Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport

Really nice hotel very close to the airport (3 mins walk). Very clean and tidy modern room. Only improvement would be a better mattress. Liked the table tennis table in the lobby.

Das Hotel ist direkt, 2 Min zu Fuß, am Flughafen Bergen, trotzdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Dazu eine schöne und moderne Einrichtung und gemütliche Betten. In der Lobby kann man zum Beispiel Tischtennis spielen und es gibt einen Getränkekühlschrank. Innerhalb von 30 Min ist man in Bergen. Ideales Hotel, wer früh fliegt oder spät landet.

Perfect in every way for convenience to / from airport. 3-min walk to the terminal. Same for the tram into Bergen Central (45 min ride). Super-modern and clean. Quiet. Coffee and brreakfast from 4:30 a.m. for those catching early flights. Well appointed gym. Either desk or handy self-checkin. A+

What a great breakfast. Self check-in machines were fast and helpful. I am glad we slept there after our flight.

Very convenient hotel with an easy walk to the airport. The gym was very well-equipped. The building is well-designed to block noise from the airport (we couldn't hear anything from outside!). Excellent buffet breakfast included or a more limited breakfast starting at 4:30am if you have a very early flight. Would definitely recommend.

Stort og fint rom, god frokost. Savnet speilegg! Et minus for dyr parkering, hvor man ikke kunne se prisen noe sted før betaling. 350 kroner for å stå fra kl. 20 på kvelden til 12 på formiddagen er drøyt.

Good location but very crowded. Not great breakfast and rooms not cleaned every day until you let them know 24 hours in advance. This was not mentioned when checking in. Had to pay for dental kit which I did for first time in any hotel. Its not about money but principle.

Our first room's toilet had visible stool splattered on the inside. We then asked for a new room, which we were moved down the hallway. Unfortunately, this room also had a similar toilet issue, but not as significant. It was late at night and we had an early flight, so we just dealt with it.

Pretty basic room, bathroom not the cleanest I’ve seen and the products shampoo/shower gel left my hair feeling brittle and dry. I hadn’t taken my own as they had provided them at my previous property. Little bit upset that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and had to go to the reception to ‘buy’ a hot drink, after travelling all day it was the first thing that I wanted. There was an awful smell lingering in the corridors on the 4th floor all evening after we arrived… like a burning rubber type smell…most unpleasant. Also wanted a nice meal when we arrived but due to staff illness all they could offer was burger and chips…we decided against that as it is not something that we eat. Would I stay again? Probably not, on arrival to Norway a week before, we stayed at one of the other airport hotels for the same price and was sooo much nicer, with much more to offer. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly

We missed breakfast due to a very late night arrival and jetlag. The room itself was very clean and the beds comfortable. This hotel is actually closer to the airport than the other airport hotel in Bergen - given the choice, I’d stay at this one again.

Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem Hotel. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden, ein paar Minuspunkte gibt es aber trotzdem. Zunächst einmal ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass zwar Parkplätze vorhanden sind, diese aber NICHT vom Hotel betrieben werden und vorher nicht reserviert werden können. Wir hatten Glück, dass bei unserer Ankunft Parkplätze frei waren. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und obwohl das Hotel am Flughafen ist, haben wir von den Flugzeugen überhaupt nichts mitbekommen. Toll war, dass es bereits ab 4 Uhr ein kaltes Frühstücksbüffett gab, ab 6 Uhr standen auch warme Speisen bereit. Das Angebot war wirklich reichhaltig und die Speisen wurden immer wieder nachgelegt. Obwohl das Hotel außerhalb von Bergen ist, ist es für einen Städte-Trip super geeignet. Innerhalb von 45 Minuten ist man günstig mit der Straßenbahn im Zentrum, innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Airport-Bus zwar schneller, dafür aber auch deutlich teurer. Im Zimmer erwartete uns eine Info-Karte, auf der angegeben war, dass eine Zimemrreinigung nur alle vier Tage statt fände, auf Wunsch auch öfter. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier hat man allerdings an der Rezeption jederzeit erhalten können. An unserem 3. Tag wollte ich mir bestätigen lassen, dass am nächsten Tag unsere Zimmer gereinigt werden. Da hieß es, die Angabe auf der Karte im Zimmer würde nicht stimmen, die Reinigung erfolge grundsätzlich nur auf Wunsch. Dies müsste man morgens bis 9 Uhr an der Rezeption angeben, nicht bereits abends (wir waren abends dort).

Fint hotel. Toalettet var ikke skikkelig rengjort da det var avførings merker i toalettet. Rommet var kaldt så hadde vært fint med noen grader varmere . Helt grei tidlig frokost. Early bird frokost. Topp hotel å bo på når man skal tidlig avgårde med fly. Perfekt beliggenhet.

God frokost og helt ok rom (litt trangt). Det som trekker ned er at det er sinnsykt lytt, både mellom etasjene og fra gangen og inn til rommet. Anbefaler ørepropper.

Aldri vært på et hotell med så dårlig lydtetting mot korridor. Når rom i nærheten av mitt åpent dørene, var det alltid er lite sekund der jeg trodde de åpnet døren inn til mitt rom. Gjorde der noe vanskelig å sove

Self check in. Sem lixeira no quarto somente no banheiro. Sem sequer uma máquina simples de café no quarto, como em outros hoteis mais simples e com avaliações mais baixas que ficamos. O único fator que o favorece em relação aos outros de categoria semelhante é a proximidade ao aeroporto: uma pequena caminhada de uns 300 m.

Visiting from Canada. So close to the airport which made it a good choice for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff, friendly and helpful We were able to enjoy dinner there which was great that we didn't have to search out another restaurant. Breakfast was awesome. So many choices.. delicious.

Very conveniently located for air travelers - 3 min walk - We tried calling the hotel NUMBER OF TIMES and no one ever picked up the phone - that is very inconvenient

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room clean and easy to utilize outlets, lights, etc. You order meals and pick-up at restaurant; staff helped bring meal to room. Easy walk to Bergen Airport.

The hotel was perfect. Check-in however was a disaster! I had booked 3 rooms and only one was noted in spite of 3 seperate e-mails two days before confirming each room.The hotel was fully booked. This is not what you need arriving on a late flight after midnight Credit where it is due however the person on reception was excellent and resolved the situation even if it took half an hour

I cannot recommend this hotel despite the helpful staff. Firstly, despite being close to the terminal, there is no shuttle bus. As such, arriving and departing guests have to walk nearly a quarter of a mile dragging whatever luggage they have behind them - possibly through rain, snow, and freezing temperatures. Secondly, upon arrival there was no reception, the hotel was utterly deserted save for an anonymous self-service check-in kiosk. This is hardly welcoming, especially if one has questions or problems. In my case the anonymous kiosk told me my room was unavailable - this was an hour after my check-in time. I thus had to go searching for a real person. Eventually, I found one in, of all places, the kitchen! I will not stay here again.

We got there late and had to leave early for a 6am, staff was very helpful. However, they were unable to provide a wake up call so we had to use our own alarms to get up at 3:45am. You might think for an airport hotel they could provide a wake up call. The location is incredibly convenient, being in easy walking distance from the airport

Very convenient to the airport- an easy walk with luggage made it convenient to catch an early flight but also accessible with the light rail to downtown and suburbs outside Bergen.

Very convenient! 5 minute walk from Bergen Airport and the light rail. Self service check-in. So easy! Queen bed was comfy & soft.

The hotel is a 3 minute walk rom the airport doors, which was great as we arrived at about 11:30 pm. The breakfast was great and checkout was quick.

Hotel location was an easy walk from the airport. It was also easy to get to the train to get to Bergen. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast started early and was excellent.

Best feature of the hotel was the 5 minute walk to the Bergen Airport that did not cross any busy streets.

Ok to stay overnight. Breakfast was not average and the price of a 160g burger and beer for more than 500 NOK is far above expected level.

Excellent location for the airport being only a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and available early for those with an early flight. Restaurant is order via app and then pick up food from counter when they text you. However, I didn't get the text saying food was ready. When I went to look for it I found it on the counter and cold. Staff said he'd been shouting me 6/7 times. Which is odd as I wasn't far from the counter and the restaurant was very quiet. Could quite easily have brought the food over and asked who was waiting. Tech, which doesn't work, over personal service. I complained at reception and got full refund.

Hotel is clean and comfortable - no frills. The burger in the restaurant is really good.

If I ever need a hotel to stay near the Bergen airport, this is the one I would choose. It is an easy walk to the airport (about 3-5 minutes) and breakfast is included. I like that they have an early bird breakfast that starts at 4:30 am for guests who have early morning flights. I love the clean, modern design of the hotel. The beds are super comfy. Check in was simple. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. -A special shout out to Fredrik for helping me figure out the lights as well as how to get to the city center. Thank you! All of this made for an easygoing and inviting atmosphere which I really appreciate. Staying here was like a breath of fresh air. This is a hotel that lives up to its name.

We had an early morning flight from Bergen. Took the light rail to the airport. Short walk to the hotel. Breakfast offered at 4:30 AM was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Gå til et annet hotell for middag. Her får man kjøpt mat i resepsjonen som varmes i mikro. Ellers fin størrelse på rom, rent og moderne. Fungerer absolutt for overnattingen selv om mattilbudet er begrenset. Frokost helt grei.
