En hyggelig dame i resepsjonen oppgraderte rommet vårt ved innsjekk. God mat i restauranten. Treningsrom i toppetasjen med mange apparater, godt renhold og fantastisk utsikt. Rene og fine rom. Parkeringskjeller. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Hotellet hadde bra gjennomgående standard , med store rom og romslig bad. God mat i restaurant og et herlig gym med utsikt mot Bergen på toppen . Vil garantert bo der igjen om Bergen blir reisemål. Skulle jeg ønsket meg noen forbedring var det høyere effekt på bil-lading (8A) nå .. men fungerte jo som det skulle :)

The staff were very nice and breakfast was great. However we needed a refrigerator for medical reasons but the refrigerators don’t cool lower than room temperature. The staff was kind about it but it shouldn’t be listed on the ad if they don’t work. We also found the beds uncomfortable, and the main elevator only worked in one direction.

I wasn’t happy to have to pay for parking at this hotel. The Expedia add said there was a shuttle which was incorrect. The rooms were fine, beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was excellent and so was the breakfast they offered

På grunn av den høye etterspørselen og trafikken på hotellet, anbefaler du at man sjekker inn så tidlig som mulig. Hvis man venter for lenge med innsjekking, risikerer man å få et rom i 6. etasje, der det ikke er heis tilgjengelig. Tungvinn parkering det du selv måtte finne ut at ved å si fra i resepsjonen kunne du få døgnpris dersom du måtte kjøre inn og ut under oppholdet. Hvis ikke ble parkeringen mye dyrere. Ingen info uten på forespørsel at du kunne lade elbil i hotellets garasje

The hotel was great, no elevator to the 6th floor so I had to walk from 5th up the stairs. Which is fine except when I first arrived and the key card didn't work and I had to go back down again with luggage to correct it. Parking was also a bit distant considering rain

Hotellet ligger en kort biltur fra Flesland, veldig praktisk sånn sett. Vi skulle besøke folk i Bjørnafjorden kommune, dit kommer man lett fra Sandsli via motorveien. Man må betale for parkering i hotellets p-phus via en app, det var helt sytalaust. Vi hadde leid el-bil, det var også enkelt å betale for lading i p-huset, også det via en app. Vi spiste middag i restauranten - det tok 45min før maten kom, men rettene (pasta strozzapreti og Cæsar-salat) var veldig gode og rikelig med mat. Frokosten er veldig, veldig god, og spesielt god på lørdag, da er det også kaker i buffeten. Det eneste minus er ostebordet - hvis man serverer ost (camember osv), så må man også ha salte kjeks og druer - det savnet jeg. Alt i alt et hyggelig opphold på et godt hotell.

Renslighet på rommet kunne vært bedre f.eks . Bak varmeovner og under seng o.s.v. Renslighets rutiner ved mat noen ganger ikke god nok.Noen ganger uheldig samfunksjon mellom matutlevering og rydding av bord ved ekstraturer innom serveringsbordene for justering og hjelp.

Det første rommet vi fikk tildelt var ikke godt rengjort, ødelagte møbler og inntrykket var ikke bra. Vi fikk byttet rom uten problem. Det nye rommet var mye bedre, men kunne godt vært vasket noe bedre. Ellers god frokost og et fint treningsrom.

Fint opphold. P-kjeller som er fint for oss som kommer med bil. Var litt støv i sengen, moppestreker med støv på gulvene og det samme gjalt badet. Frokosten var veldig god, men flere ting som ikke var eller ble fylt på etter jeg spurte, til tross for at det var over en time før frokosten stengte.

La limpieza de habitación es muy mejorable. La 2°noche solicitamos limpieza de la habitación y cambio de toallas. El dia de antes teníamos 2 avispas dentro y las matamos. Las dejamos en el suelo y después de limpiar ahi seguian...al igual que los pelos por el suelo del baño. Es una pena, porque el hotel por lo demas es muy bueno.

Helt ok hotell. Ubehagelig dobbelseng hvor man faller i en grop i midten av sengen. Middels kvalitet på frokost og puter/dyner. Middels service fra de som jobber her. Vanskelig å komme i kontakt med noen ved inn-/utsjekk. Når vi ba om oppbevaring av bagasje måtte vi selv låse inn bagasjen på et rom rundt hjørnet fra innsjekkingen. Det opplevdes litt rart.

Greit rom. Nært fortau/vei, 1 etg. Lytt når vi ønsket å sove med åpent vindu. Innsyn fra veien utenfor rommet.Sengetøy i gangen ved inngang til romavdelingen. Lurte først på om vi var kommet inn i et sengetøylager eller i gangen til rommet.? God frokost.

Rommet vi bestilte skulle være superior, men fikk standard. Ved utsjekk, påstod resepsjonen at rommet ikke var betalt for. De prøvde å få oss til å betale dobbelt, enda kvittering og trekk fra konto ble fremlagt. Oppholdet som skulle være koselig, ble rett og slett ufyselig. Ikke til å anbefale!

At the check in the IT was down, so I had to wait 1,5 hours but the staff did their best to make the time as short as possible for me. The hotel is calm and at a really idyllic spot in nature. The room was light clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy and I sleep like a baby in it! Breakfast was amazing as expected in a Scandinavian hotel.

Far from Bergen, this is a tour bus and conference hotel. If you need to be near the airport, it’s fine. Otherwise it costs $60- (USD) for an Uber to get into the city. The tram is a 15 minute walk away, costs $5- and takes 45 minutes to get into the city. You wouldn’t want to walk with luggage.

Chambre spacieuse et calme, parking payant 10€ par nuit. Le pdj est incroyable, un des meilleurs que jai pu avoir dans un hotel. L'hotel est à une trentaine de minute en transport en commun de Bergen, l'arret de bus est à quelques minutes de l'hotel, le prix environ 9€ aller-retour.

This hotel is midway between Bergen airport and Bergen city center. Property is in great condition, room comfortable and quiet, excellent service at front desk. Extensive breakfast kept well stocked. We stayed here to be close to Grieg museum/house not far away. It is a little far from Bergen center but cheaper and no parking charge. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Good place to stay if you travel by car. You have enough parking opportunities. Unfortunately, the hotel built on a hill and you have to reach the public transport by foot going up and down (about 15-20 minutes walk). From the tram station you reach the airport (about 7-10 minutes ride), which is a pro, and the city center (about 35-40 minutes!) which is a massive blame. The rooms were clean, the breakfast is rich enough for staying up to three nights, but the it lacks on variety. Nice lobby and a children room. Nice gym. It's more a business hotel, than a vacation one. If you plan visiting Bergen just for couple of days and have a car - that's fine. Otherwise, book one near the city.

The property is very nice and is tucked away from the busy areas. The restaurant and breakfast is good also. Be aware that many restaurants are closed on Sunday. This is true at this hotel as well. Good food is available at a nearby mall though. I have stayed there twice now.

This place is honestly one of the best spots we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was incredible, and the rooms are perfect. We will always stay here on any trip to Bergen. I highly recommend this to anyone!
