This was a very disappointing experience as the hotel used to be better. First, we weren’t able to access the garage. When we asked someone to let us enter, we were asked for a garage reservation! This should have been mentioned in the hotel description but was not! At check in, we enquired about a secured outside spot, but were told by a rather unfriendly lady that none were available. However, when we returned to the hotel after midnight, at least half of the spots were available! This was very frustrating as we were forced to park on the street away from the hotel. This could have been a security issue as the streets were deserted and the area did not seem very safe. The room did not leave a good impression either as it was cold, came with a severely stained towel, had very uncomfortable pillows, offered a TV the size of a large book, had no power outlet by the bed, and showed signs of aging. We will not return!

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced.

Our room overlooked the back of the hotel and was quiet. The room was well serviced everyday. The breakfast/brunch was delicious and had excellent variety - including waffles and pancakes. Very happy to have espresso in the room. The best eating and entertainment options as well as main Poznan sites are a short tram ride away. The tram stops right in front of the hotel. We had a car and found the lot behind the hotel more convenient than the underground parking at the Sheraton. Hotel parking spaces are pricey and very tight.

I stayed in suite 524 here. The bedroom backs on to the elevator shaft and is incredibly noisy, all night. It sounds like a foghorn. In addition to this, I put on a bathrobe after a shower to discover long blonde, ginger and brunette hairs all over me. They came from the bathrobe, and it appeared to have never been cleaned. It was truly disgusting. The hotel could only move me to a smaller room with a shower inside a bathtub, which I would have struggled to get in and out of (my main reason for booking the suite to begin with) so I had no option to stick with the room I had. I purchased my own towels elsewhere and used those. The club lounge is a converted small room, stuffed with tables and warm drinks. I didn't use it. Not a great experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel

Extremely professional staff. The first room I was assigned smelled of mold, but the staff immediately reassigned us to a clean and nicely-furnished room. That room was very well-designed, with outlets and switches exactly where they were needed and a nice bathroom. The staff was also able to help with odd requests, such as a very early breakfast delivery.

Out of all of the places I’ve traveled throughout the world I have to say this hotel is second to none. The staff members are very professional. they are also very kind and just great people. The rooms are very clean. The areas surrounding the hotel is thriving. The food is impeccable. There’s just so much I can say about this hotel, so consider yourself lucky if you can stay here because if I had it my way I would live here that’s how wonderful everything is

W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, obsługa jest uprzejma. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Pokój był przestronny, a łóżko niewykle wygodne. Niestety, z jakiejś przyczyny miałem duże kłopoty ze snem (zarówno w pierwszą, jak i drugą noc pobytu) - być może ze względu na hałas za oknem. Poza tym, bardzo kiepsko wygląda egzekwowanie obostrzeń epidemicznych - goście chodzą bez maseczek, co nie spotyka się z żadną reakcją personelu.
W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, obsługa jest uprzejma. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Pokój był przestronny, a łóżko niewykle wygodne. Niestety, z jakiejś przyczyny miałem duże kłopoty ze snem (zarówno w pierwszą, jak i drugą noc pobytu) - być może ze względu na hałas za oknem. Standards are not there, old hotel in need of refurbishment, rotten door frames, dated furniture. Sauna is very small. Any other 4* hotel in Poznan will be much better than this so called 5*.

This was a very disappointing experience as the hotel used to be better. First, we weren’t able to access the garage. When we asked someone to let us enter, we were asked for a garage reservation! This should have been mentioned in the hotel description but was not! At check in, we enquired about a secured outside spot, but were told by a rather unfriendly lady that none were available. However, when we returned to the hotel after midnight, at least half of the spots were available! This was very frustrating as we were forced to park on the street away from the hotel. This could have been a security issue as the streets were deserted and the area did not seem very safe. The room did not leave a good impression either as it was cold, came with a severely stained towel, had very uncomfortable pillows, offered a TV the size of a large book, had no power outlet by the bed, and showed signs of aging. We will not return!

We called ourselves and paid 1/3 the price. Honestly, if you’re looking for a nice 5 star hotel, don’t stay here. I highly recommend City Park hotel. They were beyond accommodating and won’t stay anywhere else now.

Extremely professional staff. The first room I was assigned smelled of mold, but the staff immediately reassigned us to a clean and nicely-furnished room. That room was very well-designed, with outlets and switches exactly where they were needed and a nice bathroom. The staff was also able to help with odd requests, such as a very early breakfast delivery.

the check in was good 👍 apart the fact when I came to the hotel at 11am they have not offered 5stars service she didn’t asked to take my bag and like in Other hotels they will offer you to use other facilities like swimming pool or restaurant even when the room is not ready, here I give two stars only, the restaurant service was amazing.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced.

W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, obsługa jest uprzejma. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Pokój był przestronny, a łóżko niewykle wygodne. Niestety, z jakiejś przyczyny miałem duże kłopoty ze snem (zarówno w pierwszą, jak i drugą noc pobytu) - być może ze względu na hałas za oknem. Poza tym, bardzo kiepsko wygląda egzekwowanie obostrzeń epidemicznych - goście chodzą bez maseczek, co nie spotyka się z żadną reakcją personelu.

Nice property Beware of the Taxi drivers that say their credit card machines are working and then get to your destination and hoot and holler about the machine not working. Then request to take you to the ATM to take cash out. Happened twice to me at this hotel.

Out of all of the places I’ve traveled throughout the world I have to say this hotel is second to none. The staff members are very professional. they are also very kind and just great people. The rooms are very clean. The areas surrounding the hotel is thriving. The food is impeccable. There’s just so much I can say about this hotel, so consider yourself lucky if you can stay here because if I had it my way I would live here that’s how wonderful everything is

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Hotel Poznan. The staff were extremely well trained, friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to the receptionist who was able to accommodate everything I asked for. Both the bar and restaurant were great - the breakfast was worth every penny. Will definitely choose this hotel again.
