Trevligt hotell med spa. Personalen är vänlig. Hade rum bort från trafikerad gata så väldigt lugnt och tyst. Badrummet fräscht. God frukost. Tyvärr va delar av spa:t avstängt (trasig jacuzzi) och det kommunicerades inte innan även fast vi hade direktkontakt med spaavdelningen i samband med bokningar av behandling. Bra läge, någon minuts promenad till stranden och Sopot centrum.

We have stayed here a few times but this time disappointed with how tired the hotel is looking, small things like curtains in the room hanging off and grout missing so the shower leaked. Pillows were strange so didn’t sleep very well. Issues with the key too, our friends were worse they literally kicked the door in and replaced the whole lock and the next day it was broken again ! Jacuzzi not working either and swimming area broken tiles and dirty. A real shame because it could be so nice. Room was OK but due to lack of upkeep and cost we will look to stay somewhere else next time.

Rolig og pent hotell, men vil ikke kalle det 5 stjerners. Burde vel vært kanskje 4. Noen ting å pirke i :Hotellet ligger ikke på stranden, men er ca 5 min å gå. Den private stranden er heller ikke inkludert i oppholdet, men man må her betale ekstra for å være der. Boblebadet på spaet virket ikke, og det virket ikke som om de hadde det travelt med å fikse det. Frokosten var dyr. (Voksne 100 zloty, og barn 50 zloty).Ellers var det hyggelig betjening, og hotellet passet fint til rolige dager, da det ligger ca 10-15 min gange vekke fra det meste.

It was a nice stay. Hotel and staff very nice. Very helpful staff. The room was clean. Only thing returning in the evening at 8 pm was difficult, the platform was not lit. I am after hip surgery- and was afraid to go because I could not see anything. The leaves were not cleaned up either. Another issue was the spa area - there should be some maximum number on the pool because it was impossible to swim completely. Other than that thank you I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fasad och inredning var fyrastjärnig. Service och själva vistelsen var mer tvåstjärnig med Svenska mått. För att få rummet städat var man tvungen att hänga ut en skylt på dörren(!). Sista vistelsedagen stod jag i tjugo minuter för att köpa en kaffe utan att få hjälp i ända baren. Såg då en mus springa längs väggen bakom bardisken. Väldigt trevlig personal, men allt (solstolar, kaffe etc) var å det närmaste franska rivierans priser

Hotel absolutnie nie powinien posiadać 5 gwiazdek. Miały być korzyści gold, niestety hotel ich nie oferuje, po upomnieniu się otrzymaliśmy pokój przystosowany dla niepełnosprawnych osób a zamiast wanny był prysznic z barierkami. 3 razy wracałam do recepcji aby otrzymać normalny pokój. Brudne szklanki w pokoju, brudna wanna, starodawny i przestarzały wystrój. Porażka a nie 5 gwiazdek. Dodatkowo nie ma nikogo do pomocy z bagażami! Ani w nocy ani rano.

Hotel absolutnie nie powinien posiadać 5 gwiazdek. I had a great stay with my husband an friends. The service was good and the food in the restaurant was superb, especially the Tuna carpaccio. What could be improved are the beds. They are hard as rocks with no matress on the top, you lie directly on the spring bottom. Also the cards to the room could need improvement since they get demagnitized very easily.

Hotellet är inte 5-stjärnigt. Det är fint men med lite äldre inrednig. Frukostmatsalen var lite trist och mörk. Frukosten var bra men stack inte ut på något sätt. Kaffet var inte bra.

När vi påtalade att det är orimligt fick vi bara till svar att ok, vi justerar priset till 60 SEK. ingen ursäkt inte en tillstymmelse till dåligt samvete eller liknande. I receptionen går det nästan att göra sig förstådd på engelska, ALL annan personal kan inte annat än polska. När personalen inser att man inte pratar Polska ignoreras man i stället.

we spent 3 days in this hotel. it was absolutely fantastic. the staff were friendly, the spa department was fantastic, the breakfast was good, they made good drinks in the bar and we had a really good experience at the restaurant in the hotel - the food and service we got there were top notch. the location was about a 10-minute walk to the center of Sopot.

Fasad och inredning var fyrastjärnig. Service och själva vistelsen var mer tvåstjärnig med Svenska mått. För att få rummet städat var man tvungen att hänga ut en skylt på dörren(!). Sista vistelsedagen stod jag i tjugo minuter för att köpa en kaffe utan att få hjälp i ända baren. Såg då en mus springa längs väggen bakom bardisken. Väldigt trevlig personal, men allt (solstolar, kaffe etc) var å det närmaste franska rivierans priser

Vi har bodd på en del 5 stjerners hotell så forventninger er deretter. Hotellet er fint i seg selv men de må jobbe mer med totalopplevelsen. Savner følelsen av å "bli sett" og savner smill (vi smilte hele tiden!) og vennlighet. Selv om vi fikk det når vi skulle sjekke ut i form av nybakte kjeks. Det var topp. Andre ting man forventer på et 5 stjerners hotell: gratis solsenger på stranden. Mer SPA følelse på SPA avdelingen. Strykejern på rommet. Servering av kaffe ved bordet ( frokosten). Det som var veldig fint å se er hotellsjefen. Hun hilste på alle gjestene og hjalp til i frokostserveringen. Veldig bra!

Trevligt hotell med spa. Personalen är vänlig. Hade rum bort från trafikerad gata så väldigt lugnt och tyst. Badrummet fräscht. God frukost. Tyvärr va delar av spa:t avstängt (trasig jacuzzi) och det kommunicerades inte innan även fast vi hade direktkontakt med spaavdelningen i samband med bokningar av behandling. Bra läge, någon minuts promenad till stranden och Sopot centrum.

Den private stranden er heller ikke inkludert i oppholdet, men man må her betale ekstra for å være der. Boblebadet på spaet virket ikke, og det virket ikke som om de hadde det travelt med å fikse det. Frokosten var dyr. Un très beau séjour à Sopot dans un bon hôtel. On était à côté de la mer et des restaurants,la chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.Belle piscine avec un jacuzzi,un sauna et un personnel très disponible.Le petit déjeuner était peut-être le seul bémol car pas aussi fourni et frais que dans l’autre hôtel 5 étoiles de Gdansk. Le plus de l’hôtel est la plage privée avec son bar à champagne.

Boendet nådde inte helt upp till mina förväntningar främst pga att maten inte höll tillräcklig standard. Rummet var rymligt och Wi-Fi:n var ok. Tv:n var enorm och det gick att casta, vilket var riktigt trevligt.

Hôtel et petit déjeuner .. très bien, par contre évitez absolument le restaurant , au dessous de tout, infecte, du réchauffé, mais froid, j'ai rarement mangé aussi mal en Pologne , une honte pour un Hôtel affichant des étoiles, à noter également, si vous souhaitez prendre un bain dans la piscine, renseignez vous sur les horaires, le samedi matin, à 8h00 elle est fermée, dommage
