I recently stayed at your hotel for three nights. While the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, I experienced an unacceptable issue with housekeeping and the front desk that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. I put ear plugs and a doctor-prescribed cream for eczema on the side table. When I returned later that day, both items were missing. After searching thoroughly, I found the ear plugs underneath the mattress, but the cream was never recovered. I strongly suspect it was removed with the bed sheets during housekeeping. This is not only careless but potentially dangerous. What if the missing item had been life‑saving medication? Housekeeping must exercise far greater care when handling guests’ personal belongings. I reported the matter to reception immediately and asked that housekeeping search for the cream. The following day, when checking out, I was told it was not found. The staff member who assisted me showed no concern, offered no apology, and left me feeling dismissed. While the room itself was excellent, the poor housekeeping practices and lack of professionalism at the front desk overshadowed the experience.

Very modern hotel, a little far from the city center. The lobby and restaurant areas are a little dark for our taste but the breakfast is rich in options and delicious. The rooms could use more outlets for charging computers and iPhones. Overall, a nice experience.

This hotel enforces a discriminatory ban on religious head coverings in its restaurant. We were refused breakfast because of our head covering, and the today we witnessed another guest being refused entry for the same reason. A policy that excludes people for wearing religious head coverings is antisemitic and antimuslim in its effect, as it discriminates against both Jewish and Muslim guests as well as people of other faiths. This treatment was degrading, hostile and completely unacceptable. If you are Jewish, Muslim or simply believe in religious equality, stay elsewhere.
