Das Hotel ist gesamt schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. In meinem Zimmer z.B.: die Dusche (der Klassiker mit dem Brausekopf) oder der Aufzug (super klein) Den Ausschlag für meine schlechte Bewertung gibt aber die angekündigte "E-Ladestation". Die ist ein schlechter Scherz. Man muss zuerst ein Konto eröffnen um dann Laden zu können. Es werden keine gängigen Ladekarten genommen. Auch die "Aufpreispolitik" wirkt sich nicht positiv aus. Zum Zimmerpreis (der OK ist) kommt noch die Garage mit 19,00 Euro/Tag, dafür wird das Bett nicht gemacht und nicht Aufgeräumt weil die Kosten dafür für Bienen gespendet wird.

I want to say nice things about this place. It is in a great location and the on-site staff are amazing but it was a rather weak attempt at a 4-star hotel. Before arriving I wrote the company and asked about their TV and wi-fi and whoever answered me gave me totally wrong information. The wi-fi is open so I could have brought my google chrome and cast TV/movies. This would have been useful given that for 2 of the 4 days I was there it was so foggy outside that going out was just not worth the effort. The gym and spa facilities are still closed thanks to COVID (my stay was over the NYE 2022-2023) and the offsite gym is super pricey at 20 euro PER DAY! My room was ok but I have had far better for far less and, it looks and feels a bit outdated.

I would have given 5 Star but front desk personnel were not clear with parking. I was consistently getting charged hourly by error and front desk did not explain the rationale of the errors and were not patient. Customer service was below average and room was not ready by 2pm. I would not reserve this hotel again.

Leider war es den Hotelgästen nicht möglich einen Drink auf der Terrasse zu trinken, da es für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft gesperrt war. Es waren viele Tische leer und wir mussten mit unseren Getränk vor das Haus mit Blick auf den Parkplatz.

Hotelgasten worden gediscrimineerd: zij mogen niet op het terras ontbijten, alleen gasten, die ban buiten komen en €29,50 betalen. Ook dineren op het terras is voor groepen, niet voor hotelgasten. Kamers moeten dringend gerenoveerd worden, alleen de badkamer is mooi vernieuwd. Ook de sauna was gesloten

Wie oben schon beschrieben sehr freundliches und junges Personal, alles top. Der Parkplatz beim Hotel ist sehr groß und sehr gut zugänglich, leider ist dieser auch für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig (17€ pro Nacht).

Very good location close to the city, clean and modern room. Good breakfast and fantastic good outdoor terrace for a drink in the afterenoon. cannot recommend the hotelrestaurant for dinner since my previous stay in summer, they had the same menu. Bed was hard in the, room seems as it missing the upper madrass. Otherwise a very good stay.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Hatten aus einem der oberen Stockwerke einen tollen Ausblick über Linz und die Donau. Sehr freundliches Personal. Da wir abends eine Veranstaltung im Brucknerhaus besucht haben, war die Lage gleich daneben ideal. Allerdings muss man doch gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Herz der Altstadt gehen.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Hatten aus einem der oberen Stockwerke einen tollen Ausblick über Linz und die Donau. Sehr freundliches Personal. Er zijn echt betere Arcotels in Oostenrijk het woord “Superior” kamer mag absoluut niet gebruikt worden. Kamer zeer klein en het bad/toilet is gewoon klein. Geen stoel om te zitten maar een veel te lage kruk. Zondags is het hotel gesloten (dus geen bar of restaurant. Bed compleet doorgezakt. Veel te duur

Checkin, alles top. Sehr freundlich. Zimmer geräumig. Hotel hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Der Duschkopf in der Badewanne, weil leider keine. Dusche, war nicht fixierbar. Jeden Tag duschen und den Duschkopf festhalten. Nach Checkin gemeldet, jedoch keine Reparatur während 5 Tagen. Frühstück top. Alles da. Serviceteam sehr freundlich, jedoch auch negative Ausnahmen.

Wie oben schon beschrieben sehr freundliches und junges Personal, alles top. Der Parkplatz beim Hotel ist sehr groß und sehr gut zugänglich, leider ist dieser auch für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig (17€ pro Nacht).

Camera ampia e ben arredata. Ottima e varia colazione. Comodo il parcheggio/garage con possibilità di uscita/ingresso più volte durata il soggiorno. Comodo raggiungere il centro a piedi in 20 minuti lungo il Danubio.

It was amazing value for money. Overlooking the Danube, a stone's throw from an opera house which is a stone's throw from the art gallery. Perfect.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Hatten aus einem der oberen Stockwerke einen tollen Ausblick über Linz und die Donau. Sehr freundliches Personal. Da wir abends eine Veranstaltung im Brucknerhaus besucht haben, war die Lage gleich daneben ideal. Allerdings muss man doch gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Herz der Altstadt gehen.

Er zijn echt betere Arcotels in Oostenrijk het woord “Superior” kamer mag absoluut niet gebruikt worden. Kamer zeer klein en het bad/toilet is gewoon klein. Geen stoel om te zitten maar een veel te lage kruk. Zondags is het hotel gesloten (dus geen bar of restaurant. Bed compleet doorgezakt. Veel te duur

Checkin, alles top. Sehr freundlich. Zimmer geräumig. Hotel hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Der Duschkopf in der Badewanne, weil leider keine. Dusche, war nicht fixierbar. Jeden Tag duschen und den Duschkopf festhalten. Nach Checkin gemeldet, jedoch keine Reparatur während 5 Tagen. Frühstück top. Alles da. Serviceteam sehr freundlich, jedoch auch negative Ausnahmen.

Kom förvisso ganska sent till restaurangen, men lite mer uppmärksamhet kunde man förväntat sig!? Restaurangen var tämligen folktom och personalen verkade mer upptagna med att städa! Maten var god!

Wir haben bei unserem Aufenthalt an die Bienen gedacht. Haben keine Reinigung durchführen lassen. Leider war am Sonntag die Bar geschlossen - für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr ungewöhnlich und enttäuschend. Erst bei Nachfrage wurde dieses erwähnt. Preis-Leistung zum Frühstück passt auf gar keinen Fall

Leider war es den Hotelgästen nicht möglich einen Drink auf der Terrasse zu trinken, da es für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft gesperrt war. Es waren viele Tische leer und wir mussten mit unseren Getränk vor das Haus mit Blick auf den Parkplatz.

Very good location close to the city, clean and modern room. Good breakfast and fantastic good outdoor terrace for a drink in the afterenoon. cannot recommend the hotelrestaurant for dinner since my previous stay in summer, they had the same menu. Bed was hard in the, room seems as it missing the upper madrass. Otherwise a very good stay.

I arrived a little early and the hotel allowed me to check in early. The room I stayed in was in front of the elevator, so I heard the sound of the elevator opening and closing every time it came. Even though breakfast started at 6:30, hot food was not served until almost 7:00.
