Nice hotel close to the centre of Innsbruck. Large, well appointed rooms and excellent bathrooms. Lovely breakfast area with a good range of foods available for breakfast. The lack of a spa reduces this to an average hotel for the area. I was disappointed to find on arrival that the spa was closed and had been for some time. Had I known the spa was closed I would have chosen an alternative hotel.

Positives - Great location, nice room, good WiFi, roomy bathroom with a great shower, wonderful breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, atmospheric building, service room with vending machines and washing facilities plus spare towels. Minor quibbles- bathroom blinds did not guarantee privacy to the outside, curtains did not close properly due to missing hooks etc. The overriding plus was the careful attention of the staff!

Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir ein kostenloses „Upgrade“ erhalten, auf das uns niemand hingewiesen hat. Hierbei handelte es sich um ein zwar sehr großes, jedoch altmodisches Zimmer, dessen Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen war. Daraufhin haben wir zwei Mal das Zimmer wechseln müssen, ehe wir das beziehen konnten, welches wir gebucht hatten (Design Doppelzimmer). Ebenfalls haben die Fenster viel Lärm durchgelassen, was in Anbetracht der direkt davor liegenden Straße und insbesondere morgens sehr ärgerlich war. Das Hotel kooperiert mit einem sehr nahe gelegenen Parkhaus. Wenn dieses jedoch voll ist, erhält man auch als Hotelgast keinen Stellplatz und muss sich anderweitig umsehen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war, abgesehen vom Boden, okay. Die Lage war top. Das Badezimmer war neu gemacht und optisch ansprechend. Das Bett war komfortabel. Die abgebildeten Fotos haben uns jedoch auf mehr hoffen lassen. Insgesamt okay.

Good stay, nice location, very easily accessible to the local old town and restaurants. Quiet at night. Parking was easy. air conditioning was FABULOUS. Took a point off for cleanliness as our shower had some soap scum / mold build up and the sink as well but the rest of the room was perfectly clean as was the main hotel.

A limpeza do quarto não estava 100%, o chão em geral, debaixo da cama tava assustador, quase rolando fenos. Hahahaa Mas o quarto é lindo, moderno e muito confortável! Beautiful, clean hotel. Extra friendly staff to greet you. Very nice room with comfortable bed and bathroom that was large and modern with a great shower. In close walking distance to Old Town and train station. Grocery with breakfast options right across the street.

Good location and nice staff . My issue was the promoted air conditioning that they advertised. This is not accurate as you cannot control the air conditioning. When warm (every day/evening) so you have to open the windows. The noise is unbearable (even from the 4th floor) from the bars below (open to past midnight) and traffic, They know this as they provide a box of ear plugs. They should not advertise “air conditioning “.

Room comfortable, decor is a bit faded vs the photos shown on the app. Sauna is only available after 4pm which isn’t flexible if you want to take advantage of it after a morning training. My main disappointment: when you opt for ‘book and pay later’, the hotel pays itself immediately instead of on the day of arrival or departure. This should not be permitted.

First, the location is excellent to walk around Innsbruck. But the room I was in was so warm, it was almost unbearable- I had the thermostat all the way to the cold side, auto fan, and the room was just stagnant, way too warm to be in. I thought I had added breakfast for a fee but it said breakfast was free - my bad, I thought it ended at 10:30 am for some reason but it ended at 10 am and when I arrived at 10:05 am there was absolutely no accommodating that. It was an ok property, but not great. Walkable location is the best thing about it.

We had a beautiful room with a view of the mountains. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. Only negative was the bathroom layout. The shower in the bathtub is awkward to use and very slippery. Would recommend that a slip mat be put in the tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here next time we visit Innsbruck.

Vor unserem Zimmer war im Flur ein Wasserschaden - die Frage ist: warum vermietet man ausgerechnet auf diesem Flur ein Zimmer ?? Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit modernem Bad und Dusche gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit älterem Bad und Badewanne. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption hieß es : ein Wechsel des Zimmers wäre nicht möglich ☹️ Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

The hotel is a beautiful old master of its day, but a little tired. It could use some upgrades to carpets and paint. The breakfast room in the cellar was beautiful & elegant! The staff was simply stellar! The room they assigned was too noisy (super busy street!) so they very graciously made a change for us to a quiet room - with a sweet little balcony. Great size room and bathroom with fluffy towels and good bed. A refrigerator would have been really nice. The ‘service’ room Is brilliant! You can help yourself to plates, silverware, glasses, ice and even a washer and dryer. Their rooftop is open for lounging or watching the stars.

Services promised online were not delivered, i.e. no air conditioning. No ventilation in the suite so forced to open the windows which resulted in noise. No bell service to welcome guests so we had to bring in our luggage upon arrival. When departing we were told we were on our own to bring down our luggage, that this was not a service they provide. When going out for the day (departing the premises at 9:00 a.m.) we notified the front desk that the suite could be cleaned in our absence but upon return no housekeeper had been where the response given was that they were short staffed. Spa services were available only after 4 p.m. The usual answer for all requests was that there was no staff to do the work and the staff who was there was doing their best. Very unsatisfactory experience, not at all as advertised!!

Absolutely LOVED our stay in Innsbruck! The staff was amazing. They organized an early morning taxi to the train station and packed us breakfast because we had to leave before the breakfast room opened. The packed so much food for us we snacked on it for 2 days! The hotel is beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was centrally located and easy to walk to everything. If I get back to Innsbruck I will definitely stay here again!

Chambre très propre, lit confortable! L’hôtel est bien situé, très proche de tout! Par contre, très bruyant à l’extérieur et la chambre n’était pas isolée! On entendait absolument tout de l’extérieur comme si on y était! Des gens mangeaient, criaient et riaient très fort en dessous de notre fenêtre fermée jusqu’à 4h du matin ce qui nous a littéralement empêcher de dormir! De plus, nous avons réservé une suite avec chambre séparée et ils n’ont pas honoré notre réservation! Ils nous ont donné une chambre inférieur sans nous rembourser la différence! Quand on est allée le signaler à la réception, la réaction de la réceptionniste est « ooooohhhh vous avez réservé avec expédia ». J’ai quand même montré que c’est belle est bien marqué chambre séparée avec le prix qu’on a payer et ils n’ont rien voulu savoir! Ceci dit la chambre était quand même très bien, propre et spacieuse…… mais à cause du bruit extrême je ne recommande vraiment pas du tout cet hôtel à moins d’être à un étage beaucoup plus haut pour entendre un peu moins le bruit! Moi je ne prends plus de chance…. Je n’y retournerais plus jamais et je ne le recommande pas!!!!
