We arrived when the flooring in the main floor was being replaced. Dust & dirt everywhere. Staff tried to be friendly and apologetic but the place was a mess. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor - no elevators so we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors. Next time, take the financial hit and close for a day - give your staff a break!

Loved the pool, esp when there was a heat wave!!! Extra easy parking. Close by to drive to shopping or we did just walk to the malls several times when traffic was busy. Easy reach of airport.

Unser Zimmer war recht klein. Betten sind eher weich. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Man kann draußen sitzen in der Nähe vom Pool. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir haben durch späte Ankunftszeit erst um 1 Ihr morgens eingecheckt. Alles ohne Probleme und super freundlich und informativ.

ANTS. THE ROOMS HAVE ANTS. A billion tint ants that are now in our clothes and suitcases and well likely have them in our home. The staff was not surprised when we asked to change rooms- it didnt help. We still had ants. No fridge or kettle/coffeemaker, breakfast was wrapped up far before closing time, and the location is extremely inconvenient. Not impressed at all, for a place we paid over $200 a night for. Don't waste your time.

Small room with space to open only one carry-on suitcase at a time but inexpensive and had everything we needed for a night before catching an early flight, including a comfortable bed and a very nice shower with good water pressure. Efficient staff. Short Uber ride to the Old Town and waterfront for a peaceful walk and a wonderful meal at Santa Maria Petiscaria. The hotel and restaurant turned a dreaded quick stopover in Faro to catch a morning flight into a great evening and a highlight of our trip.

Os quartos são pequenos, e os colchões muito fraquinhos. Só tem uma almofada. No quarto onde ficamos, a cortina estava toda com buracos, e pelo facto do hotel estar ao lado de um descampado cheio de mato, apareciam alguns insectos no quarto. A arrumação no quarto também não é grande coisa. Mas se não tiver muitos preconceitos, é suficiente.

The staff were all super-friendly and very helpful. As an English-only speaking touring cyclist with some special needs like bike storage, storage for bike bag, the extra time and effort that Tomas and Luciana on the reception desk spent with me was wonderful. Thanks to the whole Ibis crew!

Staff at check in was very nice, friendly, and professional, and accommodated our needs to store our luggage before checking in. The swimming pool was nice, but cold as it was a bit windy outside. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, a bit tight to move around the bed, small area overall, but ok for one night stay given proximity to the Faro airport. We did not have breakfast as our flight left too early in the morning.

For a small place like Faro, this was a little out of the way. Needed to walk a lot or take Uber or taxi. But, the most frustrating thing was we booked a tour of the Benagil Caves at the front desk. We were waiting for pick-up 15 minutes early. Asked for an update on the transport 3 times and was told the van would bebthere in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes was told the van had passed the hotel and we would miss the tour. We managed to book an uber and after calling the tour operator ourselves, managed to grt on board The basin plug was stuck. Maintenance arrived 16 hours later. Then the water drained very slowly too. Very poor hotel. Very poor service. Our trust in IBIS brand has diminished.

Could have been so much better. Staff not very friendly and everything just cheap or old. Simple things like towels for pool area kept at reception but nobody tells you they are there. Cheap and thin pillows And only one each. All easily resolved things that would just make this hotel better. Other guests were complaining about the lack of food on the menu which was relevant given you are away from town when you stay here.

We had to leave very early in the morning, as our flights were canceled -- we had to drive instead to Lisbon! Too short of a stay! But the night personnel were very nice and very helpful trying to call local numbers for us. Couldn't have been better people!

Goed hotel dichtbij vliegveld (€10 taxi). Leuke lobby, restaurant, terras. Ontbijten van maar liefst 4-12 AM. Receptie 24 uur bemand. Kleine kamer, goede bedden. Fraaie badkamer. Als je met raam open slaapt wel enige geluidshinder. Perfect hotel voor vroeg vertrek of late aankomst vliegveld.

I loved the style of this hotel. Black and red, musically themed. The evening snack was lovely and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options, all very nice. I only stayed one night and will use it again when I come back to visit my family.
