Stayed 3 nights

One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. There was an older man at the reception who was very unfriendly, had no patience, worked very slowly, and seemed constantly irritated. The room had an unpleasant smell. The chairs in the breakfast area were very worn out and uncomfortable. The breakfast itself was low quality. Even the curtains in the lobby were hanging loose and looked damaged, which was unpleasant to see. The parking system was also inconvenient and frustrating. I would never want to stay at this hotel again.

There is mold in the shower, and the staff really disturbs sleeping with their vacuum cleaners and work, the insulation is crap, you can hear through the walls! A woman at the reception in check in was very rude and unpleasant, but at check out there was another girl who was very nice!

The reception the first day didn’t had keys for me also for other 5 customers, we wait for one hour to open our room at 22:00 at night …. The reception guy was rude and he smile and he said it’s not my fault…. I can’t do anything……
