La propreté de l'établissement était au rendez-vous, la propreté de la chambre également Le personnel était très très sympathique, la jeune réceptionniste qui était présente lors de mon séjour était vraiment très très gentille également Le petit déjeuner était très très bons, assez varié avec quelques spécialités polonaise Je n'ai malheureusement pas vu le bowling mais il y a bien une table de billard (malheureusement ça sentait très fort la cigarette), pareil à un moment lorsqu'on remontait en chambre (quelqu'un qui enfreignait le règlement) On a passé qu'une seule nuit donc on ne peux pas trop dire mis à part l'emplacement était au top, à côté des trams et bus, proche du centre ville et de l'aéroport en même temps, en face d'un mini zoo gratuit Un tout grand merci au personnel pour ce magnifique petit séjour

This is a very nice small hotel with very nice decoration. The staff is super nice and helpful. The amenities in the room were of high quality. There was a hairdryer which I really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the Convention Center. Unfortunately the restaurant was clsoed the day I stayed. I recommend Hotel Gaja.

I stayed at the Gaja hotel for two nights. Nice room, but very uncomfortable bed. The mattress sagged inwards, which made getting in and out of bed very difficult. In the bathroom there was only a container with hand washing gel next to the sink, and there was no container with shower gel or shampoo in the shower cabin. I must admit that the room was clean and had a beautiful view. The restaurant had a very tasty breakfast and dinner, the steak tartare was absolutely delicious.

The Hotel is situated opposite the Zoo in a good location. Outside street parking is available however it is charged from Monday to Saturday 8 am till 1800 pay at meter end of the street. The room suppose to have airconditioning and there was none. No fridge in the room and no kettle in the room. The bathroom had drainage issues and caused a smell and flooding. And the toilet cistern wasn’t working properly so it was continuing running water. The restaurant was closed. Service was bare minimum. The town however is amazing and plenty of good food outlets nearby.

Parkeringen ved hotellet er via p- automat. Denne kan kun betales gennem polsk betalings app, der ikke kan tilknyttet Visa eller Mastercard. P- automaten modtager heller ikke ovennævnte kort. Sidste mulighed, er at betale med 5 og 2 zloty mønter. Parkering koster ca. 5 Zloty i timen. Desværre er hotellet ikke behjælpelig med at veksle zloty-sedler til mønter, eller på anden måde imødekomme med at hjælpe med parkering. Vi måtte rundt til mange kiosker i området, der hver i sær kun ville veksle til 2 X 5 Zloty hvert sted. Efter lidt tid fandt vi ud af at der lå et P- hus ikke ret langt derfra. Her modtages Visa, det koster 7 Zloty i timen. Der er gratis parkering ved hotellet mellem kl. 20.00 og kl. 8.00 (samt søndag). Så man kan evt. Flytte bilen morgen og aften.

Älteres Hotel, recht einfach, für kleine Ansprüche, dementsprechend günstig. Zimmer veraltet eingerichtet, Schimmel-Stellen im Bad, Dusche war ok, das Bett war gut - sehr feste Matratze = sehr gut. Wasserkocher funktionierte, 2 kleine Flaschen Mineralwasser waren bereitgestellt = gut Room-Service bestand aus Leeren des Mülleimers (nur im Bad), Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nah an Bus- und Straßenbahn-Haltestellen, dafür bei geöffneten Fenstern ziemlich laut. Alles in allem für kurze Zeit ok.

Only good things to say here. The room was spacious, cozy and clean. The hotel itself was retro and pretty. The stuff was polite and helpful. The hotel is close to the city centre and all that in a very good price. Only thing is that you fan hear lots of planes taking off but it is nothing much. I will definitely book the same hotel next time i visit Poznan.

Ich bin ein bisschen hin- und hergerissen. Hübsch anzusehende innere Einrichtung, mit vielen Antiquitäten. Dadurch aber auch vieles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer und Bad waren etwas eng, und am schlimmsten war bei der Hitze das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage. Man gibt sich aber Mühe, dass es dennoch insgesamt angenehm ist. Gutes Frühstück, netter kleiner Park gleich nebenan.

Good hotel, I like the decor. A little rough around the edges but nothing major. The hotel is next to a nice free zoo/park so be sure to check that out. The room was a good size, no AC but it did have a kettle to use which I always appreciate. Also close to a bus stop for the airport bus which was handy. The area is quiet and has nearby shops. It's an easy walk into town. Overall I enjoyed my trip and I would stay here again

It was dreadful. The receptionist was very unpleasant. No acknowledgement of the customer service. Very disappointing experience and despite the good location there was nothing else good about this hotel. I do not recommend it.

This is a very nice small hotel with very nice decoration. The staff is super nice and helpful. The amenities in the room were of high quality. There was a hairdryer which I really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the Convention Center. Unfortunately the restaurant was clsoed the day I stayed. I recommend Hotel Gaja.

Excellent hotel - free zoo across the road. Only had to pay for the reptile house, which had a komodo dragon. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Good hotel, I like the decor. A little rough around the edges but nothing major. The hotel is next to a nice free zoo/park so be sure to check that out. The room was a good size, no AC but it did have a kettle to use which I always appreciate. Also close to a bus stop for the airport bus which was handy. The area is quiet and has nearby shops. It's an easy walk into town. Overall I enjoyed my trip and I would stay here again

Better than expected for one of the cheapest hotels available.. good location into the city and easy for the airport. I wasn't disappointed in what I got Didn't rate the breakfast available at extra fee,but there's a nice cafe around the corner

La propreté de l'établissement était au rendez-vous, la propreté de la chambre également Le personnel était très très sympathique, la jeune réceptionniste qui était présente lors de mon séjour était vraiment très très gentille également Le petit déjeuner était très très bons, assez varié avec quelques spécialités polonaise Je n'ai malheureusement pas vu le bowling mais il y a bien une table de billard (malheureusement ça sentait très fort la cigarette), pareil à un moment lorsqu'on remontait en chambre (quelqu'un qui enfreignait le règlement) On a passé qu'une seule nuit donc on ne peux pas trop dire mis à part l'emplacement était au top, à côté des trams et bus, proche du centre ville et de l'aéroport en même temps, en face d'un mini zoo gratuit Un tout grand merci au personnel pour ce magnifique petit séjour

I stayed at the Gaja hotel for two nights. Nice room, but very uncomfortable bed. The mattress sagged inwards, which made getting in and out of bed very difficult. In the bathroom there was only a container with hand washing gel next to the sink, and there was no container with shower gel or shampoo in the shower cabin. I must admit that the room was clean and had a beautiful view. The restaurant had a very tasty breakfast and dinner, the steak tartare was absolutely delicious.

The Hotel is situated opposite the Zoo in a good location. Outside street parking is available however it is charged from Monday to Saturday 8 am till 1800 pay at meter end of the street. The room suppose to have airconditioning and there was none. No fridge in the room and no kettle in the room. The bathroom had drainage issues and caused a smell and flooding. And the toilet cistern wasn’t working properly so it was continuing running water. The restaurant was closed. Service was bare minimum. The town however is amazing and plenty of good food outlets nearby.

Cute vintage hotel. Lots of art around. Outstanding breakfast in superb dining area. On the low side: no fridge in the room. Furniture is old, almost antique, so are the curtains (kind of matching the overall hotel style, but some in a bad condition). Small retrofit would definitely upgrade my rating.

Dark and dingy. Poor selection at breakfast. Room only cleaned once in 6 nights. Limited bar service. Our shower was slow to drain and we had to complain twice before it was sorted.

I only stayed for one night because the hotel was full for the rest of the weekend, but I was very well received and experienced excellent customer service from the kind and friendly staff. Fantastic location for Pyrkon with a short walk to the convention center. My room had a cool retro gothic wooden decor and was clean and spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend
