The gym facility was the best part of our stay. Upon arrival we were taken back by the people charging for parking infront of the hotel, & as we drove up we were welcomed with a line as if it was an amusement park ride. We arrived around 4 pm & check in is at 3. We waited in line until 5:30pm for the room to be ready, standing outside. No water was offered or food or deduction from our stay. I understand it was a busy event weekend. The hotel lacked initiative & preparation for the volume of people it was hosting. There really is no excuse to the delay. The restroom had hair in the showers & the carpet seemed to not be vacuumed. There was a towel in the ground behind the door when we entered the room.

Hotel has a happy, chill vibe, especially around the pool. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good (although the check-in guy forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers that we paid for, the waiter worked it all out). Bed was super comfortable, room was very clean and the wifi worked well. There are basically two gyms, a huge weight room and a cardio room overlooking the pool. The signage in the corridors was a little confusing. Having a Starbucks right there was a bonus, as was being walking distance to Levi's Stadium for an amazing game. Overall a great stay for a good price.

Nice spot but they need new bar seats. Very hard to sit for over 10 minutes and some of the worst bar seats I’ve come across. Only bone to pick.

The work they have done on this property is outstanding. Everything felt new. The weight and cardio rooms had all brand new equipment- everything was spotless and worked! We did not utilize the bar/breakfast area. Maybe next time. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a nice surprise. First off they had a full gym and separate cardio room. It was great and convenient. The room was super nice. Huge tv, large shower with glass sliding doors and tons of luxurious touches. A great Indian restaurant is next door and it also has a Starbucks attached.

The location of this hotel was great for the event that we went to at Levi Stadium. Very easy walk to the event and also a quick ride from the airport. Just a few complaints…we did find quite a bit of black hairs in the shower. Both on the floor and the wall. We washed them down, but was still gross. They also have motion detector lights in the bathroom. So if you walk in to use the restroom in the middle of the night it shines bright into the room and wakes others up. We found no way of turning this option off. The pool was great. We checked out at 5:30am to catch our flight and I think woke the desk attendant up. He was not friendly and said not a word other than “room number” and “you’re good.” A “thanks for staying with us” would have been nice.

Jose gave exceptional customer service! He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Hotel is walking distance close to Levi Stadium, and Great America. Pool is heated for Cool Bay nights. Room is comfortable and very clean.

Close to Levi’s stadium. Clean room. Parking lot is a zoo after concerts since it’s very close to the uber pick up. Would stay again.

Walking distance to Levi Stadium… Parking was extra but lots available were great about our late check-in room small but clean and staff very friendly. Also enjoyed the restaurant very much.

I loved how it was property is power friendly, gated and enclosed property. Lots of places to eat and conveniently located. Loved the pool area with private cabanas. Decently priced and has nice outdoor rest areas for owners and their fur babies.

Quick trip for a video game expo at the Convention Center, conveniently located, quick access to coffee, very clean rooms, in a safe location. I’ve stayed a few times here now, always a pleasure. Fun story, the first time I stayed here I mentioned in the notes that I was there for a video game convention, and they left a board game on my pillow with a very nice card that told me to have a great time at convention. After that I was sold, great place to stay, great staff, can’t really say enough good things about this place.

My family and I arrived at the property to check in to 2 rooms I had booked. We were not told about the parking fee at check in so I was caught off guard when checking out. The property it self looked renovated. When we got the room it smelled. When we came back after the event at Levi’s stadium, we were met with spiders and cockroaches in the room. My wife freaked out so I sprung in action. My brother also had cockroaches in his room. Further investigation led me to check out the back of the AC unit which was not clean and filled with bugs. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location. It’s motel experience in disguise with a Hilton price.

Dead bugs in room. Otherwise place is average to below average.

Good location. Nice place, clean and quiet

The property and room were great and comfortable. The only issue was that there was an abundance of ants roaming around our room.

I booked rooms for my entire team on a work trip. The wifi didn't work, and they could not get it to work for anyone on my team. On the last day, they told me they had a separate password we could use. The TV didn't work in my room, and maintenance came twice to try and fix it. They didn't speak any English, and they were holding the door to my room open late at night. I told them to forget about it by the third time they came. Did not feel safe or supported by the staff. Was not offered a new room, a discount or anything, I expressed that I was upset and they did not care.

Stayed one night for a concert and had a decent experience. The hotel was clean with plenty of parking. Great location next to Starbucks and across from several restaurants. Easy 15-20 minute walk to Levi's Stadium and Great America. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Didn't use the amenities, but the pool and gym looked well maintained. The only downside was the staff. Not rude, but not friendly either. No smiles or welcoming attitude at check-in or check-out. Some hospitality training would help. Would stay again for another event at Levi's.

So the room was really nice but they have TV issue. So I got the room because I wanted to watch some sports but the bar had DirecTV the room had some kind of streaming which was buffering the whole time so if you're into relax and watching some games this is not the place for you or if you have kids those 19 channels maybe yeah maybe a little more. Other than that $15 parking $3 bottle of water in your room. I wouldn't go back that's just me

Our stay was good! Disappointed that no microwave in room & we had to go to front desk to get coffee packets for next morning!

The hotel had the look and feel of an old motel that had been upgraded with nice exterior paint, and upgraded rooms. But the experience of walking along an open corridor to my room, which faced the parking lot, reinforced the motel feel. Staff was good... room was stocked. But there were some issues... the air conditioning was very noisy. The clock next to my bed was full of USB and power outlets (great!) but the clock itself couldn't tell the time. And I had issues with the safe, where often the buttons wouldn't recognize button presses, so I often had to try several times to enter a code (and had to do it very slowly). The very bright bathroom light automatically came on, but that's not really want I want in the middle of the night... I'd rather switch on a low brightness light instead, like a nightlight, and not go the auto light route.

The building is older but Hilton did a good job making the building and interior look upgraded and not feel old. Bathroom was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff experience was excellent and the only negative is the room needs more outlets and the individual rooms HVAC are noisy. You can really hear them when running.

There are no maps available. The clerk was less than helpful and I tried four gates trying to get into the building based on his instructions to” park around back”. I went back and he proceeded to print a map for me, but had difficulty explaining where we were, etc. water costs three dollars unless you are a member- but they leave it in your room. I’ve had ocean view rooms right on the beach for half the cost- with helpful staff. Not a fan.

We arrived an early I asked if we could check in and drop our bags, so we could grab some lunch. The lovely women at the front desk, said that we could for a thirty dollar fee, or wait for 11/2 hours. I asked why the charge and she said,(a little embarrassed,) it's company rules. So we walked around for a while, came back, had a drink in restaurant waiting for our lunch place to open. Started to leave after our drinks, 30 min later and she said she could check us in at that time. Which was nice , but a little weird. The room was fine, clean, small, (it's a boutique) small bath/sink area. Pretty comfortable beds, good pillows, (A must.) Came back after the Niners game to have a beverage and hang with fans. Good atmosphere, met some good people. However, the bar was pretty much out of beer and most alcohol and services were very SLOW. The bar staff did their best to accommodate, but need more staff and a better system. ( and obviously more alcohol.) Retired for a quite nights sleep. Got up decided to have breakfast in the restaurant. Poor service from the young women. Had to ask for water refills, she never offered to refill our coffees. The food was very mediocre sad to say. We had a western omelette (3egg? Not!) no potatoes, we did free toast. Ha! Over all it was fine for my brother and I to stay for a game. We got a lot of laughs from the whole experience, not necessarily what you may want. The staff were all really nice. Maybe just working out the kinks? But aren't we all?

Front desk was really helpful as well as the manager. I would recommend do to the friendly and helpful manager and staff. Thank you for helping and making are weekend less stressful

The wait to check in was over an hour. Apparently, the rooms weren't ready even if we waited to check in. There was no parking and we were harassed to pay $50.00 to park. We decided just to go home after the concert rather than deal with the hotel.

If you are going for a large event such as a Friday night and Saturday night concert, like Morgan Wallen. Arrive at the hotel 1 hour earlier than check in and get in line. Check in was at 3:00 pm the first singer took the stage at 5:15. We called ahead was told No to early check in so we arrived at 3:30. By the time that we checked into our room it was almost 6:00. They were unorganized and unprepared, including rooms not being ready. It was chaotic to say the least and overwhelming along with annoying.

It was a great hotel in the area we needed to be in for a conference down the street with a great property layout. The staff were all kind and helpful especially the front desk staff that checked us in. Please thank them for us. I forgot a toothbrush and they provided one with toothpaste for free. Thanks so much!

The stay was fine but it was clear that they were not ready for the large event happening. We waited for over an hour to get checked into a room. They didn’t have enough rooms clean for their incoming guest and it caused a huge delay.

Simple but clean and well located nearby Levi's Stadium

Great location to walk to the Levis stadium (about 20-25mins)

It was a 15 min walk to Levi Stadium. There is a dinning place on site as well as a Starbucks. The room accommodated our family of four.

It was the first time staying here. In the past I was quite always from Levi Stadium. This was so much better. No shuttles, just a little walk to the concert. Definitely going back there again

Enjoyed this stay! Walked to the 49er game and back and was completely safe with our son!

Easy walk to Levi stadium

Very chic and clean! Walkable distance to Levi’s Stadium.

Cute and clean, with limited but tasty food options for breakfast and dinner. Starbucks onsite, as well. Rooms are snug and bathroom sink/mirror is not separated from the rest of the room by a door, so if using sink/mirror, light is in rest of room. Toilet/shower/tub are separated by door. Expedia says nothing about parking fee, but hotel has $15/night parking fee (which seems absurd); they were very gracious about waving it, since I was not informed in advance.

The staff is very friendly and helpful all around! Nice little snack and beverage selection with limited options in the immediate area. The restaurant is good and also a convenience.

Nice converted motel. Great for business stay in the area. Had a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby. Room was very clean with nice amenities.

This property far exceeded my expectations. Entire facility appeared updated. Very clean, well appointed rooms. Friendly staff, waiters, bartenders. Nice to have an onsite bar and restaurant with good quality though not a huge selection. Walking distance to Levi Stadium, which is why we were there, as well as walkable food options and easy access to Highway 101. I'd give this place a 6 star if I could. It was everything we needed and then some!

The staff was excellent. Very friendly. The restaurant and bar were nice. The only criticism is that it's an odd place with a weird layout -- a bit of a schlep to the elevators and more trudging to the rooms. We were there for a Rolling Stones concert, so the place was booked. Still, the staff handled everything superbly. It's just a quirky hotel. On the plus side, the rooms have a small refrigerator/freezer, which is always convenient.
