Nydelig hotell til prisen man betaler hvis man skal vente på fly. Rimelig parkering som inkluderer gratis transport på bestilling t/r Gardermoen. Hyggelig betjening og mer enn bra nok kontinental frokosten fra klokken 4.

Tok for lang tid før vi ble hentet på flyplassen ved ankomst. Vi ventet i over en time fra vi ringte og ba om å bli hentet.

Brukt hotellet flere ganger i forbindelse med utenlandsreiser og passer utmerket til formålet. Kan ta litt tid å få tlf.kontakt når man skal bestille transport på returen. Men bevares bare litt småplukk.

They charged for the supposed free shuttle service . The room was supposed to be pre paid by through hotel.com . Be ware that they will charge for airport and pick up when you book through Hotel.com . So any savings you think you made are not real . Be aware of that .

Nice place, friendly stuff. You have to take your suitcase to second floor , no elavator. Basic breakfast. There is a special stone near the hotel.

Bon accueil. Bon service avec un petit déjeuner dès 4h00 du matin et des navettes régulières pour déposer à l'aéroport. Le lit est très confortable. Le repas est correct. Le petit déjeuner bien fourni. Il pourrait être attendu une propreté impeccable dans la salle de bain.

Für eine Nacht genutzt aufgrund des Anschlussflugs. Die Entscheidung fiel auf das Hotel, da ein eigener Transfer für 7 Euro angeboten wird und ein Taxi gut 28 Euro kostet. Die Abholung am Terminal durch den hoteleigenen Transfer war mit 40 min Wartezeit doppelt so lang, als uns am Telefon gesagt wurde. An der Rezeption wollten wir den Transfer zurück zum Flughafen buchen. Dieser war aber von Beginn der Transferzeiten an ausgebucht. Eine spätere Transferzeit war uns aufgrund des Fluges nicht möglich, dass dann doch ein Taxi fällig war. Alternativ hätte man noch den öffentlichen nehmen können, aber das war uns zu umständlich. Das Zimmer war "funktional", 140er Bett, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, aber nicht besonders sauber. Auf das lieblose "Frühstück" haben wir verzichtet und am Flughafen etwas gekauft.

L'hôtel très de base. Rénovation à moitié fait dans la salle de bain, carrelage jaune d'un côté et gris de l'autre. Usure des planchers et très différent que sur les photos. Très bon petit déjeuner

Staff really helpful and have a good shuttle service to airport. Rooms very basic (expected for price) but walls and floors are paper thin so can hear a mouse fart in the next room. No vegan food options in restaurant and could not accommodate a vegan meal

Being located close to the airport with early airport transport and breakfast made me choose this location. There was an annoying dripping leak of the showerhead and the curtains weren't long enough to block out the bright light from outside. But the room was very clean and Roman at reception was super nice which counts for a lot. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Some chinese people had their room over me and they ran around there three times and one time was between 3.30-4.15, 45 minutes, also around 2.00 and 5.00. I have not slept many hours. It sounded like elefants. They must had clogs, wooden shoes. At last, the owner told me to phone them instead, because it is much CHEAPER. 200:- swedish crowns.

After incorrect shuttle pickup information and 35 minutes wait, we were allocated a room which was already occupied and no other empty rooms available. Worst hotel experience I've ever had and would strongly recommend avoiding this property

They claimed at checkin that I did not have a reservation even though I had communicated with them online about my arrival time and they said they were looking forward to welcoming me. I showed my reservation and they showed me their system where I had my reservation. I had originally planned to stay 2 nights but my travel plans changed. Quite in advance I had cancelled the room for 2 nights and updated to a room for 1 night. This all showed on their computer. They seemed to have known because there was already a bed set up in an office space so I slept with a table, protector, a bunch of office chairs. No mirror to get dressed. I had to use the staff bathroom and then walk through the check in area and down to the basement floor to use a small shared shower. They should have offered me a free night they decided just to give me a shuttle ride free? There is no lock on the door. I think it is a bit ridiculous - the proper thing to do would be to apologize for their error and find me a suitable room at a local hotel not have me sleep on a bed in an office space. The check in people were friendly enough but being very cheap to think $8 free ride was worth sleeping in an office. No mirror to get ready in the morning - I can take a shower but no where to hang the towels. I don’t know what they were thinking, but this is not meeting a quality of service I would expect. The fault was entirely on the part of the hotel, and I assume that they treat guests from Hotels.com like this.

When nobody came after 20 minutes, I called again and the driver was irritated that I hadn't given him ample time to pick me up. The second time I needed pick-up, I called, pressed 1, and waited almost an hour at the airport before I called again and hit 2 to speak with an actual person. Then I got picked up. My advice would be to call and press 2 to speak with a person regarding pickup. The location is close to the airport, but not actually close to anything like shops, eateries, etc... Just now that ahead of time.

Convenient if you have an early flight..

Nice people, clean room, close to the airport. I have stayed here twice, and the only hitch (each time) was the pickup at the airport. The first time I called and pressed the number 1 for pick-up. When nobody came after 20 minutes, I called again and the driver was irritated that I hadn't given him ample time to pick me up. The second time I needed pick-up, I called, pressed 1, and waited almost an hour at the airport before I called again and hit 2 to speak with an actual person. Then I got picked up. My advice would be to call and press 2 to speak with a person regarding pickup. The location is close to the airport, but not actually close to anything like shops, eateries, etc... Just now that ahead of time.

A 5’ en coche del aeropuerto, te recogen en la terminal por 7 euros/persona. Habitaciones amplias y limpias y desayuno correcto. Muy cómodo y a buen precio. También se puede ir en autobús desde/al aeropuerto en unos 10’ por 3 euros/persona

Veldig koselig og enkelt hotell. Fikk servert en enkel men veldig god middag etter innsjekk. Bra service og hyggelig personell. Frokost serveres fra 04-10 og det er transport til flyplassen om man trenger det. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet!

The hotel rooms were substandard. The breakfast buffet was the worst buffet that I have ever had in 30 years of traveling in Europe. No yogurt, no fresh rolls, the butter tasted artificial, the meats & cheeses were discount brands.

Great dinner options if you prefer to stay in. Breakfast is offered at convenient times and hot drinks are available. Great sleeping as it is comfortable and quiet here.
