Very pleased with this hotel with great location just next to Salzburg main station and walking distance to everything local in town. The hotel is in great condition. I don't recall seeing a single dent! Room was spotless. Breakfast is of type full-breakfast buffet to decent quality and included in your stay, which makes it a plus. The hotel offers an early checking opportunity, subject to availability and a fee of EUR20 which i think was great as it gave me acceas to my room as early as 11am. The only thing I would like to have had done differently was to have a proper double duvet. A single duvet for a double bed is a bit slim. Had I realised this before going to bed I would have asked for a bigger. But this is a small detail and the overall stay is 5/5 stars and in would stay here again.

Clean room; a very convenient location next to train and bus stations to go around Salzburg. It was even a nice walk from the hotel to the city. Just a note to share: the hotel is eco-friendly - there is no coffee/tea maker or electric kettle, no minibar in the room. The electric kettle can be found and used in the lobby.

Hotel ist in Ordnung. Es ist nur Kartenzahlung möglich (was vollkommen ok ist). Die Zimmer sind sauber und überschaubar. Die Lage ist natürlich super, in ca 7 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen, in ca 1 Minute am Hauptbahnhof. Was ich tatsächlich frech fand ist die Gebühr für das Abstellen von Koffern nach dem Check-out. Der späteste Check-out um 11:00 Uhr liegt dabei eh schon früher als alles was ich bisher kannte.

This hotel is very close to main train station, bus and taxi services.The decor is unusual but we loved it. The staff were friendly and efficient. There is a bar in the hotel which offers taco choices in the evening and a wonderful brrakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to attractions. The city is beautiful and clean.

Nice hotel conveniently located for the main station. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Breakfast is great and the best thing about the hotel. One thing I hated was they charge for leaving luggage. Only Eur4 but still ridiculous. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the first time any have charged for this service.

Clean rooms, wonderful helpful staff who gave us free tram passes, amazing breakfast with plentiful options. Lobby area has very nice decor and earthy looking with plants and nature in mind. The complimentary water , hot water and tea made our stay very comfortable.

Hotel was very expensive for what you got. Rooms were not cleaned and you weren’t given fresh towels unless asked. Lighting in room was poor, could hear person in next room in shower & coughing. View was into other flats so had to keep curtains closed at all times. Had to pay extra to check in early, and pay to leave luggage if had they had space, which they didn’t. If no free bottles didn’t get any water. Builders started demolition work nearby at 8am so early morning wake up everyday. Stayed in far better hotels for a lot less. Only good thing was right next to train & bus station. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend.

We stayed here for three wonderful nights while visiting Saltzburg. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking to the old town. The attention to detail in the hotel is amazing and the decor and cleanliness is perfect. I didnt want to leave and cannot wait to stay here again.

Room was good, but lacking storage space. Bathroom ventilation could be improved as we saw mold in the shower. One additional thing to note is that this is an eco-friendly hotel, so housekeeping did not come by every day to clean room. Breakfast buffet had a really great spread with a lot of different options for my family. Our room keys were deactivated twice before our official check out time. Staff were able to resolve quickly, but did make it seem like it was my fault before checking in their system to see that they were the ones who input the times wrong.

Overall this is a good hotel, except for the AC which is not working, and so you can just imagine not getting enough sleep due to uncomfortable temp in the room, brought it up to reception area, just gave us a small table fan. Didn’t help much

Very nice room and hotel overall, very comfortable bed. Stains on the towels, lack of power sockets and one of the two elevators not working making it very slow. Massively overpriced breakfast. Don’t understand why they give you a single size duvet even though it’s a double bed.

Wifi connection was very poor. Room was clean and aesthetic but very limited. There was no fridge and lighting was limited. Bed was ok but pillows are not the comfiest. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel close to the train station and close to main attractions. Overall it was a pleasant stay but nothing special.

Had expected a room at this cost to be equipped with at least a bar fridge, some cups with teaspoon and table space, instead, there was a swing that was not very practical. A mini cooler can be rented with an extra charge of 15euro. If you need water, you have to collect yourself from the reception, very inconvenient if you have already changed into PJ. Cleaning services need to be booked from the reception as well. Little perks such as welcome cookies and apples at the reception.

The hotel room was really nicely curated and so modern. It appeared clean and in good order. The location was a 5 minute walk from the main train station and an easy 15 minute walk into the main part of this beautiful city so super convenient. Transit also right outside the door so couldn't ask for more in that regard. The reason I gave a 3 star was because the bathroom was lacking any hooks to hang clothes or shelves for toiletries as well the air conditioning was inadequate. The outside temperature during the day was about 23 degrees C at the end of April making the hotel room very warm for sleeping at night despite having a/c at 18 c and fan on full. The staff were extremely pleasant though and overall good value for money. I would stay again but not when weather is warm.

객실은 깨끗하고 좋았지만 옆 방 소음이 간간히 들였다. 청소는 요청할때만 하는거여서 오히려 좋았는데 타월 매번 요청하는건 번거로웠다. 뷰는 다른 건물로 막혀있었다.

Quirky hotel near station. Bird sounds in corridor decorated like a forest! Room was ok. Bed & shower good. No chair or desk to work at. Chaise longue was comfortable but the room was really too small for it. No fridge or coffee. Expensive for lack of facilities.

Melhor hotel que fiquei na Europa! Recepcionistas super simpáticas e prestativas. O quarto é ótimo, com tamanho excelente (só podiam retirar o balanço que ocupa espaço sem motivo), a cama e chuveiro também muito bons! Possuem locker seguro para guardar as malas. É localizado ao lado da estação de trem e dos principais pontos de onibus. Fornecem passe de transporte gratuito.

Snyggt men dålig belysning i rummet och lite opraktiskt. Omständig incheckning på data. Trevligt bemötande av personal men hela tiden satt 3-4 unga män i det lilla utrymmet att själv värma vatten osv.

The only reason I dropped this rating to a 3/5 is because I left my Air Pods in my room and have been trying to reach the hotel to retrieve them and still have not heard back from them via the email I sent. Looks like I will have to call them long distance. I know they were left in the room so am upset that I was not contacted once they were discovered. This is not great service.

The moment Reception treats me badly is the moment I decide to NOT spend another cent IN the Hotel. Which is what I did. I went out for dinner even though your restaurant looked nice.

We had extremely disappointing service during our stay, our room was not cleaned as requested for 2 days in a row and as it was our last night on the second day, we were not happy to let it go. When we tried to complain about the cleaning which was missed due to an error on the hotel’s part on both days we were initially dismissed with smirks and derision; when this was escalated to the reception manager, the attitude worsened and was rude and confrontational, there was no apology, just aggression. We ended up missing part of our last evening in Salzburg due to this incident and it left a really horrible impression of our stay. We were surprised that the service of a member of staff at the management level could be so rude and it even verged on threatening, when the complaint was legitimate and due to errors on the hotel’s part. We would be vary of staying here as we didn’t even receive a reply of acknowledgment, let alone an apology, to a written complaint we sent after our stay, both directly to the hotel and through Expedia.

Melhor hotel que fiquei na Europa! Recepcionistas super simpáticas e prestativas. O quarto é ótimo, com tamanho excelente (só podiam retirar o balanço que ocupa espaço sem motivo), a cama e chuveiro também muito bons! Possuem locker seguro para guardar as malas. É localizado ao lado da estação de trem e dos principais pontos de onibus. Fornecem passe de transporte gratuito.

This hotel is across from the train station so it’s super convenient. If you arrive early, you can drop your bags and begin your journey. The staff is very kind. I didn’t eat there so I cannot attest to the dining. It’s walkable to old town about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. The only thing I would say is don’t stay on the street side it’s you hear everything. So not great for a good night’s sleep. But I would stay at the hotel again.

Excellent hotel just a stones throw from the station. We were really pleased by how tranquil the place felt, and as other reviewers have mentioned - the breakfast is incredible and worth booking with a really wide range of options both hot and cold. Both days it kept us going until dinner time! Would gladly stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

A positive experience under all points of view. Unfortunately, being part of a longer trip, I had only one night there and no breakfast due to strict time of trains. By the way, I found a very cozy room, big, clean and full of light, overlooking the street towards the central station. The hotel itself is new with anything you may need, with complimentary water and juices too. The location is superb, only a few minutes from central station and, if you want, about 15 minutes from city centre by foot. I'm sure this will be my choice when I have the opportunity to be back in Salzburg. In that occasion I will enjoy breakfast and common spaces too. Very happy to have known this hotel
