Während des viertägigen Aufenthalts funktionierte nur einer der beiden Fahrstühle, so dass es bei den 15 Etagen oft unzumutbare Wartezeiten gab. Auch war der Aufzug, wenn er dann kam immer wieder so besetzt, dass man nicht mitkam. An einem der Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel with easy parking. The location was certainly close enough to walk safely to the city center in Salzburg . They had a very open and good size fitness room with floor to ceiling windows facing the road. They had a wonderful bar on the top floor with a view. It sat over the railroad tracks and station, which made it quite unique. The hotel and bar were soundproof. It was much fun to watch the trains coming into the station at night while having a drink. It was a perfect stay and we would very much recommend this hotel. Our only disappointment was that they don’t offer any food except for a very few minimal bar snacks. However, there are plenty of delicious restaurants in Salzburg, so this wasn’t an issue for us.

It’s convenient near the station .Quite clean and the sauna is nice especially the infrared when working The downsides are one of the lifts didn’t work and there didn’t seem any rush to fix it So getting to the 8th floor was a bit slow The sauna was a bit hit and miss Infa red sauna worked one day and not the next They forgot about our welcome drink I had to remind them There’s also limited dining in the evening The rooms although funky were extremely small and you can see your friend showering which is a problem if you’re just sharing with a friend.

Location is close to train station, walking distance to Mirabell Gardens and Old Town Wifi - excellent, in room Facilities/room - comfortable room, but tea/coffee making only on request. Room had a fridge, but it didn't work, so asked reception to investigate - no action was taken and no follow up given. Food - Bar upstairs has snacks, but no restaurant on site. Lots of options nearby for takeaway, and restaurants close by. Breakfast is 23 euro each. Overall - recommended

We really liked this hotel and would happily stay there again if we came back to Salzburg. Excellent location near the train station but within walking distance of the old town. The hotel is modern and functional in style, with good sized bedrooms featuring electrically activated blinds. There is nothing flash about it but it looks good. Despite being by the train tracks, we were not disturbed at all by any train noise. Our favourite things about the hotel were the roof top bar with its 360 degree view overlooking all of Salzburg, and the sky bar. Having an evening drink in the sky bar with the lights of Salzburg spread out in front of us was lovely and relaxing.

The hotel is great. It is clean, it has a gym, a sauna, and nice roodtop bar as well. We had a larger room for three adults and it was very comfortable. Right near the train station, highly recommend it if you are traveling to/from Salzburg by train.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das arte Hotel super. Neues Gebäude mit toller Aussicht von oben und nettem Personal. Ein paar Dinge waren trotzdem nicht okay, vor allem wenn man den Preis bedenkt und auch das Image, mit dem das Hotel wirbt. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer von denen eins nicht sauber geputzt war, außerdem ist das WLAN eine absolut Katastrophe (0,4 MBit/s). Wir haben ein extra Mülleimer für Windeln aufs Zimmer bekommen, in dem waren jedoch noch alte Windeln vom Vorgänger.

First of all, I must say that I was disappointed by the rude attitude of the young woman at the hotel front desk. I arrived early and asked to leave my luggage before checking in, but she did not even glance at me, replying with minimal words while staring at the computer screen, having a sour expression on her face. She didn't smile at all, was quiet and gloomy, and even clicked her tongue. It left a very bad impression. The hotel itself is large and luxurious. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options. The room amenities and interior design resemble those of Japanese hotels, making it easy for Japanese guests to stay. The bathroom walls are made of transparent glass, so if you are Asian, be cautious unless you are staying with a partner. I was surprised that there was no door separating the bathroom from the room. If you don't operate the shower properly, the area outside of the bathroom will get wet. Moreover, if you turn off the air conditioner in the room, the whole room will become humid and uncomfortable. I don't know if this is standard in Europe, but Asians who are not accustomed to it may be shocked. The toilet being separate is at least a relief. As a whole, while the eco-friendly policy is commendable, the service leaves much to be desired. Used towels were even left behind without being collected. The floor of the room is not clean. Wiping the floor with tissue paper causes the tissue to turn black.

Die Lage neben dem Hauptbahnhof ist praktisch, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist und nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Salzburg geplant hat. Die Umgebung ist nicht sonderlich schön. Wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt in Salzburg plant, um die Stadt zu erkunden, würde ich ein anderes Hotel nehmen. Wenn man das Umland erkunden und schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von A nach B reisen möchte, dann bietet es sich sicherlich an. Leider ist auf den Zimmern sowohl der Internetempfang über mobile Daten als auch WLAN sehr schlecht, er reicht nicht mal zum Surfen oder störungsfreien Telefonieren. Dies ist, gerade wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist, von großem Nachteil. Die Sauberkeit war okay, aber nicht überragend. Auf einer Bettseite und dem Waschbeckenrand waren irgendwelche Krümel und (vermutlich Urin-)Flecken an den Wänden in der Toilette. Leider kann man, wie in fast jedem Hotel, kein Fenster öffnen. Die Lüftungsanalage funktioniert aber einwandfrei, sowohl zum Kühlen als auch zum Heizen und lässt sich leicht bedienen. Frühstück, Bar und Sparbereich kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich nichts davon in Anspruch genommen habe. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the Salzburg train station. It takes 15 to 20mins to walk to the Old Town. The hotel room is quiet despite located above the train station. Room is equipped minimally but adequately. If you need a kettle, do request it from the front desk. Only glasses were provided. Would be better if some cups and tea spoons are provided too.

De bar op de 14 de etage was erg fijn! Ook de parkeergarage onder het hotel met directe toegang! Jammer dat er geen koffie of thee faciliteit in de kamer aanwezig was. Doucheruimte beetje krap en gladde vloer. Kamer was wel mooi strak ingericht en heel geluiddicht!! Bed was ook goed!

Very nice room, a little small, but had a fabulous view. Pay for the breakfast buffet…best one I've seen not in a resort. Don't worry if you’re on the train station side…the view is still very nice and you hear absolutely NO noise from the trains.

Good location, nice. Modern hotel. Had a room for four with only a sheer curtain for privacy whilst showering which was not good. Easy walking distance to everything. Check in time is 3 pm. I thought it a little petty that when we arrived at 2.50 pm staff made us sit and wait in lobby. For 10 minutes claiming the room wasn't ready. staff could. Be a bit more enthusiastic and friendly

Loved the hotel, we arrived at 8am having arrived from Milan on the night train, we asked if we could freshen up some where as our check in wasn’t until 3pm and they said our room was ready and that we could use it straight away. Added to that Salzburg is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a budget hotel near the train station which is why we booked it. However, to walk to downtown area, you'll have to go through some sketchy area with homeless encampments. The staffing here was very inadequate. Check in and check out was very slow. The tall blonde receptionist was rude and snappy when we checked in. After check out, we ask them to hold our luggages since our train did not leave until 5PM. We came back at 4:30 to collect the luggages and there were only 1 gentleman working at the reception and over 20 people waiting to check in. We had to ask if there were someone else to help us get our luggages, one girl came out from the back to help but made remarks that "i don't work reception". The room was nice and clean but the bathroom does not have a door, just see through glass so do not book if you travel with family or friends. Only for couples.

Everything was good, except.... We had forgotten gloves in the check in area. The employee lied and said no one turned them in. If another guest hasnt have been there(he turned them in) we wouldn't have gotten them back. We all had to insist they were there, she then walked over and got them. So the emplyee KNEW they were there. After check out we forgot a charger and cable(yes losing things was our bad). But when we called, she said they hadn't found it. Which we would have believed has another guest said the cable was sitting on the desk. The cable is very distinct (color and size).

我們是12/12入住，下午二點多辦check in，剛好有房間就能入房，但一進房間就馬上發現這不是我訂的房型，我訂的是四晚的extended studio low，櫃檯給我一般房型，我馬上回到櫃檯去詢問，幾個櫃檯的人一直說查不到我訂的房型，怎麼會只知道我有訂房，但卻說沒有我訂什麼房型，而且我們知道這家飯店最大缺點就是浴室沒有門，幾乎是透明狀態，所以我們才要訂extended studio low，至少有人在洗澡時，另一個人可以待在小客廳，後來櫃檯人員講著我不知道的語音在討論，討論完就說，今天房間全滿，只能補償我二天的早餐(二個房型的價差完全不是早餐可以補償的)，然後第三個晚上才換成我原本訂的房型，整個來說態度很差，一副就是飯店全滿了，住不住隨便你另外我們去哈修塔特二天一夜，在退房時，在櫃檯寄放行李，櫃檯先生收下行李後，我問他行李券呢，他說不用，我們就覺得怪，但就把行李跟櫃檯先生的照片一起拍下來，但在隔天要來取行李時，櫃檯小姐說要有券才能領行李，還好我們有備而來，馬上打開照片給櫃檯小姐看，她才一副不情願的樣子進辦公室把行李推出來早餐最大優點就是窗外風景很美，但起大霧時是完全看不到，飯店給我們二天的早餐，但二天完全是一模一樣，沒有任何小變動，建議早餐只吃一天就好，不然會覺得都吃重複的東西...

A wonderful modern hotel with a great breakfast on the top floor with a glorious view of Hohendalzburg. Location at the Hauptbahnhof was perfect for us as we used the trains and buses a lot. Of course being in this area does not bring the best aesthetics when you walk outside, but I still rate the experience 5 Stars.

Nice / Clean / Modern place very conveniently located within walking distance from train station and quite close to Mirabel gardens / and then Altstadt / old town. Area is safe and walkable. Staff nice and attentive. Rooms are updated and modern. If upper floor then view over town, which is welcome. Charging outlets sufficient and ok. Internet speed in rooms around 30-40 mbps , so very average. Breakfast served at 15th floor at very nice settings at top floor. Design is modem as well. Breakfast by itself is fine. All in all enjoyed my stay and even extended for 1 more day vs planned …. Recommend highly.

The hotel is correct. The parking in the middle of the street is a bit hard to access. The wall in the bathroom was dirty. The safe in the room is really smal, a tablet cannot enter in it. The hotel is a bit far from the center but easy to reach by bus ot by walk (30-40 minutes). The downtown is great.

Property is close to train station and public transport was excellent. Overall it was not the most beautiful area of Salzburg. If you are looking for a charming visit to Salzburg reminding you of Sound of Music then this hotel is probably not for you. However, if you want a bar with a beautiful view of the city then this may be a great fit.

Betonwände im Hotel und zum Teil auch im Zimmer, was das ganze Hotel nicht gemütlich macht. Der Frühstücksraum im 15 Stock hat eine tolle Aussicht, die Auwahl ist nicht so groß und es gab auch kein frisches geschnittenes Obst. Zu diesem Preis gibt es im Umfeld besser Hotels
