The air vents are extremely dusty. When the air is dry, you can actually see dust particles floating in the air with the naked eye. This was especially bad for someone like me who has allergic rhinitis. My symptoms became much worse that night.

The check in took FOREVER. I don’t know what the reason was as when I asked ,” Is everything ok?” I was told it was fine. If the computers had been slow or there had been some sort of glitch, a simple explanation would’ve alleviated some frustrated people. Other than that it was a convenient place to sleep for an early morning flight out of Oslo.

Spent the night due to an early flight. 10 min walk from the terminal. Reception staff could be more attentive and not allocate both members to one guest while other guests are waiting.

The hotel is very nice. The location to the airport is fantastic. The only complaint is the cost of everything. The food and drinks are so over priced.
