WorldMark Windsor

Such a great getaway. The staff is beyond friendly and the Friday welcome reception with free local wine tasting and vendors was a bonus and I did my shopping without leaving the resort!! The pool was lovely just needs a deep cleaning and lots of umbrellas (no shade so be warned!!). The rooms are clean, comfy and plenty of amenities. This is an annual summer trip for us and we love it more and more each year.

Nice accomodations, family oriented, comfortable beds, friendly staff, sharetime sales pitch reasonable. Larger pool under repair and not available.

Our accommodations at WorldMark Windsor were apartment style. We had 2 bedrooms , one with a king size bed and one with 2 twin beds and 2 bathrooms. We had a full kitchen and large living room and also a balcony with a table and chairs and a bbq. It was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The amenities were wonderful - 2 pools, several hot tubs, basketball hoops etc. pool tables and video games in the club house. We had 2 of our teenage grandchildren with us ( 14 and 15) and they loved the place. We will definitely go back and stay there again. It was even just a short drive (25 miles or so) to the ocean (Bodega Bay area.)

Lots of sports activites was nice

Really great family hotel. Tons of free rentals likes beach volleyball, soccer, badminton, table tennis. 2 pools, small but decent gym. The living areas were so spacious, clean and plenty of silverware, dishes and cups. We easily cooked all dinners and felt as if we were in our home but better as it was vacation. The only downside is the checkin as it’s a time share so they really try and hard sell you. Bummer!

Pool and hot tub were great! Room was clean and nice and staff was helpful with towels and umbrellas!

Overall, a nice property, good value, great location. Fitness center small but functional, would be nice if it also had free weights. Check-in was very slow due to untrained staff. Biggest complaint is No Wi-Fi included! (even Motel 6 has free WiFi). I'd stay again for the value, but would request top floor for less noise.

Great location near numerous wineries and restaurants! Multiple pools and hot tubs. Close to golf and walking and hiking trails

We were a little bummed the larger pool was going to be closed for one of the full days we had but we were able to utilize it the day of check in before we got our room which was very nice! I had let the staff know we were celebrating our anniversary and they sent up a nice very unexpected surprise. The staff, especially Lisa was so nice! The room was great and the spa and pools were great even if one was a bit of a walk, me and my family had a great experience. The area is so quiet and relaxing with a lot nearby.

The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed with a lovely decor and all possible amenities. Spacious and inviting. Nice balcony with grill as well. Excellent.

Property is well maintained, clean and conveniently located. The only issue is that upon checkin to get our keys I was pressured to attend a sales meeting to purchase a timeshare. I didn’t want to be rude to the sales person, but I had absolutely zero interest in a timeshare, having owned one in the past. Having to navigate that pressured encounter was a drag when I only wanted to get my keys and start my vacation.

Quiet and updated. We checked in and the kitchen floor was sticky. Housekeeping came to clean it up and left a bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience. Upon check in, there is an immediate review of their timeshare sales services.

Very clean. Nice sheets. Helpful Staff. Great location. Close parking.

Short 2 day stay for weekend events. We like the Worldmark Windsor for its location, convenient to Santa Rosa and Healdsburg. Always clean and comfortable, family friendly.

Heard pounding footsteps from condo above. Staff didn't come through on already promised late checkout. Staff receptive to applying additional items when requested.

My sons and I booked our WorldMark stay via Expedia and got a very sweet deal. We understood that WorldMark is also a time share company and were prepared for their pitch... Check in was easy...more like a hotel...but then in order to get our wrist bands we had to go see a sales person...and there were at least 5 to 6 of them hanging around. The sales guy was nice and gave us some information about eating out, etc. Then he wanted to know what our plans were...and would we be interested in a $100 comp if we attended a lecture of some sort...um...no! Eventually he gave up and we got our wristbands (the door key)...although out of the 3 wrist bands only one worked which necessitated a return trip to the sales desk! The room was nice and the grounds were nicely kept. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with cooking items...although the dishwasher door had seen better days and the cooktop exhaust unit had no lights (burnt out). Bathrooms were clean and so were the bedrooms. Some plusses...every balcony has a gas fired BBQ and we used ours a lot. Parking is easy and plentiful. Note that you have to buy internet service...it is not included in the price of the room. As of this writing it cost $9.95 for three devices for 24 hrs. Not terrible but it's an added cost. All three of us could not get the TV to accept ChromeCast...using both Android and Apple devices...so we just went out and purchased a USB-C to HDMI cable and used our phones to stream movies to the TV.

Amazing room. Full Kitchen, nice balcony with BBQ. King bed with drop down bed if needed. Pool was great …location was close to several wineries! Great choice👍

While the grounds and staff were quite wonderful...there were many problems with the unit. I think we had to make over 5 calls in our 3 day stay.....ice maker, phone, water heater twice (banging noise) and heater did not work properly. We were very very cold in the bedroom. On the third day they brought us a heater.

Great property with a great location. However, the interiors are getting pretty tired and in need of replacement. Furniture cushions are worn out and the bed is ready for replacement.

This is nice property which is positioned well for any “wine vacation”. The charming downtown of Windsor is only one exit away on the 101. Was extremely clean and comfortable. My one suggestion is to upgrade their TV medium…. Was unable to stream any of our own subscriptions. Only a few channels available in the properties bundle. Keep in mind this is a Time Share Property and you will be “ encouraged to schedule a “90 “ minute presentation. Overall we would stay again.

Extremely happy with this place and will definitely be back. Very roomy, comfortable beds….slept amazing. Not one complaint. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I booked reservations 3 months prior & the night before I receive a phone call that my reservation was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances! What??? I had a party of 4 travelers & we had booked a condo unit with 4 beds & 2 baths! They wanted to put us in a hotel 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds & 1 bath for 4 people! What? Not acceptable! We requested our money back & had to last minute book a vrbo townhouse to accommodate our group & of course pay more money! Expedia was awesome in refunding things quickly & giving us the difference we had to pay more to stay somewhere else! Expedia is great! The Windsor property management poor! Don’t book Windsor they will cancel you last minute !

Clean and tidy. Nice location, quiet and far from the highway. Convenient to Windsor and Healdsburg. The suite was nice and would be ideal for a family. The kitchenette was a nice perk. The beds were ok - mattresses were generally firm, but a bit saggy. My biggest complaint is the time share sales pitch upon check-in. It was almost 11pm and they hard sold me to sit in on a vacation info session to get some discount on other locations. I cancelled the next day when I had the energy to push back. I don’t appreciate being pushed into a sales conversation late at night when I just wanted to go to bed.

Amazing staff

No well kept and kitchen area was very tight and awkward as was the table and furniture arrangement to watch TV. We were to check in at 4 and the room was not ready until 5 even thought check in time is 4 pm. Requested a blanket and they wouldn’t deliver it as it was after 8:30 pm and their deliver service ended then.

The property was very nice, when I checked in they gave me a thorough explanation of available amenities and asked me if I had preference for what floor or how close I would like to be to the pool or hot tubs. When I told them I would be away attending a weeding they gave me a room that was easy to get to and from the parking areas without hassle. A very nice and attentive staff and property.

This is the timeshare chains. They tried so hard and consistent to sell the timeshare so it's ruin the check in process. They make me feel so uncomfortable like I'm on panel interview. There are 2 salesmans; one push and one pull; one soft and one aggravate, leave no room for you to leave. SO UNCOMFORTABLE.

They canceled our reservation the day we arrived. I was traveling with elderly parents. They didn’t care. Do not book here unless you are a time share owner or they are trying to sell to you. People booking as a hotel experience are not cared about. We saw three other families they did this to. I advise others to not book here as your reservation could be canceled day of your arrival with no notice and the staff won’t care. They wouldn’t even share the wifi login for us to try and find another hotel. Terrible.

Customer service was Great! Misha was very helpful and kind. She made my check in feel easy. along with Colin and Anthony! They even helped me with searching for places to Wine and Dine. Great customer service! I will definitely be coming back!

One of my favorite places to stay in Windsor. Super clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Central location and close to all the main attractions in the area. My only suggestion would be to add a set of weights and a bench at the gym since there is only a trainer cable machine.

We stay here every year and it never disappoints. It is close to the highway and has a Walmart which helped us find t- shirts & shirts, a cooler and other incidentals since it was hotter than usual this year. Olivers is fabulous for local foods, which we love, and there are a few restaurants close by.

We stay here every time we visit Sonoma. The staff and amenities are great. The condos are large and comfortable. We love to bbq on our first floor patio and the value is excellent

The description of WorldMark is wrong... as they pointed out to me when I arrived, they are NOT a hotel. They are a time-sharing business, that rents their empty rooms out. They are NOT a hotel. No towel changes, No room cleaning when you arrive, nothing... No breakfast, no food anywhere... Will not stay again.

It was chilly and rainy the weekend we were in Sonoma County, so it was glorious to have a full kitchen and living area -- with a fireplace! We got a bottle of wine, ate in and sat by the fire just enjoying our time together. Of course, it was also wonderful to have 2 full bedrooms/baths (for the price of a hotel room!) I would definitely stay here again!

Fully equipped so able to cook meals in our apartment. Also very spacious.
