Wish hot tub was hot. Nothing available in morning except pool. The sauna and steam room and hot tub were not available. Luckily I went the night before. Everything else great

Very nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms, and everything you need. Just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Bar was very nice, great cocktails, live music on Friday night. Indoor pool and hot tub really enjoyable after walking around all day. They supply towels, robes and slippers. Really enjoyed going to Nordkette (top of Innsbruck) which is only about 5 mins walk to the station. I was very impressed with the service, excellent at reception and the bar

Brilliant hotel. Really close to the old town and near to the stations. Smart part of town with the park behind too. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are excellent, very impressed. Breakfast great with lots on offer. Will be back I'm sure!

The hotel is in a fabulous location. The spa on the rooftop is fantastic. Only open from 5pm daily though. The room was great and the breakfast was nice. There is a public parking lot available under the hotel which is really convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the Golden Roof and Nordkette Cable Car. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly.

The rooms were clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. I had booked 3 rooms months ago, & one of our friend's received an upgrade to a spacious suite. After enjoying biking in Innsbruck, the 6 in our group went to the rooftop hot tub at 4PM. Sadly, they don't fill it or turn on the steam rooms until 5PM! How disappointing.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in der Stadt,gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe allerdings nicht kostenfrei. Im 5.Stock mit Aussicht, Innenschwimmbecken und Whirlpool Außen. Sauna und Dampfbad sind vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich gewesen.
