Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und guter Schlafkomfort. Sehr nette und kompetent geführte Bar. Gutes, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz extra zu bezahlen. Wellnessbereich hat super grossen Ruhebereich. Ja und insbesondere ist die gute Lage hervorragend.

Easy to find. Parking extra €20 for underground car park. Hotel smells fabulous and is very clean. There’s a tablet in the room with info in different languages, which showed a wonderful dinner menu, with some great sounding regional food. However when we got sat down the menu only offered vegan balls, fish or a cheeseburger. I asked if this really was all that was on there (thought we had only been given half a menu) and was told yes. So we gave up and went to the Asda next door for some salads. Beds are comfortable, shower is great. Nice Mountain View.

We got a parking in the garage, but of you don't book it in advance, you have to pay for it. I sent several messages, but never got an answer. I told them that, and after some discussion, we got it for free. Also, it said that you would get a drink per person one time during your stay. We didn't. And when I brought the small wine bottle that looked free in our room, to the reception and asked, they said nothing was free.

Overall the property was good. I had to ask for the VIP benefit as neither the room upgrade or free drinks were offered. Free drinks were limited to wine, beer or pop which was somewhat disappointing. The room was clean-ish although there was still quite a bit of debris on the floor when we first checked in that was missed when sweeping.

Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done on any of the days. The dust that gathered around the room was horrible - not good for my 2 year old who loves playing on the floor! This was a big negative point. The rooms should be cleaned frequently, especially when we ask for it! No houskeeping meant no tea/coffee refill, no bins emptied!

Excellent breakfast and staff all very friendly. Housekeeping was terrible. Our room didn't get cleaned at all one day, and only got cleaned in a very perfunctory way the others (bed not made, floor not cleaned, consumables not replaced). We had to ask for a bath mat, more toilet roll and tea bags. These things shouldn't happen!

Alles schön und großzügig gestaltet. Aber das allein reicht halt nicht. Auch wenn wir über Expedia gebucht haben, so sollten doch die Zimmer und das Bad sauber sein. Die Kotzspuren des Vormieters sollten beseitigt sein. War aber halt nicht so. Frühstück super. Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Siamo arrivati in albergo e il check in è stato veloce, la ragazza alla reception, molto gentile, ci ha spiegato come funzionava il parcheggio fornendoci inoltre anche suggerimenti su come spostarci. Una volta entrati in camera la brutta sorpresa di trovarla sporca, capelli, peli, polvere, tende macchiate, avremmo dovuto trovare anche le ciabatte e gli accappatoi ma non c’erano. Abbiamo avvisato subito la receptionist la quale ci ha mandato le signore delle pulizie alle quali abbiamo fatto vedere quanto trovato e siamo usciti. Al nostro ritorno, la camera era stata pulita ma una pulizia veloce e non approfondita e ci avevano lasciato ciabatte e accappatoi. Avevamo scelto questo hotel perché garantiva una pulizia accurata ma così non è (almeno nelle camere) e troviamo inaccettabile che al cambio dei clienti non venga fatta una pulizia profonda con santificazione. Un giorno, la nostra camera non è nemmeno stata rifatta. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, se amate il dolce, c’è molto poco, invece è molto ben fornito per la colazione salata. L’albergo ha il vantaggio di essere in una posizione tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e offre a pagamento il garage condiviso con il supermercato. Non ci torneremo ma solo per la non accurata pulizia delle camere.

Although we are expedia gold members, not only have we not been upgraded, but instead of double bed we got a room with two single bed and they said the hotel is fully booked and they can't change it. Also, the dining room was dirty and the walls in the room were old with stains.

3 nuits passées dans l’hôtel et le premier soir, il y avait un mariage qui faisait du bruit dans tout l’hôtel. Nous avons mal dormi. Globalement, l’hôtel est bruyant, on entend les bruits de la rue et le couloir d’accès au chambres résonne beaucoup. On entends l’extérieur depuis les chambres. Les points positifs : petit déjeuner, sauna et funiculaire en face de l’hôtel. 10mn à pied du centre ville.

The hotel has magnificent views of the mountains. Room 201 is large and has a large window with great views. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious as is the shower. The breakfast is very good and complete.

Staff were not very friendly. But the room was lovely. Late cleaning room so we had to skip cleaning because we were back at room. Hotel very nice, right across from funicular up to Top of Innsbruck. Scenery spectacular!!

A hotel employee accused my wife of lying about her room number at the breakfast. Not sure why they feel that was necessary, they are not the police. She had just paid the "discounted" €24 surcharge at the front desk moments before. This was one of multiple surcharges that I felt were overpriced and not appropriately advertised in the listing, which suggested breakfast, parking, and pets were all included which did not end up being the case. I was also charged €19 for my free "welcome" drink. This combined with questionable cleanliness in the rooms made the price not worth it. Redeeming factor was location, it is directly across the street from the Top of Innsbruck railway.

Leider kein Upgrade angeboten wie im Angebot enthalten, obwohl nicht voll belegt. Ebenso keinen Welcome Drink erhalten - erst beim Auschecken, nach dem Ansprechen und zudem Jalousie im Zimmer noch kaputt, so war eine erholsame Nacht leider nicht ganz möglich. Schade.

IIch war geschäftlich unterwegs und bewerte das Hotel im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern dieser Kategorie, in denen ich regelmäßig übernachte. Die Lage ist hervorragend, und auch die Räumlichkeiten selbst überzeugen: modern, sauber und angenehm ruhig – ideal für Geschäftsreisende. Was jedoch deutlich negativ auffiel, war der Service. Egal ob beim Check-in, an der Bar oder während einer Abendveranstaltung – man musste das Personal regelrecht suchen, um bedient zu werden. Besonders beim Event war der Personalmangel spürbar, aber auch zu anderen Zeiten fehlte es schlicht an Präsenz. Das trübt den ansonsten positiven Gesamteindruck erheblich. Das Frühstück ist – gerade in Hinblick auf Preis-Leistung – ausbaufähig. Als jemand mit Laktose- und Glutenintoleranz fühlte ich mich nicht gut abgeholt. Andere Hotels lösen dies inklusiver und durchdachter. Fazit: Ein Hotel mit tollem Potenzial, das bei Service und Frühstück dringend nachbessern sollte, um dem hohen Standard gerecht zu werden.

Good location not too far out of town, nice facilities. The bathroom is a glass box in the room but luckily they have tiled it so you don't see in. The light does shine in the room as the top is glass. The shower is open so water goes all over the floor.Do not drink the small water in the fridge it costs 2.8€. I paid for my stay through hotels.com several weeks prior to coming. At check out after 3 nights they claimed my card was no good that I needed to pay? I had not provided a card. They would not accept my receipt as proof of payment. I guess they thought i was lying? That I was a thief? Was I forging receipts? Evidently there was an issue charging Expedia's virtual card which they provide the hotel after receiving my payment. They tried to get me to pay for a second time with another card, my own personal card! Finally they reran the Mastercard card Expedia gave them (not connected to me) which looks like a regular card in the system. By this time I had missed my bus. It was pouring down rain and I had to run over 1 to catch my train with my luggage. They could not have cared less about this horrible inconvience. They still seemed convinced I was wrong and was trying to avoid payment!!!! Awful feeling and experience to be treated like a criminal because your system ran a major corporations card wrong? I am "platinum" but could not get abyone on the phone at Hotels.com to help me.

The location across from the river is lovely - mountain views from the rooms. Easy short walk to the historic center and even the railway station (less than a mile). Bikes available. We will come back to this hotel - we have stayed in others in Innsbruck and really like the Congress. Also a good full breakfast is included.

Great property in a central location within walking distance to the old town and great location close to Alpenzoo and Top of Innsbruck. Parking at the property was very good too so if you’re driving I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints.

Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, convenient location just a few hundred metres from the centre of Innsbruck and close to the cable car to the ski slopes. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

An amazing hotel with a really good value for morning right next to the funicular station to go up the mountain Hungerburg. The breakfast, bar and room of this hotel is beyond compare. Such a fantastic experience, we spontaneously decided to stay an additional night for an Austrian Christmas. Bare in mind, during christmas its a 3 day shutdown of everything, save a few that is open for business. It was a wonderful magical christmas out to see the beauty of the snow capped mountains without needing to hike for miles. If you are lucky, you can get rooms facing the mountain itself.
