Air conditioning did not work properly, if at all. Refrigerator in room also did not work. Food spoiled and had to be thrown out. Shower enclosure was beat up and leaked a lot despite trying to be careful. And the answers that I got was that there was nothing that could be done. I have filed a complaint and they told me they would respond, but I've heard nothing. Very disappointing for an NH hotel. More like a 2 star hotel, at best, but not a 4 star.

Rooms were loud, dogs barking and a thin door with gaps under and on the side connecting to other guest rooms. Not good! No towels in sauna d gym, and breakfast was cleared earlier than finished hours.

I was not satisfied. The walls ane too thin. I heard the noice fron other rooms and the water falling from the room upstairs. The last day the breakfast was served in a very small room. A lot of things missing from th buffet. The cleaness of the hotel medium. I had three big lugages. To arrive to my room i had to pass through 5 stairs without lift. Very anoying.
