Sauna läuft nicht (Strompreise?), "Fitnessraum" mit 3-4 Geräten ist ein Witz, Teppichboden ranzig, Elektrik im Zimmer mit Flackerlicht, kappute LEDs, ein Telefon aus den 60ern... Aber gutes Frühstück, feines Badezimmer (Villeroy & Boch, und Hans Grohe)

Zimmer war erst um 16 Uhr verfügbar. Das Cafe wurde um 17 Uhr wegen Personalmangels geschlossen. Die Bar wurde erst gar nicht geöffnet. Für ein renomiertes 4 Sterne Hotel inakzeptabel.

ザルツブルク→リンツ→メルク→プラハの中継地点として利用しました。リンツの街中にあるカジノ併設の４つ星ホテルです。地下駐車場もあり便利。部屋はスーツケースを広げられるスペースも十分あり、清潔であった。朝食も４つ星として最低限揃っていて不満は無かった。近くには飲食店も多数あり食事には不便しない。

My room was very large, and the beds very comfy. Big windows too, so lots of light comes in. Service at the front desk leaves to be desired, just the minimum service. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed, reception said it had been closed for a long time. That photo shouldnt feature so prominently in their hotels.com description.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber ich weiß nicht wie das sonst üblich ist in der Gastronomie aber als wer den Tisch verlassen hat und vom Personal sauber gemacht wurden, haben sie die Brösel einfach auf den Boden (Teppichboden) geschmissen.. das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber gemacht worden aber der Teppichboden braucht eine Grundreinigung - sehr viele Flecken und die Wände und Zimmerdecke wurden wohl auch schon von vielen Getränken verschmutzt worden. Das war für mich schon sehr grenzwertig muss ich sagen. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und schön. Am Gang zum Lift waren leider auch schon einige Lampen kaputt. In der Parkgarage hat ein Obdachloser übernachtet.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Das einzige Ärgernis war, daß unser Zimmersafe defekt war und nicht repariert werden konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es funktionierte alles. Das Frühstück war o.k und es bot alles was es zu einem Frühstück braucht. Wir haben die Junior Suite gebucht und würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

The hotel was a typical large hotel, with nice large rooms. Sadly all the carpets including hallways, are old and stained and our bedroom carpet was really dirty. Good central location. Easy walk to Train Station.

Fast alles war top, leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Die Unterlagen sollten besser gereinigt werden nachdem ein Gast dort gesessen ist. Leider fanden sich auch auf dem Besteck Essensreste. Auswahl und Angebot waren aber sehr gut.

Aufgrund der meist sehr positiven Bewertungen, haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Die Lage, das Frühstück und das Personal waren ein Pluspunkt. Ansonsten waren wir leider sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Es ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Im Gang und auch im Zimmer Teppichboden, der mit Flecken übersät ist (Fotos vorhanden). Habe auch an der Rezeption gemeldet, dass dies nicht sehr appetitlich ist. In der Dusche Haare, in den Betten Haare. Auf einem Leintuch ein Fleck, der wahrscheinlich beim Waschen nicht mehr raus gegangen ist, den ich als Gast trotzdem nicht sehen möchte. Ebenfalls beim Handtuch. Man würde sich erwarten, dass diese aus dem Verkehr gezogen werden. Leider schmälerte dies unsere Freude am Aufenthalt in Linz.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while visiting my son who is studying in JKU. We found this hotel to be enjoyable to stay in. It is in a very convenient location in the city centre within a 10 walking distance to the train station and right beside the main tram line. Our room was very clean and the reception staff were friendly. We did not have any food in the hotel. The only negative I could point out is that the rooms did not have any charging points which are essential nowadays. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

The hotel is located conveniently near to a tram stop of all the 4 tram routes. It is also next to a casino, though I did not experience any noise or safety issue. However, all the shops and restaurants in the area around, including the one inside the hotel, close quite early. The hotel looks modernly furnished, and the room is spacious and comfortable. It is a satisfying stay.

We stayed for 2 nights. First day checked in around 3:00pm. My husband was sleeping and I was in the bathroom around 3:45pm. I heard someone knocked on the room door so I opened the bathroom sliding door a little bit to ask my husband to see who’s knocking. At the same time, I saw a woman just came inside our room so I closed the sliding door immediately as I was going to have a shower without my clothes on. My husband was awake and didn’t know what happened. Assuming it’s a housekeeper but why would she just came inside right after knocking the door without even wait for us to respond. She went close to the desk and said something then left! How rude of her. I went to the front desk after my shower to complain about how could their staff just came inside the guest room like a break in! They apologized and offered us free breakfast for one morning. That’s not the point. It’s how horrible the experience by someone came inside our room like that. And they never explained to us why their staff did that.

The hotel did not uphold the booking as they had over booked. Also did not offer any refund, alternate accommodation. Their staff was least bothered and unprofessional and had no decision making ability.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while visiting my son who is studying in JKU. We found this hotel to be enjoyable to stay in. It is in a very convenient location in the city centre within a 10 walking distance to the train station and right beside the main tram line. Our room was very clean and the reception staff were friendly. We did not have any food in the hotel. The only negative I could point out is that the rooms did not have any charging points which are essential nowadays. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Das einzige Ärgernis war, daß unser Zimmersafe defekt war und nicht repariert werden konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es funktionierte alles. Das Frühstück war o.k und es bot alles was es zu einem Frühstück braucht. Wir haben die Junior Suite gebucht und würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

The hotel is in a good position, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and at one end of the main route through Linz. Staff were polite and professional and check in was easy. For us the decor was a bit dated, very beige, very corporate. Disappointed that the breakfast price increased if waited until morning to make your decision, 18 euros compared to 24 euros in the morning. Too much of a hard sell. We did get complimentary drinks at the hotel cafe on arrival, which was nice.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room's location meant it was completely quiet, which I value. Disappointed that there was no evening bar and restaurant. I used a local Italian restaurant in the evening once during my stay but the service and food were poor.

Fast alles war top, leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Die Unterlagen sollten besser gereinigt werden nachdem ein Gast dort gesessen ist. Leider fanden sich auch auf dem Besteck Essensreste. Auswahl und Angebot waren aber sehr gut.

My room was very large, and the beds very comfy. Big windows too, so lots of light comes in. Service at the front desk leaves to be desired, just the minimum service. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed, reception said it had been closed for a long time. That photo shouldnt feature so prominently in their hotels.com description.

The area around this hotel was not very desirable. There were some homeless people in the park we walked through to get to the hotel, and the hotel was adjacent to a casino, which gave it a seedy vibe. On a positive side, the room and the bed were clean and comfortable, but there was significant evidence of a need to repair and remodel the room. There was a faux leather wall covering behind the television and desk that had many scratches and gouges out of the leather surface that exposed the backing and gave the room a sense that it had been neglected. The carpet had more than a dozen tennis ball-sized white spots on it, where they had obviously attempted to clean stains in the carpet, but bleached the carpet instead. It just gave a tired, rundown sense to the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Good enough for an overnight stay but not somewhere I would want to be for more than one night.
