starting with a check-in time that is later than what is listed. Then the waiting area that we had to sit in to wait was very dirty and the table was broken. Finally, when we got to the room the extra toilet paper roll has blood smudged on it. The staff tried their best to help out and the rooms themselves were cleanly. I did not feel like the road next to the hotel was loud enough to be a bother

Clean room all the two nighst we stay , unfortunately staff was not that friendly and did not told us about the breakfast , i just realized that there was breakfast at the hotel because of the follow uo email , would highly recommend tell staff to let the cuatomers know about it .

Wäre eine gute Unterkunft, wenn man mehr an der Sauberkeit arbeiten würde. Z.b. saubere Bettwäsche, staubsaugen und auch eine gründlichere Badezimmerreinigung. Und leider hatte das Zimmer einen unangenehmen stehenden Geruch, was nur mit durchgehendem Lüften zu beheben war. Die Matratzen waren eher wie Topper und man hat dadurch permanent das Lattenrost gespürt.

Wäre eine gute Unterkunft, wenn man mehr an der Sauberkeit arbeiten würde. Z.b. saubere Bettwäsche, staubsaugen und auch eine gründlichere Badezimmerreinigung. Und leider hatte das Zimmer einen unangenehmen stehenden Geruch, was nur mit durchgehendem Lüften zu beheben war. Room was not cleaned in 10 days. No clean sheets, even after asking. Shower and mirror in bathroom were never cleaned. Room was quite warm, airconditioner was very noisy and not working properly. Public transport is close.

Not as advertised. Not soundproofed at all. Room was by a busy street and very, very loud. Could hear cars, trams, people talking, all of it. I asked front desk if I could cancel room and get a refund to go somewhere else and they said no. Would not recommend this place.

This is not a hotel to recommend!!! It is cheap, but it was not without reason. They advertise parking, but without informing that it must be booked separately. The receptionist was angry and rude to the two customers who were before me in the queue - same behavior to me! Grumpy! With mattresses as thin as camping mats and bed frames so creaky that you can feel each plank in your spine, it's impossible to sleep well. The day after i had several itchy blisters that I suspect was bed bug bites…..

Einrichtung alt und mit wenig Stil, keine Klimaanlage und nur teilweise Ventilatoren in den Zimmern, daher im Sommer sehr, sehr warme Zimmer, super tolle Lage an der alten Donau, perfekt zum Baden, joggen, sup fahren, gut n den ÖPNV angebunden

Hotel Lenas Donau: Vorkommnisse: Check-in: Zuerst wurde ich bei Ankunft im Hotel von den jungen Damen an der Rezeption zum Self Check-in verwiesen. Laut Self Check-in war das Zimmer jedoch noch nicht fertig gewesen. Musste daher erst noch Mal an der Rezeption nachfragen. Dort teilte die Dame mir dann mit, dass offensichtlich ein Fehler vorgelegen hätte. Ob es ein Fehler in deren Computer-System gewesen, bzw. was die Schwierigkeit war, weiß ich leider nicht, weil ich nicht weiter nachgefragt hatte. Bat dann um ein Zimmer, das nicht in Richtung zur Straße sei/wäre, welches ich dann auch freundlicherweise bekommen habe. Beim Frühstück am 24.08.2025 stand ich nicht auf der Frühstücksliste, obwohl das Frühstück schon weit im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt worden ist. Die Rezeptionistin, die andere ich als am Tag zuvor hatte, die nun die Gäste alleine bediente (es war ein Sonntag), wusste wohl nichts von meiner Buchung mit Frühstück und musste erst in die Buchung selbst schauen, und hatte dann mein Frühstück lediglich dem Kellner per Handzeichen quittiert, was mir eigenartig vorkam.

The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the metro. That being said, beware if you're staying in summer: there is no air conditioning. The rooms only have a heater, and the one in my parents’ room was malfunctioning: it was heating the room even though it was turned off. When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member on duty was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. He even denied there was a heater in the room, claiming it was a "ventilator", which it clearly wasn’t. His only response was: "Well, it's hot, open the window." It’s a shame to have received such treatment. We could have overlooked the lack of AC given the location, but the poor customer service completely soured our experience. This happened on the night of July 22, in case management would like to review who was working the front desk and address the situation. That is not the way to treat a guest. I was simply raising a valid concern. For reference, my parents were staying in room 272.

Breakfast was good value but the bed had broken slats. When an arriving customer blocked access to my designated parking spot I mentioned it to the desk clerk on duty who basically shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". I had to ask the checking in guests myself to find out who it was so they could move their car.

Ibwould not recommended this property at all, mainly because ofvthe lack of the communication. After the booking on thec 22.06. I sendca message to ask if the hotel can accommodate us if we arrive after midnight. Then i did try to call several times -there was no answer at all. On the day of the booking we were travelling, i had a serious health issue ( I am 70 y.o, have several disabilities.) Andcwe were running late. Again ibdid try to contact the property, then Expedia, to ket them knowcwe are late. But again no answer. Then i spoke to Expedia, asked to cancel the booking, due to the lack of communication. They were not able to contact the hotel asvwell. Finally on the 30.06, i had a very vague message:" sorry for the delay, sorry for the mess, our reception was opened 24h" How could i know that. Later on i had a message from Expedia, explaining that I will not getvacrefund, which i claimed due to the poor customer support, because they could not get the manager's approval for the refund. I am very disappointed, frustrated- yes, they admit the mess, but refused refund. Very unprofessional, irresponsible.

Primero reservé una noche y después dos noches porque iba a salir. En la primera noche era un cuarto donde el calentador no funcionaba y el baño estaba descuidado. En las siguientes noches, el cuarto súper bien, era más amplio, el baño estaba mejor, las camas cómodas y los calentadores sí servían. También le pregunté a la recepcionista si podía dejarle mi maleta un día por ese día que no me hospedaría en el hotel, me dijo que sí pero no me avisó que tendría que pagar para eso, solamente fueron 2 euros por maleta, no me quejo del precio pero pudieron haberme avisado desde que le pregunté y no al momento de tener que dejar mi maleta.

This is a good hotel and the staff is very nice. Be warned however that its not in a great location - other than the large park, there's not much within walking distance. Plan to use Vienna's fantastic public transport system if you stay here.

강이 바로 근처에 있어서 좋았고 마켓과. 맥도널드가 길건너면 바로 있어서 좋았고 쇼핑 센터도 5분거리에 있어 좋았고. 지하철역도. 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 편리했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 호텔비에 아침식사가 불포함이라 아침식사가 19유로인게 출장자로서는 부담이 되었지만 마켓에서 장봐서 식사할수 있어서 괞찮았다.

朝ごはんがついていてしっかり美味しかった！それを踏まえるとかなりコスパいいです。用意いただいたお部屋は屋根裏のような形で個人的にはとても落ち着く空間でした。THEビジホって感じです。お部屋には冷蔵庫がないので使いたい人は注意かも。テレビの電波も悪めでした。トラムで一駅(歩いても同じぐらいで着く)の所に大きなモールがあって、地図で見るより全然便利。地下鉄駅から少し遠く感じるのがネックかもしれませんが気にならない人は気にならないはず。中心地から遠いからこそ、地元の人が集まるレストランに歩いていけます。(シュニッツェルが中心地より半値ぐらいで食べられます)

Das Personal oft bei einfachen Dingen überfordert. Das Frühstück ist einfach. Geringe Auswahl. Interkontinentales Frühstück keine Spur. Das Restaurant konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Küche nicht besetzt ist. Es gibt eine Bar, aber Bier vom Fass gibt's nicht. Alles Getränke in Dosen Cola, Bier, Fanta usw. Auf dem Parkplatz wird man zugeparkt. Man kommt nicht raus, da das Personal nicht weiß welches Auto zu welchem Gast gehört. Im Bad gibt Schimmel und das Zimmer wird nur scheinbar gereinigt. Wir werden dort nicht wieder hinfahren. Ist nicht zu empfehlen.

We booked a room facing backyard, but got a room facing the tram line. It was possible to sleep only between 1 and 5 am. There was no airconditioner in the room, and very hot inside, so it was necessary to have the window open. As a consequence, 5 sleepless nights.
