Convenient location and decent overall for a few days. Reception staff were friendly and lovely. Easy to get around via the metro and trams! However, we felt that it was lacking in amenities. The hair dryer was easily the worst one I'd ever used. Laundry is an extremely overpriced service, so we ended up having to go to a nearby laundromat. There's no fridge or kettle or iron so I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

Room carpet is filthy. Towels with holes. Evening desk staff fighting with kitchen staff at front desk. Only saving grace was the feont desk staff morning of checkout. He was so pleasant
