Vehicle was gated in and safe.

It was a nice stay. However, I have never stayed at a hotel with no stairs that you can use. The stairs are emergency only. Also, the pool was in the shade and was t heated.

Long walk from elevator to room with my two injured knees. One window in room was cracked and there was a stain on the carpet. No one at desk in morning, although sign said would return in five minutes. Breakfast was good, and attendant was excellent. Covered parking was very safe feeling.

i always stay here when working in this area. The staff are friendly and responsive. They know me by name and always welcome me back. the lobby and breakfast area flow well and are not pretentious, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast options are many and the coffee is delicious. i use the hot tub almost every night after work, sometimes the sauna, and love dipping in the pool intermitently to do "cool plunges." The exercise room looks well-equipped, but I prefer taking 45-60 minute walks either before or after work, and I feel it's a safe area for a solo female traveler to walk. I appreciate the refrigerator and microwave in my room because I typically don't eat out. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and I can always rely on everything being clean and spotless. I sleep really well while staying here.

Breakfast was good and bed was ok, but odd that we couldn't exit and enter the building via the stairwell, only the elevator which took a while. very nice staff. Also bummer that the hot tub and pool were out of order for the first few days we were there. convenient to wineries though.

Yeah, great, lower price than most and quality breakfast, good WiFi, secure parking lot. Only issue is room access there’s only one door, one elevator, so if on the end of halls, it’s a lot of walking back and forth. Otherwise though, great

When we arrived I wanted a cold beer but they only had 2 coors light. The shower in the hot tub room was broken. The cushions on the recliners by the pool have mold on them and need to be replaced. I was disappointed by these things as holiday inn, I though had higher standards. I’d probably not recommend this place to friends when they visit.

I got 3 rooms and we all were happy during our stay. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Very clean rooms- entire facility was clean and nicely kept. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Ben. Breakfast was great. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

The cleanliness of this hotel... hair in the bathroom, strip of mold over the mirror and water damage in the bathroom, broken lamp shade witch I told front desk about right after checking in, candy wrapper in the corner in the room, some kind of splatter on the wall art. Beds are comfortable but way too high.

Shower had mold on the sides. Ice machine was broken but they had ice water in the lobby.

Room not that clean. Pillows smelled of greasy heads Towels scratchy...would never stay again

We enjoyed our short stay. Everything was nice. The only small thing was mold around the bath. Other than that all was fine. Nice small swimming pool, sauna, hot tub. We did not have breakfast though because we had other plans, so I can’t comment on food there.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. A cancelled flight had me up at 3:30 - bad timing to find the coffee machine was broken. Other than that, no complaints.

This hotel was clean and well taken care of. The service and housekeeping services were great. The major drawback was the phone and internet was awful. Even using their WiFi we couldn’t use the internet and had to go outside to have a phone conversation. Probably would look for a different property next time

Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. My daughter was a bridesmaid in a wedding and we requested an early check in which was accommodated (for an extra fee). I booked one of the 1 bedroom suites. We were given room 109 on the first floor. The room was clean and we did not experience any noise from the highway or other guests. The room was advertised as coming with bathrobes and a patio/balcony, however, our room had neither. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. The pillows were nice and fluffy. There was separate heating/cooling in the living area and the bedroom and both rooms had their own TV. The TV channel selection was decent. Breakfast was hot and in full gear when we went to eat around 8:45ish. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. There was also an array of bagels, muffins, toast available. Cinnamon rolls were hot and fresh. Nice selection of juices, coffee, and tea. The dining area was pretty crowded, but we were able to secure a table. We found the hotel in good condition, clean, and the staff friendly. The location was easy to find and right off the highway. There are a few nearby fast food places and a Raleigh's grocery store within 5 minutes. The only con was there was a leak at the bathtub faucet that dripped really hot water. The jacuzzi tub was still usable and quite comfortable and extra long. Overall our stay was great and I would recommend!

The place is starting to look a little dated (about 15-20 years) and rough around the edges. The room had a broken coffee maker, the wall thermostat wasn’t connected to the window unit and virtually every wall sconce in the hallways had a smashed shade. The TV wasn’t smart, so no streaming option. The pops of blue give the place a youth hostel vibe.

I appreciated the blackout curtains since I have trouble sleeping if there’s any light. Also, in spite of being right next to the freeway, there was virtually no noise.

Was an average hotel, however the tacking strip for the carpet in our room had tacks sticking through the carpet that poked our feet …. Even drew blood!

Comfortable beds, clean spacious room

Terribly noisy from street traffic and ac screached until I unplugged at 3:10am.

Everything was easy. Super clean. The staff was great. The Wifi was great and easy to log into. The beds were a bit firm for us, but that is to be expected from a hotel bed in my experience.

The air conditioner didnt work and i didnt sleep half the night because of it! Nice hotel and no air ! The room was hot and stuffy !

The stay was nice until … When the staff cleaned our room on the daytime between our two-night stay, our brown paper grocery bag was missing. It held a half-bottle of wine and $20 worth of road snacks. The maid thought it was trash? I’ll never know because I was told at the front desk that management would contact me in the morning before we checked out, but we were ignored. No accountability, no common courtesy, no consideration. Just a big f you from Holiday Inn. They had my money already, so I didn’t matter any more. I’ll be looking elsewhere for any future travel needs and so should you.

I had to have a wheelchair delivered to the hotel that day we were arriving, due to a health emergency suffered by my husband. I had ordered this chair three days before and had desperately awaited its delivery as my husband was now unable to walk at all. I called the hotel the day before we arrived to tell them I was expecting this package delivery and could they please be sure to accept it for me. They said of course they would. When we arrived on the Friday afternoon I had notification from Amazon that my package had been delivered at lunchtime. The hotel denied receiving it, I waited and then after an hour went down again to ask. They now said that they actually don’t accept packages and that packages for guests are delivered to their private box at the post office! I asked them to tell me where to go to pick itup and they said guests are not allowed to access their box. But the manager promised me faithfully he would go and pick up my package before closing time. It was Friday. He did not go to get it, nor inform me. When I registered my upset, I was told oh, I could now go and get it the next day! I was outraged, and then doubly upset when I found out that this post office was closed on Saturdays as well as Sundays! I had told the manager this was an emergency situation and his utter dishonesty, lack of caring and irresponsibility in the situation was callous, flippant and downright cruel. Not to mention disrespectful and lacking in integrity. Disgusting.

For our five night stay that should have cost us less than $650, this hotel charged us nearly $900 because they said Travelocity changed the rate. My girlfriend, who is fairly local, went back twice in an attempt to correct the matter and the hotel management was not helpful at all. Outside of this issue, we found the hotel pleasant with a nice breakfast included.

Asked three different people to have house keeping clean up room and no one ever came, frustrating!

The hotel was very nice, everything perfect but check-in staff member was not friendly or helpful. You would have thought we were dealing with a robot! The breakfast was very nice and staff their were wonderful!

The lobby is clean and inviting, breakfast area has great choices (including a magic pancake machine!) and even provides grab n go bags for you to take fruit or whatever back to your room. Fruited water, tea bags, creamer, etc are all available in the lobby 24/7 and there is also water and fresh fruit on each floor near the elevators which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and I like that the bathroom was also a good size. Dove products in the shower and for hand soap. Three thick, fluffy towels were provided. The bed was truly one of the most comfortable I've slept in, plus they had both firm and soft pillows which were indicated on the embroidered pillowcase. All areas of the room and public spaces were clean. Having a microwave and fridge in the room allowed us to snack on leftovers from eating out.

Pleasant staff and great service

The property was well kept. The hotel is clean, well staffed and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of foods and quality products ie; Oikos yogurt, vanilla and chocolate almond milk, walnuts for the oatmeal etc… The area is very walkable with a wide variety of wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the most convenient hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with how walkable the town was from the hotel! Very cute downtown with restaurants, shops, wine tasting, right around the corner. This hotel was pretty minimal, but it was reasonably priced for us and all we needed. We had a great stay!

Location wasn’t too far from Healdsburg and vineyards we visited.

Good location in wine country. Clean and comfortable but not much more. Breakfast was so so at best!

Love that it is in walking distance to downtown shops and wine tasting.

Holiday Inn express in Windsor was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping downtown. We will definitely be back in the future

I absolutely love this Hotel. Service is excellent and very clean. All the staff are so kind and welcoming. Breakfast options is amazing and a lot to choose from. This is a 💯 my go to place when I visit Santa Rosa / Windsor CA. I won’t book with any other Hotel outside of Holiday Inn.

Overall great stay. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good and a great added value. The parking was safe and free.
