Staff was kind and so friendly which made our stay pleasant. Room had a smell to it in the bathroom so made our stay a little uncomfortable. Small rooms but close to train station and city !

Overall, we had a good stay at Adlers Hotel in Innsbruck. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the lovely view of the mountains right outside our window waking up to that scenery was beautiful. The hotel is located right next to the train station. While this is very convenient for transport, it may disturb light sleepers as you can occasionally hear the trains. When we first arrived, I did wonder where my husband had brought me as there is a strip club directly outside the hotel and the immediate area looks a little run down. However, if you walk a short distance up the road you quickly reach the beautiful city centre, which is stunning. We didn’t have breakfast or use the spa facilities during our stay, so unfortunately I can’t comment on those. Reception staff were welcoming when we arrived, but we weren’t given the welcome pack that the hotel provides. This pack includes a card that allows free public transportation during your stay. We only found out about this from the local tourist information centre and had to return to reception to request it. Overall, despite a couple of small issues, we enjoyed our stay. The comfortable room and fantastic mountain views made it a pleasant base for exploring Innsbruck.

No words….. This is a fabulous hotel!! Perfect position next to the station & only a 10 min walk into the Old Town. Best bar, best view from the 12th Floor. Fab staff, we absolutely loved it.

While the building is visible from a distance, where to check in is poorly signed. There is no lobby. The check-in space is no bigger than a small coffee shop and not particularly visible from the street. It's a busy part of the city and there is no place to stop a car and unload baggage. Not at all what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel.
