We booked the Adler Hotel for the views and the location. The views did not disappoint! The hotel is a bit difficult to get into in Innsbruck as it doesn't have a formal entry to drive up and register. Instead you drive into the parking garage and make your way up the elevator to the registration floor. This caused some frustration when we were trying to arrive! But we did figure it out - apparently others felt the same way! The staff was very helpful upon arrival however. Yay! Our room was large with lots of windows. There was a good amount of space for storage and the rocking chairs were a welcome change to just benches and stiff chairs. The breakfast was lovely with homemade cakes & breads. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is about 10 min walk into old town but very straightforward and nice to have some quiet.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet (zumindest in unserem Zimmer) einen fantastischen Blick auf die Nordkette und einen Teil der Stadt. Das Zentrum ist nur einige Gehminuten entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, DM,..) Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und auch sonst hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Das Spa ist klein, aber fein. Einen Fitnessraum gibt es leider nicht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und auch hier war das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Wir waren das 2.mal im Adlers und wieder war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Rooftopbar ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich um abends seinen Cocktail mit toller Aussicht auf sie Bergisel Schanze und die Bergw zu genießen. Ebenso die untere Terrasse zum morgendlichen Kaffee.

Hôtel situé en plein centre-ville, à côté de la gare, l'accès à la vieille à pied est assez rapide. Sans s'arrêter sur la première impression des voies de la gare, la vue monte rapidement sur les montagnes entourant Innsbruck (où les monuments du centre-ville). C'est bien l'avantage de la hauteur permise par cet hôtel. Le parking public situé en dessous permet de gagner rapidement la réception de l'hôtel. Le matin, le petit-déjeuner présente un bon choix d'aliments frais en profitant toujours de la vue sur les Alpes. Habitué à passer par Innsbruck, j'ai finalement apprécié de m'y arrêter pour la nuit.

The hotel is lovely. Great location, very clean and a lovely room with a great view. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Again great views. We decided to eat dinner there but the service wasn’t great. We got drinks straight away but then waited 40 minutes to order - we had to ask someone - and then it took over 1/2 hour for the food to come. It was a shame but I think we were just unlucky. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Good hotel, great location & view, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed. Unfortunately cleaning was not good enough (dirty mirrors, dusty/stained surfaces). Furthermore, upon arrival we discovered that soap dispenser was empty. Next morning we left a note for cleaning to refill, before we left to explore the city, but it was not done. At the end we have asked reception, and they have refilled it right away.

Stayed a week. Room was partially dusted when checked-in. After three days I had to ask for a proper cleaning with dusting and vacuuming as it was difficult to sleep there. It was not possible to open windows. It was the dustiest hotel I have ever stayed. Staff was helpful in general. mountain view is lovely. Breakfast was extremely expensive therefore skipped. Some days after coming back to room, despite the regular room service, toilet was smelly, I didn't understand why. There was train sounds in the night and early morning. I used the room mainly for sleeping because of full-day meetings. It was not worth the money paid.

Great location. Awesome view of the mountains from the room. Cleaning and room maintenance was poor.the sink was not cleaned, the coffee and sugar packets were not repleted. The saucers still had coffee stains.we stayed 3 days and had a packed schedule. A nice cup of coffee for our early start would have been nice. The front desk staff were very friendly on the day of our check in

The rooms were filthy and were not cleaned regularly. The carpet/rugs were dirty. The toilets didn't work properly. For the cost I would not recommend this property. The reception staff is very good but they are helpless. The breakfast staff is useless.

3 night stay, excellent check in, nice modern rooms, great shower, central location, high floor bar with great views. Parking under hotel which you need to approach from the direction of the bus station, it is a very tight entrance/barrier. Once parked you can get a ticket to allow you in/out and pay at the end of your stay. Only difficulty we had was it was way too hot !!! No way to cool down as given high rise nature of hotel windows don't open and AC ineffective. We didn't eat in the hotel

Es war wunderbar! Der Empfang ist sehr seriös und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber, es hatte ein grosses Bad inkl. Fussbodenheizung, sowie einen Kühlschrank im Eingangsbereich des Zimmer. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Innsbrucker Hauptbahnhof. Je nach Zimmerausrichtung hört man in der Nacht leider die Züge, die vorbei fahren.

Zimmer Aussicht sehr nett, Zimmergröße gut, Frühstück ok, Zimmerservice: 1x gar nicht gereinigt, 1x tw. gereinigt, aber Kaffee und Milch vergessen, WiFi gut, Lärm vom der Disko am Dach war bis spät in der Nacht sehr störend im Zimmer hör- und spürbar - wir haben ein Hotelzimmer und keine Disco gemietet!!!

Lovely corner room with stunning views, and the room was comfortable and clean. Nice location only 5 minute walk to the old town. Came for a Christmas market and they had 7 on the go. We visited the two in old town that may have been the biggest we have ever seen. They go to town on celebrating Christmas! Tip: try top of Innsbruck. Great lunch and amazing views. The rooftop bar and restaurant are nice but when busy you can go ages without being presented a waiter. We chose to leave after 50 minutes of being promised. We went elsewhere instead. That was the only disappointment and not a major one at that. Recommend the friendly staff in reception and the hotel does what it can to make your stay a lovely one

During my trip to Austria, I stayed in Vienna, Graz, Salzburg, Kufstein, and Innsbruck, and aDLERS was by far the best hotel I experienced. The staff, especially Lucas, made me feel like I was at home with my family. The breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy options, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each day. The team members who were present during breakfast were fantastic. I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Innsbruck.

This choice was a bust. And I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. Many cool hotels in Innsbruck, and this isn’t one of them, except for the rooftop bar with spectacular view. The location is weird and although every room gets some mountain view, it’s also overlooking the huge train station below, which can be noisy. We were promised a VIP booking based on key points thru hotels.com (a room upgrade if available, complimentary bottle of champagne, etc.). None of that happened, but the real disappointment was rude service and almost no attention to detail. Room was dusty, drapery broken, comforter stained, no coffee maker in the room which we were told doesn’t come standard with a “classic room” but just a tea kettle and two packets of instant coffee. No big deal, but when we requested more, they never complied. Spa is lovely if you’re ok with full frontal co-ed nudity in steam and saunas. Open from 4-8pm but no attendants. Only one masseur so spots limited. Spend your $250 per night elsewhere and stop at Adler for a drink on the roof if you’re curious.

We didn't receive any VIP inclusions dispite calling reception to remind them. The hotel was clean and had good amenities and is in walking distance to everything but lacked in other areas, so much so that I felt the need to message Expedia.

A basic hotel for 4 stars, hotel and room in need of updating, breakfast was very good, that and the view were the highlight - the view really does save the hotel. We asked to book a taxi for the airport and were told all was booked and the next day to walk outside with all of our luggage (warning...if you have a lot of luggage there is no one to help, you may be lucky and get offered a trolley to use yourself). No taxi arrived so had to book a taxi via uber. Felt like most of the staff (except one very helpful lady) didn't really care. Overall, an over priced 3 star hotel that maybe once got 4 stars in a glory year but has been resting on its laurels ever since.

The property was great, new and clean. Super breakfast. The front desk service experience is so divided across two spectrum. There is staff (Sara Jamro) who is super, helpful and friendly. There are others who never attended to my requests like changing towels. At the end, a staff delivered clean towels twice to my room but both were wet and not folded properly as if they were used. I ended up go down to concierge to ask for clean towels and bring back to my room! Substandard service.

Excellent location five minutes by foot from the train station. Beautiful, well lit parking ramp directly under the hotel. Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff at front desk. Panoramic views of the city from upper floors.

The view is amazing, and the hotel was in a convenient location. Unfortunately, there was construction in their under ground parking during our stay. Once the parking is done, I would recommend this hotel IF THEY get a pull up for visitors to unload their luggage and check in.

Adler Hotel was an amazing hotel. The rooms have a wall of windows to show off the mountain views. The downtown area is a bit rundown. I wouldn't feel comfortable in the area after dark. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

Very close to the main train station and easy walking distance to Old Town and Maria Theresa Strasse (shopping snd restaurants). Rooms are on the 7 - 10th floors so you have a nice view of the city.

The mountain view room was absolutely amazing!! The rooftop bar was great but unfortunately it was closed when we tried to go back and watch the sunset. We slept with the curtains open and we did get a beautiful sunrise to wake by. The breakfast was also one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts that I have had. Nice spread.

Ein gutes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und freundlichem Personal. Lediglich die Zimmerreinigung blieb aus, obwohl das Schild „nicht stören“ bereits um 11:30 Uhr abgehangen war. Leider war am zweiten Tag zu viel Andrang beim Frühstück, sodass vieles zwei Stunden vor Ende nicht mehr verfügbar war. Bei einem Frühstückspreis von 22 Euro sollte das nicht passieren.
