Friendly staff at check-in, conveniently located close to the main train station. The only drawback was the noisy street outside and the lack of sound insulation.

Stayed for three nights on trip across Poland. Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed with a kettle and tea and coffee provided, which is always appreciated. The location was quite good being within walking distance of all the main tourist sites; although the hotel is not very close to any tram line or other public transport. Also the room is not serviced every day unless, for example, new towels are requested and on the occaision that these were asked for they were duely provided. Overall good value for money and would stay again.
