Zimmer schlicht und sauber, unter dem Waschbecken waren noch abgeschnittene Fußnagelteile gelegen. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Schlaf deshalb unbefriedigend. Die Parkplätze sind der Horror. Man hat kaum Platz zum ein und ausparken, wir haben schließlich im Ort geparkt um den Mietwagen nicht zu beschädigen. Wir würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Nice stay and the staff is amazing. This property is what you would expect from the chain. Nice and clean with a good breakfast. The property has 8 parking spots that are very difficult to get into/out of. You need to find public parking. Good location to nearby attractions. Good value for money. No frills type of place.

Very old property. Definitely needs some updates. Bathroom falling apart. Chips in the tub. No where to store your toiletries bag except the closed toilet lid. Beds were ok. Storage was good. Location was a bit too far from the center area and we felt uncomfortable walking alone at night. Breakfast was below average

Staff were excellent. As a solo female traveller (on my first ever trip), they made me feel very welcome and safe. They offered ideas of places to see, recommendations of places to eat and were a pleasure to talk to. Rooms were clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of the harbour.

Lovely hotel with updated rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, great location. Easy to walk or inexpensive Uber available. My heater did not work but after a very chilly first night they moved me to another room. My only complaint is that I told them early in the morning but the matter was not resolved until 1600.

On my second trip to Portugal, I decide to visit the Algarve. I booked this hotel for 7 days. I was always very respectful with everyone: staff and others guests. However, i did not receive respectful and cordial treatment. I had several problems with internal noise, especially at night. I complained to reception but they did nothing about it. Anyway, i don't recommend it, even if you are passing through Faro.

Room was small but all we needed for a one night stay before catching an early morning flight. Staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and extremely helpful. Got several recommendations and directions for restaurants in the area and they arranged for transportation to the airport early the next morning. They even had a scale in the lobby so we could check the weight of our luggage after a week of sightseeing and shopping around the Algarve.

Fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijke receptionisten, heerlijke kamer op de 5e verdieping met ruim balkon en lekker bed met prima badkamer, alles perfect schoon. Uitzicht op een kerkje wat het ook wel weer leuk maakte. Het ontbijt viel mij wat tegen, brood moest ik om vragen, roerei lag er nog een beetje maar was koud. Qua beleg vond ik het ook wat karig. De koffie uit de automaat vond ik niet lekker, en de jus d'orange was chemisch van smaak, voor 9 euro had ik wel wat meer verwacht.
