The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. And the staff were very welcoming. I have only two negative things to say: first, while the breakfast buffet was extensive, there was only one coffee machine working and the line for it was long. Also, when the coffee beans were all gone, it took a while for the staff to replenish. One coffee machine at breakfast for a 214-room hotel is poor. Second, the gym. When I visited, the gym was untidy and only one out of the three treadmills was working. I think the staff need to review the condition of the gym more regularly and seek to rectify the broken machines more speedily. In all, I would stay here again, I hope that the gym issues are rectified when I return.

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s literally next to the airport then this is it. You can’t get any closer. There’s a walkway from the airport to this hotel and it’s about 10min walk through a covered walkway. Very nice and large. However food options at the restaurant is very limited but do have at least one option for pescatarian but nothing vegetarian. The food is excellent and the place is quiet.

I had trouble finding the path to the hotel late at night but finally made it there. I was sad they didn’t have a Grab and Go snack area. However, I got to ring in the New Year in the bar with the amazing bartender, Julie. Everything worked out well.

The room was clean and the proximity to the airport was great, but I was disappointed in several things during our stay: -All of the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash were completely empty -The shower head was broken -Multiple outlets in the room didn’t work -There were several different lights in the ceiling/wall that flashed throughout the night We wanted a restful stay before our flight, but this hotel didn’t meet our expectations.

The staff were lovely and helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage in a room until check in time as I arrived early. The room I stayed in was very spacious. Very close to the airport and the train line into Oslo if you have time to kill before another flight. Had dinner at the restaurant on site and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately I did notice some dirt and a red stain on the carpet near one of the beds so it looks like it wasn’t vacuumed/cleaned properly.

The check-in is supposed to be at 14:00, and they charged me 400,- for an early check-in and told me that the check-in is now at 15:00, not as the announced 14:00….? Breakfast is no longer included for the same price as before. This is becoming Ryan Air of the hotels.

I had a problem sleeping because the air conditioning is non existence, the lowest temperature is 19c and I didn't see any information about how to lower it if its controlled by reception??. The box showed it on max speed but i could hardly feel anything when I put my hand up to the vent. Very disappointed with waking up many times in the night with a very dry throat and needed to take a drink and ended leaving for the airport earlier than I planned

The hotel here was fine. The room was clean and it's your standard airport hotel. The problem for me was that I booked it because it was basically connected to the terminal. I came in late, and had an early connection the next day. I decided it was worth paying the pretty high price tag compared to other hotels in the area because of the convenience I'd get, and the time I'd save by not having to wait for a shuttle, etc... Well.. That didn't really pan out. In the end, I arrived and none of their self service kiosks were working, and there was about 25 people lined up to check in and only 1 agent... It took over an hour to check in and by the time I got to my room I had wasted all the time and more that I was trying to save by not waiting for a shuttle from another hotel. So, I would not pay over $200 for this property again. I'd just save the money and book one of the off airport hotels. You'll probably get to your room faster anyway. So, the hotel itself was fine, the price and experience dealing with checking in was not.

Got to hotel very late at night- got a key that didnt work twice and had to go down to get new key 2 times until the staff came to help open the room- they had given us the wrong room with someone else sleeping in the room which they woke up… eventually ended up in a room not what we had ordered with 2 single beds i stead of a queen..

Great location 9 mins walk from the terminal. Remember to turn left out of the terminal and up to the covered walkway to the hotel. It’s the Radisson Red not blue. Comfortable room and bed. Don’t rely on their alarm call. They forgot to action my request!

The Radisson couldn't have been in a more convenient location for an early flight out of Oslo. The staff were friendly, the beds comfy and the evening snack at the restaurant was good. Only complaints were the hand lotion in my bathroom was empty - what's the point of having the bottle there if it doesn't get filled. Also in the lobby, there is a little refreshment station - apples and water in the afternoon, and coffee/tea and pastries in the AM. A lovely touch - but the coffee pot was empty - was a disappointment at 5:15am as I was headed to the terminal. Overall a good stay.

Tuvimos desayuno incluido en la reserva y después de varios intentos arreglar para que nos dieran para llevar a final conseguimos. Las chicas en la recepción demasiado jóvenes con muy poca experiencia, fue un poco complicado y desagradable el tema arreglar el desayuno para tekeaway. La cama estaba cómoda, hotel está realmente súper cerca del terminal. Muy bien para pasar la noche si tienes vuelo súper temprano. Los camareros en el restaurante dieron excelente servicio.

Hotell som ligg perfekt til om man må overnatte en natt på Gardermoen. Trivelige ansatte og rask innsjekk. Men.. det er et stor men.. under frokosten var melka varm.. varm melk for en som er storforbruker av iskald melk trekker 2 stjerner ned.. juice og andre drikker var også varm..
