En helt igennem god oplevelse! Personalet var søde og imødekommende, morgenmaden var lækker og hotellet flot og moderne. Det var lækkert med Sauna og hammam! Vi savnede dog at der var mere varriation i morgenmaden og vi havde problemmer med at bruge fjernsynets chromecast.

Unless you were prepared to pay 28 Euros for breakfast there was no opportunity to obtain any means of refreshment whatsoever until the bar opened at 6pm, which I have never known before at a Hotel with such high standards

Das Hotel bietet eine schöne Dachterrasse und ein ein gutes Frühstück, sogar mit Koch, an. Die Straßenbahn 18 und die Metro sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, so das man in nur wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

in overall ok compared to price eventough you notice the hotel is somewhat old. Staff kind. The BAD thing is that Resturant/Bar opens in the evening and you have nothing (a coffe, beer, snack) to get in the hotel until 18:00!

Great hotel with an abundance of facilities including a gym, sauna and steam room. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great. The only let down was the warm room and cleanliness of the floors in our room. Very dusty and hadn’t been mopped. Apart from that, great stay! Would stay again.

The hotel was really clean and well presented, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were really polite and helpful. The sauna, steam rooms, gym and rooftop facilities were clean and well looked after. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels this year. For the price this was by far the best. The neighbourhood was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovely at a fair price. They have a fitness centre and a roof terrace. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my night here until 7am when I was woken by people cleaning the windows. Not them actually cleaning it was the CONSTANT beeping of the crane. It went on for over 4 hours! It is clear they take great pride in the hotel and ensuring it’s clean but that noise constantly from 7am left me leaving exhausted and grumpy rather than refreshed. I complained about it three times. The staff on reception were very understanding with one saying “I understand, I can hear it too and it’s very annoying”. Regardless of this and me asking a manger didn’t contact me and only spoke to me when I leaving because I asked for him. As I said it’s clear they look after the hotel but by having that constant beeping like an alarm from 7am is unacceptable. It should be done at a reasonable hour

Diese Unterkunft würde ich für einen Wientripp nicht empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr dreckig und muss dringend renoviert werden. Wahrscheinlich hat man uns das schlechte Zimmer in der hintersten Ecke geben. Dies Hotel würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport. CAT train into Vienna and U4 to Margarentengürtel and then it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Check-in was easy but was not offered the perks of being a gold member. The room was spacy and nice at first look but quickly noticed lack of cleaning. The table around the sink in the bathroom had not been wiped off as the were stains from toothpaste, in the shower there were brown stains on the wall and stains on the floor in the room. Next day I politely pointed this out in the reception and asked for the shower to be cleaned and floor washed. The receptionist promised this would be taken care of by housekeeping. When I returned nothing had been done and housekeeping had not even remove/replaced the dirty used coffee cup. The shower and floor was never cleaned as asked and promised during my stay. In general the housekeeping is lacking. They didn’t bother to make the bed or remove the dirty bath mat or glasses on the last day. They just placed a clean bath mat beside the dirty one, very strange. I also discovered dirty glasses from previous guests. I don’t eat at the hotel or use the other facilities so can’t comment on that. What a disappointment.

Insgesamt nicht gut. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und es wurde nicht ordentlich geputzt. Der Service und gerade die Reinigung waren nicht gut. Ein Mal wurden Handtücher gewechselt, allerdings bekamen wir feuchte Handtücher. Die Lage des Hotels war super.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer das für Rollstuhlgäste gedacht ist. Für uns unpraktisch. Keine Ablagen im Badezimmer, fehlende Sitzgelegenheit da nur 1 Stuhl am Schreibtisch. Kosmetikspiegel, -box und Föhn lagen auf der Ablage unter dem Kleiderhalter. Keine Möglichkeit um ein Fenster zu öffnen. Temperatur viel zu warm und nicht wirklich regelbar. Straßenverkehr sehr deutlich zu hören. Hätte mir bessere schallgedämmte Fenster gewünscht. Zimmer ansonsten sauber und im guten Zustand. Die Reinigung am 2. Tag bestand allerdings nur aus den Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettenmachen. Auffüllen des Toilettenpapier fehlte und Haare lagen noch im Waschbecken. Im Restaurant hat uns nicht gefallen, das wir eine kleine Vorspeise ungefragt bekamen, welche uns dann als "Gedeck" zur Hälfte des Preises in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Das hätte man im Vorfeld erwähnen müssen bzw. fragen ob wir das zu dem Preis haben möchten. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal um Wien zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung und sauber. 2 Damen an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und ständig mürrisch. Das aller Schlimmste ist aber, man erstickt in diesen Zimmern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Die Klimaanlage ist auf Winter eingestellt, keine Ventilation, keine Einstellung möglich. Uns wurde ein Ventilator angeboten! Danke nein! Wenn man Nachts nicht ersticken möchte und jeden Morgen mit Kopfschmerzen aufwachen möchte, dann entweder ein Zimmer mit Fenster die geöffnet werden können verlangen, oder die Finger davon lassen. Sauberkeit 1 A!

Das personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer waren leider etwas verwohnt. Der einzige Sessel im Zimmer hatte einen sehr verschlissenen Bezug, und der einzige Stuhl im Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Die Lage vom Hotel auch in Bezug auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut.

Tolles Hotel mit Super-Lage, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Aber: Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind relativ laut, sodass wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben. Das neue Zimmer lag dann direkt über der Einfahrt zur Parkgarage und war leider ebenfalls relativ laut. Schade, aber das war auch das einzige Manko. Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Hotel und werden gerne wiederkommen.

The restaurant and bar were incredibly friendly, professional and smiley. They made us feel very welcome. The room was always cleaned nicely and the spa facilities felt relaxing and hygienic. We would certainly come back.

Overall pretty strange. The check in was underwhelming. The lady was completely uninterested. No welcome and not even directions to the room. The lobby was being renovated which we didn’t know about. We found ourselves in a corridor with no lights. From here, there was zero interactions from staff over 5 days.

Receptionist was kind and friendly. I had to pay parking for an hour just to check in before I returned my car rental. The hostess/ waitress was very rude when I informed her that I was willing to pay for breakfast, because of that I just turned around and left

Hotel lobby was very bright and welcoming. Staff lovely and helpful. Room very clean and spacious very much like a London hotel room ! Bed huge and comfy ! Room service everyday! Sadly windows didn’t open! Hotel situated further away from the centre of Vienna than we anticipated,but easy access to and from, without all the noise of the centre! Defo would recommend to friends and family!

If you are well-travelled this hotel is more a 3 star hotel than a 4. Ridiculously expensive for what they offer, nothing nearby to eat…. Very bad restaurant food. Aircon not working properly and they attempt to charge us for a room upgrade because the aircon wasn't working in pu original room and in reality we got a downgrade, for free but the room was much worse. I don't recommend this hotel. And it shouldn't be rated as VIP in Expedia….
