C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons à Flor Da Rocha. Idéalement situé près de la mer. Pas besoin de la voiture pour aller à la plage ou flâner sur les rues longeant la côte. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le parking était condamné pour élagage. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu car c’était un des critères de réservation. Difficile de se garer dans les rues adjacentes. L’appartement est propre et confortable. La piscine, le bar et les équipements sont biens. Nous avons toutefois remarqué un manque d’entretien générale du bâtiment depuis notre dernière venue il y a 4 ans. Les équipements de cuisine sont minimalistes. Nous dû demander des couverts car pas assez nombreux. La salle de bain manque cruellement de rangement alors qu’il y a de la place pour installer des tablettes et tiroirs.

Overall a good basic stay. The ac is not great as it doesn’t reach bedrooms and the elevators only fit 2-3 people without luggage. But overall, great locations, very clean, great size apartment and great pool, outdoor lounge space and games room.

I booked this as a last minute 1 night stay as our flight home had been cancelled and I wish I'd booked this from the off. Check in is from 4 but due to us moving hotels we arrived around 12, we knew we wouldn't be able to check in and was happy waiting around at the pool while our room was prepared, less than 5 minutes of being at the pool and a lady from reception came down to say out room was ready. Amazing apartment, we had a 1 bedroom. Very clean and modern. Plenty of space. Everything you need in them. Lovely big clean reception area with friendly staff. Bar down at the pool area where you can get drinks and snack. Few games down there too. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we'll definitely return.

The apartments and the grounds were spotlessly clean. Cleaners came in everyday and clean towels were provided daily. The kitchen came with washing up liquid and tea towels, which was great, BUT no tin opener! The beds very very hard and played havoc with my back, but cannot put the apartments down for that!

Die Lage ist gut, man kann schnell alles erreichen. Die Betten sind aber hart wie Steine, völlig unbequem. Zusätzlich hatten wir Kakerlaken in unserem Appartment, was einfach nicht akzeptabel ist. Ich kann es leider nicht wirklich empfehlen.

Almost everything was perfect. Nice location of the apartments, plenty of free parking, clean and modern apartments, 24/7 reception, swimming pool and other amenities. Only problem is that we were on the top floor and water was leaking from the roof in the kitchen (it rained heavily on this day). As this happened on our last night at the hotel, it didn't really bother us.

We had an excellent stay here at Flor da Rocha, friendly welcome, super clean, comfortable apartment, well equipped, great air conditioning facility, variety of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful beaches! The pool area was spacious, well maintained. Even the poolside toilets were spotlessly clean!!!! We enjoyed every minute and are already planning on returning! Thank you for a memorable stay😊

Mycket bra! Städning mycket bra och personalen var trevlig. Tyvärr luktade det illa (instängt) i garderoben så fick låta våra kläder ligga kvar i resväskorna. I övrigt, mycket utrymme på rummen. Utomhusbalkong som var trevlig att sitta på.

Stayed 4 nights in Flor da Rocha. Property is beautiful as well as grounds and pool area. Staff was friendly. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 6. Having 1 bathroom was difficult, but we made it work. Air conditioner only in the shared living area so bedrooms get warm and having the patio doors open proved a bit noisy at nighttime. Otherwise pretty quiet given the area is away from the main walking drag of shops etc. it is on an end of the main Praia da rocha and close to Praia das 3 castelos. Would definitely stay here again based on convenience of location and amenities.

The phone number for this property was incorrectly listed on Expedia. It had the country code listed twice and that phone number was for another Flor da Rocha property. The correct number is +351 282 400309. We arrived at 1pm and fortunately they accommodated our request for an early check-in. The apartment was spacious with a nice view over the pool towards the ocean. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. We were disappointed there was not a coffee maker in the kitchen. The pool was nice with plenty of chaise lounges.

This was a definite A for us , loved how clean and modern this was , but if I have to complain on something it would the the Beds , that we were not impressed we were hoping for one double bed at least but we got 2 single beds which we understand is typical for here but they were not comfortable to sleep , that was the only down fall the rest A from the Hotel to pool to grounds and to the coffee / Bar by the Pool just loved , we will return and hopefully they can do something about the Beds

This hotel had a lot of space, with nice apartment style rooms. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the terrace and the view from the room. There is a great pool. This is walking distance to the ocean and beaches but we didn't love the area because it is so busy and touristy. The hotel itself was amazing. Good internet too.

Stayed recently with family, had a wonderful time. Brilliant accommodation and apartment cleaned daily. The beds were extremely comfortable plenty of space. Not to miss the great bakery on the next street. Several restaurants very close by for lunch/dinner . The staff were very helpful.

Positif: très propre, service aux chambres tous les jours, accès au casse croûte, un peu plus cher mais ca dépanne. Négatif : pas de machine à café ni dans les chambres ni dans le hall, avec un bébé nous aurions apprécié du café plutôt. Casse croûte ouvre à 9 h pour le café un peu tard. Confort lit très moyen. Secteur bruyant jusqu’à minuit , une heure am. Et tôt le matin. Par contre près de la plage et d’une rue animée pour les soirées et de bons restaurants.

Lovely place for a few nights. Inviting You lobby, friendly service. In the tidy and cozy apartment you can cook yourself in the kitchen, but a bit more kitchen aids would be nice. Balcony is big enough. The pool area is good, with some food options like bakerys and pizza and hot and cold drinks, some background music. Just 5 minute walk to the beach and somewhat calm outside during october season.
